Settlers Crossing 20 is a one story, ground floor condo that has many large windows for a light-filled open feeling yet the custom wood blinds maintain your privacy.  With the New Orient lift the East village has some of the best ski in/out in all of Sun Peaks.  From our front door you are moments away from strapping on your skis to enjoy your day.

The main room includes an open, well equipped kitchen, a living room with a sectional (sofa bed) and two leather lounge chairs with a 50" flat screen TV and gas Fireplace.  The dining room area includes a dining table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools at the counter. This ground floor, unit is a ski in/ski out location with a locking ski storage just outside the front door. After a day on the mountain, relax in our large hot tub on our private patio then move inside and enjoy the warmth of the stone fireplace.

  • The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a closet and two night stands and large wall mounted TV.
  • Second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, ample closet space and a TV with a Play Station 3 and limited games.
  • There is a private deck that has a large hot tub for relaxing.
  • BBQ on the deck.
  • The full bathroom has a tub with a shower, heated tile floors and can be accessed form the master bedroom.

We just came home from a wonderful 4-night stay in this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. My boys loved their room with bunk beds. You can't beat the ski-in, ski-out location of this property! You can actually access 2 of the lifts from this location (Morrissey and Orient). Everything was very clean upon our arrival. The hot tub is located in the back, and we loved the privacy of it. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Settlers crossing is located ar the base of Mount Morrisey.  You can take the Morrisey lift to ski into the village or coming this winter the new lift will be opening and you will be able to ski directly into the village using this lift.  You are a qucik ten minute walk down trails that are maintained throughout the winter.  There are free in-resort shuttles that can take you to the village in the winter as well.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Booking & Arrival Deadline Must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Bike Storage available in our secure parkade. No bikes in the unit please.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm please give our cleaners the time required to prepare our unit to meet your expectations.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am Due to tight turn around times not late check out's without prior arrangements and will not be possible if we have a booking that night.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Please be respectful of our neighbours.
Hot Tub Hot Tub is provided for your enjoyment please enjoy responsibly.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 when using the pullout mattress located under bed.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.

Property Details

Our unit has windows to both sides of the building, which brings in a lot of natural light.

Easy access from the front of our biuilding to load your luggage in and out of our unit.

The two bedrooms are on the opposite ends of the unit, both with their own bathrooms nearby.

The open space kitchen, dining and living area is very spacious and allows for flexibility depending on your needs at different times of the day.

Our deck is private and is tucked away below the 15th green for your enjoyment while using the hot tub.


Sleeping Areas & Beds

We have sleeping for 7 in beds with two seperate mattresses (one single in each bedroom) That can be pulled out to sleep on the floor in those rooms.  You will need to bring your own sleeping bag or bedding for these mattreses.  They would be ideal for your younger family members.  Our 9 year ol;d and 5 year old will sleep on these if with have friends staying with us.

Very comfortable queen-size bed. High quality duvet, pillows and linens. Two night tables and closet. Graco playpen fits here.

Living Area

 Living area has a large pull out couch with queen size bed, two leather recyling seats for comfortable TV viewing at the end of a long ski day.  There is a leather automan infront of the couch that has a selection of board games, DVD's and a few books.  The flat screen TV has cable, DVD player and a surround sound amplifier for use when watching DVD's.

Dining Area

Dining table seats six persons and offers a nice setting for dining as well as family board games. Extra seating available for three persons at the kitchen counter.
