Welcome to our home and thank you for visiting our webpage! We are situated in Whistler, Creekside which is approximately 4 kilometers south of the Main Whistler/Blackcomb Villages.
This family oriented complex has something special to offer in the Creekside area. It is surrounded by nature on one side and the small village of Creekside on the other, making it a convenient yet peaceful location. The mountain trails located just steps from our carport serve as the ski in/ski out trails in winter and hiking trails in summer. If necessary, it is only a one minute drive down to the free covered parkade, pick up and drop off areas, etc. and we believe you will find it LESS CROWDED than the Main Village areas.
The condo itself provides all the comforts of home and has a few special features that will make your time here even more special and relaxing: the private hot tub after a long day of skiing is an absolute must; the large reading nook tucked in under the cathedral window offers that added little space for someone to go and read or play a game; and the new wood insert makes this mountain home cozy!! The 3 bedrooms will sleep up to 7 people comfortably and the open living, dining and kitchen area is perfect for cooking and socializing.
So, at the end of a great ski day, eat, drink and be merry -- curl up in front of the fireplace, take in the mountain views, grab a book and hit the nook with a blanket or enjoy the hot tub nestled in amongst the trees.

This townhome is situated in Creekside just below a protected, old growth forest called Big Timber Park. It is a peaceful setting with access to ski-in and ski-out trails (snow conditions permitting) during winter that lead down to Creekside base and Gondola. These same trails are great hiking and mountain biking trails in the summer. The walk down to Creekside is less than 10 minutes -- a total bonus to be able to stroll down to the Village for groceries, coffee, spirits or a cold beer at Dusty's. There are also several other great restaurants in the Creekside area within walking distance. (RED DOOR BISTRO IS AMAZING!!) There are two parking spots for the unit: one is a carport (keeping your vehicle snow free) and the other is an uncovered parking space which is good for overheight vehicles. NOTE ABOUT PARKING: OUR COMPLEX HAS STRICT RULES ABOUT PARKING AND WE ARE LIMITED TO OUR TWO SPOTS WITH NO DESIGNATED VISITOR PARKING IN THE COMPLEX. |COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. If guests cause the hot tub water to be drained and replaced due to un-clean use, the cleaning costs will be charged back to the guest.|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise may result in eviction without refund. Our bylaws state a quiet period shall be in force in the entire complex by 11:00 pm until 8:00 am each day.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. We also request that the fridge be cleaned out and that the dishwasher be turned on at the end of the stay.|
|Hot Tub||Please treat the hot tub with respect and keep the door closed while you are using it. If we find heavy and/or improper use of the hot tub during a stay results in a draining of the tub, these cleaning costs will be charged back to the guest. GENERAL COST FOR THIS SERVICE: $125.00.|
|Housekeeping||Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.|

A set of stairs from the carport leads to a spacious covered entrance area with plenty of room to get yourself organized out of the day's ski equipment, etc. Enter the front door into a large entrance with lots of space to store boots, ski wear, etc.. There is one bedroom and a three piece bathroom on this first floor. A flight of stairs takes you to the open concept kitchen, living and dining rooms with the third floor housing the remaining two bedrooms, jack & jill bathroom and a private hot tub located on the back deck surrounded by trees. Daybed is located on the landing of the stairs going up to third floor bedrooms and is big enough for two people to curl up or play games.

My husband, Mark, and I have lived in Vancouver for most of our lives and skied in Whistler for over 25 years on and off in between jobs and raising four children. In 2013, we were lucky enough to find our townhome in Whistler Creek Ridge and have enjoyed several ski seasons here now. There are so many amazing places in Whistler and of course we are biased, but we truly believe we are in one of the best kept secrets in Whistler :) We love Creekside because it's quieter, smaller and away from traffic (something we are always wanting to escape when we leave the big city). We love the trails and in the summer, being able to take the dog for a walk with virtually no one around. The townhouse itself is perfect for our family of 6. The layout keeps us close together but also offers room to go and find your own space. We love it and we know you will too!
