Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan is one of the best designs in Glacier's Reach. The layout is perfect for couples or families, allowing privacy with a separate 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom. Oversized ground level entryway offers secure ski and bike storage.
A 10-15 minute walk through the village will bring you to all shops and restaurants, as well as lift access to both mountains. We are conveniently located right across the street from a grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops, liquor store, kids park, and shuttle service.
We are excited to have completed a huge renovation since purchasing our mountain home in 2013. Our full kitchen proudly boasts stone counters, stainless steel appliances, knives, dishes, pots, utensils. We love to cook and we appreciate the difference quality materials make when you're preparing your "5-star" meals! The unique appeal of Glacier's Reach's private hot tubs is even more enjoyable in our Beachcomber tub.

For our trip to Whistler this unit suited us very well and we expect to rent it again. We appreciated the great location at the very north end of the village across the street from Marketplace. We liked the new bathrooms and well supplied kitchen, comfy beds, private hot tub on the third floor, and quick responses to our emails from the owner, Chris. The covered deck is huge and surrounded by trees.
Why I choose this unit from all the others available was because of the storage available for two bikes inside the entry as you enter the unit. We came with very valuable bikes and putting them into a communal bike storage room, locked or not, was not an option. In the entry there is room to hang two bikes above the bench and lots of storage for other equipment on large deep shelves to the right of the doorway.
Here is a clear picture of the layout; the entry is the only part of the unit on the ground floor, go upstairs to the living area, kitchen, queen bedroom and bathroom with tub, continue up the same staircase to king bedroom (or two twins if pre-booked) bathroom with double shower and deck with hot tub. We have been staying with Glacier's Reach for over 10 years now and always booked it with alluraDirect.
Based on our past experiences with this complex, we would say that everything is perfect with this unit! Love the space by the door, with hooks for bikes, shelf space/racks for sport equipment to dry, very thoughtful and such great use of space available.
Bathrooms are brand new and very clean. Kitchen has relatively new pots/pans/knives, which is great to see and pleasure to use!. Hot tub cover was super easy to open! and love the huge patio and table to enjoy meals outside.
The only one thing we had to get a bit used to was the check-in method. The owner uses Whistler reception services, they have all info on the website, but I missed it, not their fault.... I was used to receiving check in info/pass codes from owner few days before arrival. All in all, we had a great time in this unit.
