Wonderful stay again. This is a lovely space!! We do not have to bring anything but our food as the kitchen has all the amenities you could need! The massage chair was again a favourite as was the mitt and boot dryer. Thanks again for your accommodation

 Bridge Gate 15 is situated above the 15th fairway of  the Graham Cooke designed golf course, with ski-in, ski-out access in the winter. Great views of Mt. Morrisey and Sun Peaks main ski hill.  Located in the eastern end of the resort with great sun exposure in winter.  You can arrive at the main village, sports centre and skating rink in 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes with a brisk walk.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be deducted from your damage deposit
Excessive Noise This is a family complex. Please do not disturb our neighbours
Garbage Removal Upon leaving please take your garbage to the transfer station located at the western end of the resort
Housekeeping Included after your departure
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort.
Locking Door Please ensure doors are locked when you leave and the unit is unoccupied.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 adults (12 with children) overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policies.
Parking & Ticketing Two vehicle garage and two vehicles outside. regular height; take care with Thule boxes, etc.
Policy Updates We reserve the right to update and/or changes our policies from time to time.
Property Damage $1000.00 is collected with Balance of Payment. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, dirty dishes/pots, lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Inside garage. Please do not bring ski equipment or boards into the home
Terms of Eviction 2 complaints will result in eviction. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products

Property Details

A short flight of stairs takes you to the entrance and onto the main floor. There is a separate TV/family room as well as a powder room as you come onto the main floor. The spacious, bright and open living area has a dining table with seating for 10 (+2 extra chairs) , a comfortable seating area around the rock-faced fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with fabulous granite counters and seating for 4 at the raised counter. Just off the kitchen is the large front deck covered by the huge beamed roof. A BBQ is there for tasty grilled meals. The private hot tub is easily accessed off the main floor TV/family room.

Head up the stairs to the master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, walk-in closet,  and an unbelievable ensuite complete with huge two person shower, and deep luxurious tub. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a twin/double bunk bed and a separate twin bed perfect for 3-4 kids.  There is a shared bathroom upstairs for these bedrooms

On the lower level you will find the 4th bedroom, a TV/games room, the laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer and a boot dryer for 8 pairs of boots and gloves, and the entrance to the two vehicle heated garage.  There are ski and snowboard storage racks in the garage as well  Two more  vehicles may park right in front of the garage doors outside.

We are a family of 4 who have been coming to Sun Peaks since 2002.  We have loved this resort for its family centered feeling and our 2 boys have progressed from ski school to skiing on their own all day with friends.  We have many great memories of our holidays here at Sun Peaks and are confident that you will building these memories as well.
