Welcome to our luxury mountain retreat in South Point, perfectly located just above Happy Valley with ski-in/ski-out access right to your front door. This first-floor condo was thoughtfully designed with both entertaining and relaxation in mind. This was our 4th year booking through alluraDirect and Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals and as before , their service did not disappoint. We were also very happy with the Southpoint #19 unit, well appointed and conveniently located for a ski-in/ski-out with easy access to the village gondola. We will consider renting the same unit for next year

This condo was wonderful - we really enjoyed our stay, and this was a big part of it. Everything was well cared for, and the layout is quite conducive to both gathering and privacy. Appliances were in good shape which is amazing for a rental. The host was gracious and responsive, we had no issues and we really loved it - the ski in / ski out is no joke, very easy compared to many others who make the same claim. I will come back for sure! 5 stars!

Damages:

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Unapproved pets will result in a $300 fine.
Any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic fine of $300 to pay for professional cleaning of the unit.

Excessive Cleaning:

Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.

Excessive Noise:

Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
