What a beautiful house. We very much enjoyed our stay for New years and my birthday. We would stay again in a heart beat. We loved the location, ski right out and in the from boot room door. The layout was very nice and the house was well stocked. Would defiantly recommend it.

Everything was great .....House was perfect for our group one small "complaint" was Hottub water was dirty and very low water level ... they came and filled it up and treated it..... but never saw them again . the Hottub couldnt seem keep the water temp above 100 Again.... everything was great ... if it was my house id want to know about the hottub issues Thanks for a great Stay !!!!! Tim

Our manager at Big White will meet you at the house to assist with checkin and to introduce you to the house:  PLEASE ADVISE OUR MANAGER ON THE MOUNTAIN IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL.  A final confirmation before leaving Kelowna is preferred [Sheila Tegart 250 808 7756].

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Check-Out Time 10 AM unless authorised by manager prior to departure. We try to be flexible, depending on time of next booking.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If our home is left in a mess, we reserve the right to charge you an addition cleaning fee.
Excessive Noise Please consider our neighbours, particularly if outside
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense. Garbage and recycling should be left in the bins provided in the garage. It will be removed during cleaning. All dishes must be washed and put away. Any food worth eating can be left for the cleaners. Please leave the beds together. Do not strip. Please leave towels in bathtubs and shower. Please leave cover on hot tub when not in use.

  • Entrance level has large foyer with coat cupboard and firewood storage, ski room / laundry with door onto ski run, bunk bedroom, sitting room with trundle beds, lounge with open fireplace and games/TV room, bathroom and gym.  Carpeted stairs up to main level.
  • Main level has large, open kitchen with breakfast area, door onto huge deck (with hot tub and BBQ).  Separate dining room.  Large loungeroom with vaulted ceilings.  Cozy master bedroom (king sized bed).  Full suite bathroom.  Wooden stairs up to upper level.
  • Upper level has another master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and private balcony.  There are two other bedrooms with private balconies and another large bathroom.  Large open landing looking down into lounge level.

Well-equipped, modern kitchen to cater for a full house for dinner or snacks on the run.  Range with large oven and induction cooktop.  Large fridge-freezer with ice and cold water dispenser (There is an additional fridge-freezer in garage).  Crockery, glassware and cutlery (including kids plastic-ware) for 20 plus people.  Large sandwich toaster, mixer, food-processor, stick-mixer, crockpot, coffee dripolator, Nespresso machine, tea-pot, electric kettle and popcorn-maker.  Large assortment of saucepans, frypans, baking trays, casserole dishes and kitchen tools.  Basic kitchen supplies including brushes and cloths, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and rubbish bin liners.  Cooking supplies include flour, sugar, coffee, popcorn, tea, salt, pepper, a good range of spices.  

A special note re pod style coffee: We supply 12 Nespresso Vertuo pods, but if you want more pods for your stay you will need to bring them with you.  They cannot be purchased in Kelowna, but can be obtained online at

We are a family from Australia.  We have just retired.  We love skiing and discovered Big White three years ago.  We decided to buy a place where we could invite our friends to stay with us and to share Big White with other families who love the mountains.
