We were 3 people staying so one had the sofa bed. As described, this was very comfortable so no problems there. 4 people might be a bit of a squeeze. Wayne was very responsive - we had forgotten to print out the correct check-in information, and had a small snafu with missing sofa bed sheets the first night. All sorted very quickly. The kitchen is very well stocked so you don't need to keep washing up or running the dishwasher. Nice area by the door for ski boots, coats etc. Good hot tub. All very clean.

We'd picked Wayne's apartment partly for the ski-in/out and, thanks to a dump of snow at the end of our stay, were able to ski-in/out for our entire stay. The bus stop is right outside in case the snow level is low in the valley. Walking to the village was straightforward and easy.

Very attractive unit, recently redone, a great retreat after an active (or not so active) day. Well organized, comfortable, and quiet. Easy access to the slopes: a short walk up the road and down the path and you're on the hill to Blackcomb base. Alternatively, the bus to base lifts at Blackcomb and Whistler stops just outside the complex. Kitchen is neat and well fitted if you wish to cook. If not, the bus gets you to the village, and you can also walk.

We recommend this unit, and we are going back!

Location

Wildwood Lodge is located just above Whistler Village: a 5-minute walk to the upper village and about 15 minutes to walk to the main village.  Or grab the free shuttle bus - the bus stops right at the condo. For skiing in the morning just walk across the road and go down a short trail right to the Wizard chairlift for full access to the mountains. To ski home in the afternoon you just exit the hill on the trail just above the "Woodrun" and follow it to the road. Go to the end of the street and walk up and across to cross the bus stop you will be on the trail that comes out at the bottom of the condo. Access to Lost Lake and the X-country trails are just minutes away.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee if cancelled at least 30 days prior to reservation date. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given for delayed or late arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided by email once booking is fully paid. Be sure to bring these check in instructions with you. There are no front desk services available to assist you with check in.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Bike Storage Common bike room provided. Not recommended for expensive mountain bikes. Please ask us for on mountain storage options. Under no circumstances can bikes be stored in condo's
Check-In Time 4pm. We apologize but we cannot accommodate early check in's during ski season.
Check-Out Time 10am. We apologize but we cannot accommodate late check out's during the ski season. We do not have facilities to store luggage.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Occupants may be charged for cleaning that is beyond normal cleaning related to staying in the condo.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Forgotten Items by Guest Please ensure every effort is made to take all items with you when you depart. Forgotten items can be returned to the guest at the guests expense.
Housekeeping Clean on arrival - we can arrange mid-stay clean for additional charge.
