You'll be glad you did!! We are conveniently located in the Benchlands on Blackcomb Mountain. Ski in/Ski out to the Blackcomb Base or you can walk to the Village and Village North in minutes. Soak in the hot tub, or swim in the great outdoors - all year round! The Marquise has everything you need for a great Whistler vacation.

Nice condo in good location

This is a small condo which is well appointed and well stocked. The kitchen has condiments, spices, and other necessities. Check-in and checkout were very simple; no complicated instructions about where to take the garbage or how to strip the beds or any other requirements. We have stayed in this building many times and appreciate its amenities. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the hot tub and swimming pool were closed. Nonetheless, we are happy to have already rented this condo for a week in March for more skiing.

The condo offered enough space for my husband and I, but I would not recommend renting this unit for more people. I do not like cleaning surcharge that some owners recently started to include separately from nightly price. It makes difficult to compare values of different rentals. I consider this practice similar to inclusion of resort fees in hotels and deceptive.

This is a lovely condo, very comfortable and with a great view of the Rainbow Mountains. We have all the comforts to make your Whistler stay a most enjoyable one.

We share our condo with guests who are expected to treat it as they would their own. We have allergies and therefore do not allow smoking or pets (no matter how well behaved, unfortunately) in our condo.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Full refund for cancellations up to 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after that date will be refunded only to the extent that replacement bookings are located. All refunds are subject to a 4% handling fee for transaction costs.
Delayed Arrivals Personal access code will be provided which allows access to the building at all times.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Information will be e-mailed to you approximately 7 days prior to your arrival. If you require information sooner than that please let us know.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Fee for cleaning after check-out. Stays longer than 7 days receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping at no additional cost. Please put final load of dishes in dishwasher and turn on cleaning cycle.
Internet Availability & Usage Wi-Fi is available within the condo. Password is required and will be supplied prior to arrival.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 persons. Infants in separate cribs not included.
Property Damage We expect that each guest will be responsible for damage caused during your stay. By making your reservation you are acknowledging that you will be responsible for damage caused. Please advise us promptly if you cause damage, or find damage when you arrive in our condo. For longer term stays, a damage deposit is required.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Terms of Eviction No loud parties or excessive noise.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
