Welcome to our Black Bear II # 10 Luxury Townhome. This unit faces south with large windows overlooking partial views of the Monashee Mountain range. The entry level is on the bottom floor where there is a 1/2 bath and laundry room, closet space and plenty of hooks to hang your gear after a hard day on the slopes. The second floor is the main entertaining and living area of the home.

On the south end you have your own private hot tub overlooking the valley and mountains in the distance. This floor boasts 20+ ft. high windows letting in plenty of natural light highlighting the natural wood framing of the living area. The cozy living room comes with modern electronics, a gas fireplace and two sofas for a comfortable gathering space to relax and watch movies and socialize.

The kitchen and dining areas make of the north side of the unit with the kitchen right in the middle. The rear deck has a BBQ for your grilling pleasure. The 3rd floor has two queen masters with en-uite bathrooms in each. The top floor is the bunk room with a double over double and a single over single bunk beds.

Location

The Black Bear development is tucked away in the Kettle View area of the resort with close access to the main Village just a few minutes away. Ski access is great from this location where you can jump onto Hummingbird Ski Run and access three lifts with ease. A popular location for many guests who are looking for proximity to the village and ski access.

Excessive Cleaning:

Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
