Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were a few problems that definitely impacted our stay and level of enjoyment. We intentionally booked this unit because it advertised having two Master bedrooms. I would not qualify the room with a Queen bed as a Master as it was very small. Perhaps if the downstairs and larger room had a King or Queen bed in it would be considered a Master.
We also had toilet problems with the toilet in the Master bedroom and had to have the Manager come twice. We ended up not using the toilet at all the last couple days which was a an inconvenience.
Otherwise, we appreciated the large space, the beautiful view and proximity to the gondola and the ease of skiing to the condo when we were done for the day. Thanks, LauraView Full Review Owner Has Responded

Stayed at property with another family (10 persons in total) during Dec 17 /Jan 18 for 8 nights. Very impressed with well equipped kitchen, large living areas and plenty of space so didn't ever feel crammed. Easy access to lifts with ski in, ski out. Immaculately clean on arrival.

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.|
|Excessive Noise||Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund. Please be considerate to your neighbors.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 10 to 20 nights receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets mid way thru the stay. Guests staying 21 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets every 7th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Internet service is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of quality service at any time.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests, or guests of guests while they are on our property or any location in Big White.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Sleeping capacity is 11 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction.|
|Missing Items||Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items, as per our stated damage deposit policies.|
|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is from 11pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints. Please be considerate to our neighboring families.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests and authorizes up to a $2000.00 CAD charge on their upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our Guest Stay Contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes but is not restricted to: Noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.|
