This is a well appointed unit on the top floor and in a very quiet neighbourhood. We were 3 adults, 1 kid and a dog and it was perfect. The heated floors in the bathrooms and the kitchen were lovely! It was also nice to find a few games available to play as a family. We really liked the proximity to the valley trails, Lost lake and Blackomb village and lifts.View Full Review

Our unit is located minutes away from the Blackcomb base and borders the Valley Trail and the Chateau Whistler golf course. We are also a 5 minute walk to Lost Lake Park for swimming and mountain biking in the summer and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. We are serviced by a free shuttle bus that departs directly in front of our complex every few minutes providing free rides to the ski hill and to the village.

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.|
|Excessive Noise||Unreasonable noise is not permitted at any time.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. Garbage must be disposed in the designated garbage bins in the garbage shed across from the unit entrance.|
|Housekeeping||Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.|

|Parking & Ticketing||Parking stall is assigned. Visitor parking outside of assigned stall is available on a first-come first served basis. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass when parked at The Woods. Vehicles without a valid pass will be towed at owner's expense.|
|Property Damage||Renter is responsible for the full costs to repair any property damaged during their stay. The retained damage deposit will be utilized to cover such costs however if the costs to repair the damage exceed the deposit provided the Renter remains responsible for the remainder of the cost.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||We are zoned for nightly rentals.|
|Terms of Eviction||Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!|
Entry to the unit is at ground level where you enter into a spacious vestibule with room to take off your boots and hang your skiis. The entrance foyer then leads up a set of stairs to the main floor where you are met by the dining, kitchen and main living area with large windows overlooking the forest and with views of Rainbow Mountain across the valley. At the top of the stairs to the left is the Master Bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and to the right is the second bedroom that adjoins the main bathroom.

Our unit features a completely stocked kitchen complete with all appliances, dishes, utensils and features you could need for your vacation. The kitchen features an island with granite counter top and stanless steel fridge, stove, oven and microwave.
