Unfortunately, there weren't enough towels for the four of us when we arrived and it took the front desk until the next afternoon to bring more. You can request a full refund (less credit card processing fee) within five days of arrival or during your visit for days 1) during the ski season (Nov. 20-April 25) the ski lifts are closed for a health emergency, 2) you are an international traveler and the Canadian border is closed for a health emergency, or 3) there is a government stay-at-home mandate.|
