Welcome to our luxurious Village North townhome in the award-winning Montebello 2. Enjoy the best of both worlds - peace, privacy and tranquillity, yet just a stroll to all the Whistler action! With 3 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in almost 1600 sq. ft., there's plenty of room for up to 8 people.

Free parking in your own private driveway or in the single car, secure garage. With your car right at your doorstep, come and go as you please. Shopping and the Village are just a 5 - 10 minute walk or two minute drive and we're right by the Valley Trail, which is a great way to hike or bike to almost anywhere in Whistler.

After a day on the slopes, the golfcourse, hiking, fishing, mountain biking  or whatever, luxuriate in your private hot tub, relax by the river rock fireplace and maybe catch a movie on one of the four TVs, including 4K UHD TV in main living area. Enjoy spectacular views of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains from your front balcony, while preparing a casual meal on the Weber BBQ , or prepare a special meal in the gourmet kitchen. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise This is a quiet, upscale residential community. Please respect the rights of other guests and residents to quiet enjoyment of their property. Official quiet time starts at 10pm.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area, which is a two minute walk from the house.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability All use of our facilities is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any injury to our guests at our property or anywhere else in Whistler.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 adults and 2 children
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.

Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Ski lockers are provided in the garage. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Property Details

"Reverse plan" - main living area is on the upper floor, to take better advantage of the spectacular mountain views. Living area, is open plan with vaulted ceilings, river rock fireplace, dining room, gourmet kitchen and a walkout to the balcony with views of both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains. Upper level also includes a master bedroom with ensuite and a powder room.

Lower level, accessed through the front entrance or the garage, includes an entrance hall with closet, two guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Private laundry facility and a walkout to your own private hot tub, set in a private forested area behind the property.

About Us

Andrew & Cynthia Waller are a retired couple who just love the activities, atmosphere, scenery and clean air at Whistler. We spent a long time looking for our ideal home in Whistler, and have to say the property in Montebello was love at first sight. The property is well-constructed, has great views, is an easy walk to the Village for the non-skier in our family but still very convenient for the ski slopes and all the other activites Whistler can offer.  Our  principal residence is in North Vancouver, just over an hour's drive away, so we are always on hand if required.  While Cynthia is a non-skier, due to knee problems, she loves to walk into the Village. Andrew (grandpa Andy) continues to ski at age 73 , though somewhat tentatively, since he didn't start till age 67! Our 3 children are all avid skiers or boarders. Our best skier, however, is our thirteen- year old grandson, but the other three  younger grandchildren are hard on his heels!.
