Located at the quiet end of the main Whistler Village Stroll walking path and ideally located near all amenities. Spectacular views of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains from the living room, sit outside on our balcony and enjoy a quiet evening looking over the village stroll or listen to live concerts at the Olympic plaza in the summer!

Walk outside to a full size grocery store, liquor store, Blenz Coffee, the Olympic Celebration Plaza and countless shops and restaurants. It is within walking distance to the Whistler-Blackcomb gondola’s and ski lifts and also on the Whistler Village free-shuttle bus route.

Our kitchen was fully renovated to change the configuration and provide more living and cooking space.  A full set of wall and lower cabinets has been provided making this perhaps the largest kitchen in the Marketplace Lodge! Our extra storage allows for the tidy storage of dishes, small appliances, pantry items or use to store personal items for those who are sleeping in the living room!  

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated and matching dishes, cutlery, Henckel induction cookware and small appliances. At least 10 place settings have been provided and a generous amount of dishwasher and dish soap.

Damages:

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Excessive Cleaning:

Prior to departure, guest are asked to place their dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on so the machine will be complete its' cycle when housekeeping visits the room to prepare for the next guest. If you have accumulated a large volume of garbage or recyclables (i.e.: more than 1 or 2 bags), to avoid cleaning surcharges, please drop off the excess garbage at the garbage room. Excessive Cleaning Costs will be charged agains the guests' credit card deposit and/or deposit provided.

Excessive Noise:

Complaint of excessive noise which result in a visit from the building security will result in an automatic $150 fine from building security and charged to the guest damage deposit. Where the noise complaint is not initially resolved the guest will be evicted without refund.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing.
