This was our first time visit to Big White and The Aspens. Apartment 5** was spotlessly clean and the views over the village and across the valley were unbelievable. The apartment had everything you could ever need to make your stay very comfortable.
We loved using the hot tub after a day on the slopes and an easy ski in ski out made The Aspens 5** a perfect choice for our family. We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone and plan to return soon.

Big White Ski Resort is located about 56km South East of Kelowna, the largest city in the Okanagan. From Kelowna Airport exit onto Highway 97 South and follow the signs towards Kelowna. As you enter the Rutland area you will see the large green highway signs displaying the turn off for Highway 33 and Big White. Turn left at the Highway 33 intersection and continue for 32km (approx 20 min) until you reach Big White Road. Turn left into Big White Road and drive another 24km (approx 15 min) where you will arrive at the Big White village centre on your right hand side. Follow Big White Road past the village, turning left into Whiskey Jack Road then right into Porcupine Road and continue to drive to the very end. The Aspens is at the very top of Porcupine Road. Building #4 carpark is the first one you will come to.

The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published. Guests will be evicted and removed from the premises without refund due to any policy breach and damages may be assessed.

By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
If excessive cleaning is required, the Guest will be charged $45 per hour extra cleaning costs.
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing.
