We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was nice and clean, great for two families. Hot tub was rather small and couldn’t accommodate more than 3 people at a time but very pleasant stay overall. Close to all activities and easy ski in and out.

Best location in Silverstar

Wow! What an amazing place. We had an great time enjoying the resort from this home.

Super easy access to the Skating Pond, Ski run out the back door and a short enjoyable walk to the village. There was plenty of room for two families of four and all our gear. Convenient undercover parking, although we didn't use the car the whole week.

The home is very well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely hope to stay here again.

We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. A short ski to the Silver Queen chairlift gets you on the hill. It is just a quick walk to Brewers Pond for skating, Tube Town for tubing and Adventure Park for snowmobiling for the kids. You can eaily access cross country ski trails and snowshoe trails as well from our location . A 7-minute walk will take you to the village centre, restaurants, shopping and Kids Centre.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property , or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without a refund! Please be considerate of your neighbours.
Garbage Removal At time of departure all garbage should be placed in the garbage containers in the garage.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or any location in Silver Star.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for replacement of missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Parking & Ticketing 2 parking spaces are available in the garage. If an additional space is required a parking pass must be issued. If cars are parked in the parking lot without a parking pass they will be towed.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via email of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, unauthorized pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises

Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Relax at night in front of the large plasma TV and gas fireplace in our spacious living room. This family room has a sofa, loveseat and chair along with a large coffee table which invites family activities like boardgames and puzzles.

Situated between the living room and the kitchen, the solid wood dining table seats 8.  An additional 4 people can sit and eat at the bar.
