At the end of your long ski day enjoy our cozy wood-burning fireplace after your dip in our outdoor hot tub. While our unit enjoys the quiet surroundings of a forest setting the ski hill and village are only a 5 minute ride away via a free shuttle. Additionally our complex lies along the first hole of the award-winning Chateau Whistler golf course and is only a short walk from Lost Lake and its cross-country ski trails in the winter and mountain bike trails in the summer.

Having been recently renovated our unit boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a leather sofa with chair. The master bedroom includes a cozy large bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom sports two single beds with its own adjoining bathroom. Our unit includes HD TV, free internet, phone, stereo, and access to our concierge service that can help you discover all Whistler has to offer!

Great Place to Stay

We loved everything about this place - it's spacious yet cozy, and you're surrounded by trees! The living room/kitchen area feels larger than how it looks in the pictures. The location couldn't have been better - the free shuttle to the village is right outside your door and it takes minutes to get there. Also across from Lost Lake and fields/trails for walks. The only thing that could have made it better was if there was wood for the fire place (it was a chilly, snowy weekend!).

We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean and well-equipped condo

Alan's condo is such a great whistler getaway. The condo is spacious, clean and well-equipped (even with heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms). Location is great. Free Whistler shuttle right outside the condo. Even walking to Whistler town center is less than 30 mins on great trails. We all had a wonderful time there. Will definitely consider this condo again for our future Whistler vacations.

Our unit is located minutes away from the Blackcomb base and borders the Valley Trail and the Chateau Whistler golf course.  We are also a 5 minute walk to Lost Lake Park for swimming and mountain biking in the summer and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. We are serviced by a free shuttle bus that departs directly in front of our complex every few minutes providing free rides to the ski hill and to the village.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Unreasonable noise is not permitted at any time.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. Garbage must be disposed in the designated garbage bins in the garbage shed across from the unit entrance.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.

Parking & Ticketing Parking stall is assigned. Visitor parking outside of assigned stall is available on a first-come first served basis. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass when parked at The Woods. Vehicles without a valid pass will be towed at owner's expense.
Property Damage Renter is responsible for the full costs to repair any property damaged during their stay. The retained damage deposit will be utilized to cover such costs however if the costs to repair the damage exceed the deposit provided the Renter remains responsible for the remainder of the cost.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Property Details

Entry to the unit is at ground level where you enter into a spacious vestibule with room to take off your boots and hang your skiis.  The entrance foyer then leads up a set of stairs to the main floor where you are met by the dining, kitchen and main living area with large windows overlooking the forest and with views of Rainbow Mountain across the valley.  At the top of the stairs to the left is the Master Bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and to the right is the second bedroom that adjoins the main bathroom.

While we live in North Vancouver, Alan, Karen, Danika and Layton have been addicted to Whistler for many years - having spent many winter days skiing the high alpine and many summer days hiking, swimming, and biking in the valley and surrounding mountains.  We are passionate about the outdoors and we love the range of experiences that Whistler is able to offer.  We are excited to be able to share a bit of our love for Whistler by sharing our Whistler home with you!  We hope you will come back!
