This is a small condo which is well appointed and well stocked. The kitchen has condiments, spices, and other necessities. Check-in and checkout were very simple; no complicated instructions about where to take the garbage or how to strip the beds or any other requirements. We have stayed in this building many times and appreciate its amenities. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the hot tub and swimming pool were closed. The condo offered enough space for my husband and I, but I would not recommend renting this unit for more people. I do not like cleaning surcharge that some owners recently started to include separately from nightly price. It makes difficult to compare values of different rentals. Instructions for our stay were easy to follow and self check was quick and easy. The suite is perfect for a couple who wants to cook meals, relax by the fire, walk to the village and ski on Blackcombe steps away. A lovely clean and quiet accommodation. It had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the extra kitchen items we'd forgotten to bring.
It was close to everything that the mountain can offer including mountain trails for hiking and cycling and places to shop or eat. We stayed during the heat wave so the tower fan provided in the room was appreciated. After a days cycling the trails the pool was refreshing and warm. The hot tub and sauna was also wonderful to relax in and visit with other hotel guests. The weight room was well equipped and everything worked.
As for parking our car, we easily found a spot on the street a short walk so no need to park under ground but this is only available during the low season.
It was easy to contact the owners when we had any questions and they kept us updated on our stay as needed. Highly recommend this location by Linda and Larry.View Full Review

The condo was very clean when we arrived, it appeared professionally cleaned. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were even some cooking staples, such as olive oil and salt.
The fan in the closet was a nice surprise,really helpful when it got very hot. We did not use the swimming pool but pool towels were available. We did not realize there was no balcony in the unit until we arrived, but since we spent most of our time outside it did not matter that much.View Full Review

Linda and Larry were lovely and very accommodating with an early check in and quick to respond to any question you might have.. I would recommend this property.
The unit is very up to date, clean and well supplied with your kitchen needs. Towels and bedding are all fresh. This is a beautiful, well-maintained property, and the owners are wonderful! They have been very responsive both before and during my stay. I have never stayed in the Upper Village and I booked this property with the knowledge that it was "ski-in-ski-out" as listed in the property description. Well, it's not quite that. It's a short walk to the slopes, but not ski-in/out. Thankfully, there is a free shuttle that stops right outside the property and that's very convenient. There is also easy access by foot from Blackcomb base to Whistler Village. With regard to amenities, I missed having the option to store luggage for the day (there is no reception area/onsite staff for luggage storage). All in all, this is a great property but unless I know for sure that I will not ski during my last day at Whistler, I will likely look elsewhere.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

Not real happy about paying for parking at this place. Dumped $48 to park in the empty garage (remember I came in a not real busy time of the year) for three nights. Once all paid up for the parking I noticed you can park out on the street both above this property on the other side of the road and below the property too. The property is on a curve. My husband and I spent 1 week and from day one, we felt at home! Everything was well organized and prepared: when we arrived we could immediately go to the apartment and set in, walk to Blackcomb to get our skiing gear and simply: ENJOY! The apartment was clean, spacious and confortable; the building amenities were a plus after a long day in the snow; but most importantly the hosts were responsive and extremely helpful. That, probably, was the most important of all!
It is a small walk to Whistler for the restaurants and groceries, but the bus stops literally in front of the building and there are already some things available in Blackcomb. Overall, we really liked the location and very easily got into the slopes in 5 minutes in the morning.

The place was great for two, good location and bed was comfortable. The kitchen pots and pans set definitely need an upgrade, parking was not included, wifi didn't work and it was unfortunately very noisy....noise coming from the corridor and the unit above. It is a bit old property but it's a very cozy condo and is conveniently located in the village. Free shuttle bus is right at the entrance. A trail (could be skiing-in/out if there were snow, unluckily we had not experienced it) is just beside the but stop. The owner is very nice and responsive since we are planning the trip. Kitchen is fully equipped. For the property facilities, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna are in good condition. Parking lot, locker room, etc are very well managed too. We may come back someday when there is more snow... Besides the issues we had already reported to the owner, some white face towel have some stains and may need to be retired. The locker is at the "P" level and the detail instruction which is emailed to the guest may need to be reviewed.View Full Review

We enjoyed every minute. The condo was clean and roomy and had everything we needed. It was great being on the 2nd floor and being able to move straight in off the lobby. There is a terrific view of the mountains, a nice fireplace, TV, and a very cool Bluetooth stereo for playing tunes off our smartphones. It is far enough away from the noise in the Village, yet close enough to walk there in 15 minutes. We would love to stay here again.View Full Review
