We loved the location and facilities in general. A couple of tips...a little operations manual that describes how to adjust the hot tub temp and the floor heating would be nice. Also the slats in the second bedroom had moved substantially such that there was a huge gap between them which rendered the mattress virtually unsleepable, unfortunately we did not realize the cause till the next morning (if you attach a nylon tape or some such thing to all of the slats then they will not be able to separate and you won't have this happen again). thanks though, we definitely would rent again

Very comfortable condo, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Crock pot great for making easy meals. Really like the double bunks as it meant a double bed each, ski rack in the entryway was convenient and meant everything dried out before we had to pack up to leave and the hot tub was great after a day on the hill. It was easy to ski in and back using the pathway between the 2 buildings - just a short uphill climb onto the trail then down to the Orient or Morrissey lift depending on where you want to ski. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the East village.

True ski in/ski out with windows looking out onto the golf course a.k.a. kid's play area. Well appointed condo with comfortable beds and good layout. Loved the heated floors and lots of hangers for ski gear in the entry way. Maybe the best recommendation for this condo is the only small complaint I have is the hot tub cover. It blocks the view of Tod Mountain. Seriously, I have to go that deep to find something to gripe about. Our family of five is very much looking forward to staying here again.

We just came back from a great 4-night stay in this condo. Everything was very clean when we arrived, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. There is nothing better than having your own hot tub after a day of skiing Sun Peaks. The ski-in, ski-out location is ideal. We would definitely book this unit again.

We really liked this place! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It's a bit tricky to find (the condo numbering system is very odd), but worth the hunt.

The condo had all the amenities that we needed and was lovely. We appreciated that it came with many of the commonly used items like laundry soap, spices, sugar, etc. Our biggest concern was that the front bedroom (queen bunk beds) had a lot of light coming in through the cellular blinds from the outside lights and they're on all night. We suggest installing blackout blinds in that room. All-in-all though, this is a great place to stay.

Small yet very comfortable ground level condo, well maintained and with easy access to the ski trails from the back door. New Orient chairlift significantly improved ski-in / ski-out access for this development. The ski rack is located inside in the entry room, but we kept our ski gear outside at the back and found it convenient and safe.

We found everything we needed for very comfortable stay - including toiletries, hot tub towels, well stocked kitchen with newer frying pans and great selection of spices. Flat screen TV in every room, fast internet, and good selection of board games. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine!

Hot tub is well maintained, and the only complain was that the cover opens to outside, obstructing the great view of the slopes. It was very difficult to reach on-site emergency contact during the holidays, but the owner responded quickly to resolve our parking questions. Two parking passes of different types were provided - one for the reserved spot, second for the guest first-come-first-server parking. Unfortunately, we had a third vehicle with us. The original instructions for overflow parking in P5 lot were a bit misleading - the parking was designated for RV and not available overnight. Finally, we parked our extra vehicle on a free parking behind the day lodge.

Awesome Sun Peaks Accommodations!

This was our families fourth visit to Sun Peaks and probably our favorite. Although the conditions on the slopes werenâ??t great the location and condition of the condo was exactly what you would expect from a true ski in ski out condo, including all the in unit amenities and the underground parking which was a huge bonus.

The condo had everything we needed and more, from the amazing views from the hot tub to the functionality of the kitchen. Our host was so responsive to our questions and concerns prior to and during our stay that we felt like we were home.

I would highly recommend this property. Weâ??ll be back again in the future!
