Property Details
This spacious duplex has a ground floor entrance and a layout that offers lots of privacy. Enter from the double car garage or front door, both ground floor acces into the spacious entry way. From here you go up a half flight of stairs to the first master bedroom which has a king bed, large ensuite and deck wtih view of the Dave Murray Downhill. Up another half flight of stairs is the second master, also with a large ensuite with separate jetted tub and shower, king bed and amazing views of the Tantalus Mountain range.
From the entry level go down to the main living area which features a large deluxe kitchen, spacious dining table and living room with great views and gas fireplace. The main level has a lovely deck with table and bbq and great views of the Olympic Rings, Creekside Gondola and Dave Murray Downhill.
The lower level features 2 more bedrooms one with a king or two twins and the 2nd with two twins and two trundle beds. These bedrooms share a full bath with separate tub and shower. The laundry room and hot tub are also on this level.
