Welcome to our Black Bear II # 10 Luxury Townhome. This unit faces south with large windows overlooking partial views of the Monashee mountain range. The entry level is on the bottom floor where there is a 1/2 bath and laundry room, closet space and plenty of hooks to hang your gear after a hard day on the slopes. The second floor is the main entertaining and living area of the home. On the south end you have your own private hot tub overlooking the valley and mountains in the distance. This floor boasts 20+ ft high windows letting in plenty of natural light highlighting the natural wood framing of the living area. The cozy living room comes with modern electronics, a gas fireplace and three sofas for a comfortable gathering space to relax and watch movies and socialize. The kitchen and dining areas make of the north side of the unit with the kitchen right in the middle. The rear deck has a BBQ for your grilling pleasure. The 3rd floor has two queen masters with en-suite bathrooms in each. The top floor is the bunk room with a double over double and a single over single bunk beds.  NEW stainless steel appliances and electronics for the 2019/2020 season!

Discounted Lift Tickets: The Biggie Card is your way to savings !!! YOU MUST GET IT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT BIG WHITE SKI RESORT. Cards can be reloaded from a cell phone or a computer once you have created a profile. It takes 30 minutes for the data to be processed and reach out gates.

 Here's what you need to know about the Biggie Card:

  • Direct to lift ski ticket – no need to stand in line.
  • Reloadable – the more you reload the more you save and it must be done up to 30 minutes before you approach a lift.
  • NO Blackout dates so you save everyday.
  • Offers great savings over regular and amazing pricing over peak periods.
  • Can be reloaded via website or mobile with the creation of a profile – that is what people forget to do, you must create a profile to reload.
  • Reloaded pass can take up to 30-45mins to become active (Excluding any issues with payment etc.).
  • Cannot be reloaded through any of our ticket offices (unless the guest is having issues).
  • Biggie Cards only available from ski shops listed (located on the right had side of the site) on the following website:

Location

Black Bear II is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the Village and has ski in/out access only a 150ft from your front door! The development is in the lower village area and easily accessible from various points on the mountain. The best ski in/out access is just off Perfection Ski Run nearby. If your heading up to the village it's a few minutes away where you will find the majority of shops, restaurants, bars, grocery store and Big White services in the Village Center Mall. Also, a free shuttle bus stop is just below the building if you would rather catch a ride on a chilly day.

We cherish our home a Big White and trust that you will treat it with respect and care. PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY, particularly our cancellation policy. These policies are strictly enforced. Failure to meet them prior to your arrival or during your stay will result in either cancellation or eviction. Minimum age for guests is 25, unless accompanying parents/guardians. We do not require a deposit in advance for damages. By booking with us you agree to pay charges up to $1000.00 for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning. You will be consulted before any such action is taken.

Arrival Days There are currently no restrictions regarding the day of guest arrival.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money for the proportion of days re-booked. Refunds processed will be subject to a 5% processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. Guest Stay Policies

We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . Luxury mountain Vacation Rentals and its subcontract employees will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Large waste disposal & recycling container is located on site in the parking lot.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 10 to 20 nights receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets mid way thru the stay. Guests staying 21 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets every 7th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages. Wireless internet access is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm, or any property damage, suffered or caused by any guests or guests of guests while they are staying at our property or while visiting Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum is 10 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 10:00 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 10:00pm out of respect for our neighboring guests.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term, rental accommodation use.

Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee If a situation arises that is out of our control we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you we will fully refund the remainder of your stay. Travel insurance is recommended to protect you against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation related products.
Snow Guarantee We cannot guarantee snow conditions, which are out of our control. If there is mountain closure during your winter stay, please contact us about a partial refund, which may be possible but not guaranteed.
