A perfect cozy stay in the woods!

We had an amazing week staying at Todd & Leahâ??s Place. The location was steps away from the village bus loop, with a convenient Blackcomb ski trail running up to the back of the complex.

We loved the cozy mountain chic vibe of this place. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a day of exercise and mountain air. It was such a treat and made our trip to the mountains a very special experience.

Great Family Vacation Townhouse and Location

Our family of 4 had a fantastic 15 nights in January at Todd and Leah's Stone Ridge townhouse. Todd was great to deal with and very flexible during the planning stages. Leah sent through the check-in details before we arrived. Todd and Leah stayed in touch during our stay and provided some local tips for getting around and dining.

The townhouse was excellent and has been kept to a high standard. It has a new modern kitchen, renovated bathrooms and very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. The hot tub was fantastic to soak in after skiing and the open fire great too. The kitchen is setup with everything you need including new dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. There are plenty of pots and pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery if you choose to eat in.

The location is perfect with a short walk along a snowy trail to Lower Merlins run where you can then ski down to Blackcomb base. On the way home you can ski right into the Stone Ridge complex along the same trail. The free local bus stop to Whistler Village is just across the road from Stone Ridge entrance.

We really enjoyed our time at Todd and Leahâ??s townhouse and will definitely stay again when we return to Whistler.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Not tolerated. Quiet hours 10pm to 9am
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to/from or while on resort property.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.

Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Property Damage Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, and missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund! By 24 hour security company or RCMP will be summoned. Loud noise, damage to private and/or public property, disturbing the peace.
