Welcome to our 1500 square foot modern and spacious top floor condo in Whistler. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located right on the slopes of Blackcomb, just above the Blackcomb gondola.
With heated floors and a gas fire for winter and air-conditioning for summer, our condo has been totally remodelled and professionally decorated. We are keen skiers in the winter and hearty hikers in the summer, so this is our home away from home with all the comforts, including WiFi, flat screen TVs in every bedroom and Netflix.
Our apartment is in Woodrun Lodge, which is located slopeside on Blackcomb, just above the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Take advantage of our true ski in / ski out location; a heated walkway guides you to the slope and you can ski or board down to Blackcomb Base in around a minute. Set in a lush background of forest, yet within walking distance to the action of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, our condo is away from the hustle and bustle of the Village but still conveniently located. This was our 4th stay at Woodrun 6**! And our family would like to return next winter, which really says it all. We just love this stylish place offering spectacular views from each window! Although on our arrival snow conditions were the worst we experienced in a decade, the apartment made us enjoy our Whistler break all the same. The living / dining area is spacious enough for each member of our family to pursue his/her interest without feeling crammed. The kitchen is well-equipped - plenty of cutlery, plates, pots and pans. The beds are very comfortable, the linen and towels are of high quality. The closets are big enough to hold suitcases and bags.
Mid-stay housekeeping staff were tactful and swift. Check-in and check-out were easy.This year the little gym on the ground floor of the building was open after renovation. Only takes around a minute to ski or board down to the Blackcomb Base from where you can access both mountains. Want to walk down? Only 3 minutes down the slope and at Blackcomb Base you can sample savories in wonderful restaurants, relax in the Mallard Lounge with your friends at the Chateau Whistler, or explore the ski shops and boutiques. Want to head for Whistler Village? You can walk or take the free shuttle bus. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of the village, but far enough away to enjoy a more peaceful location.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||If you cancel less than 6 months BEFORE your arrival date, then the refund of your deposit is contingent on re-rental of the property, LESS (i) a $200 non-refundable administrative fee AND (ii) the 4% charge that the credit card company charges us. We will refund your deposit less the aforementioned amounts ONLY if we can replace your booking and any refund will be based on both the re-booked rate and the number of nights re-booked. If you cancel 6 months or more BEFORE your arrival date, then we will refund your deposit LESS (i) a $75 non-refundable administrative fee AND (ii) the 4% charge that the credit card company charges us.|
|Cancellations Made by Owners||We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable in such circumstances. We also reserve the right to cancel your booking within 48 hours of it being made, in which case your payment will be refunded to you in full.|

|Website Service Fee||Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact email@example.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.|
Guest Stay Policies

|Bike Storage||There is a guest bike storage room in the underground garage for your bikes. Bikes are not permitted in our apartment or inside Woodrun Lodge. Strata may impose a fine, which will be charged to the guest, if the guests brings a bike inside.|
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm. If you are going to arrive arrive late (after 11 pm in prime ski season or after 7 pm at other times), you must inform us in advance so that we can arrange for keys to be put in a lockbox for you. If you do not do so and Woodrun Lodge's security company needs to carry out an emergency check in, then we reserve the right to charge the related fee to you.|
|Check-Out Time||10:00 am.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs (requiring cleaning in excess of the usual check out cleaning).|
|Excessive Noise||Quiet hours between 10 pm until 8 am. Woodrun Lodge's security company may be called if there is an excess noise complaint. Any fees or fines in relation to excessive noise will be charged to the guest and guests agree to authorize this charge to their credit card.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.|
|Hot Tub||The hot tub and swimming pool may not be available for use from time to time for reasons beyond our control. Glassware is not permitted in the pool and hot tub area.|
|Housekeeping||Before arrival and after departure. Complimentary midstay linen change provided for bookings of 8 nights or more.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property, in Woodrun Lodge or at any location in Whistler.|

This is our favorite place to be after a day on the slopes. Fireplace on, music playing, and watching the snow drifting down. It's magic! Plenty of seating. Large flat screen TV with DVD player and soundbar, cable TV and Netflix.
The dining room area is large and seats 8. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
There is only one other unit in the complex like ours with the high 14 foot ceiling and octagonal living room. Very spacious unit, completely redecorated in 2013. Air conditioned.
