The great room was planned especially with entertaining and relaxation in mind. Practical and stylish furniture, a stone crafted natural gas fireplace with expansive windows to take in the sun. This amazing cozy condo is perfectly situated with ski in/out right to your front door! Well appointed, cozy and inviting. The perfect ski vacation home. Gourmet kitchen outfitted with all the equipment you could possibly ask for. This is a true gem!
Our home is in South Point just above Happy Valley. The open floor plan gives a fantastic living space. Douglas fir flooring, maple shaker cabinetry and impressive rock floor to ceiling natural gas fireplace. Handsome and comfortable furniture are as impressive as the views from the large picture windows. Our first floor (ground level) home combines simplicity, luxury, and comfort for your stay. Own transportation is not necessary as all amenities are within easy reach. We are located close to the lifts and have ski in/ski out access directly to and from our door! That's right, SKI to the Door!
You pay NO GST save 5% Why? You will be staying at our home, where we have already paid the taxes.

Fantastic apartment, truly ski in and ski out and great location for a non skier too, perfect access to the gondola either on foot or on skis. Really cosy and plenty of space for 4. Kitchen is fully equipped for any kind of self-catering meal, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property for a family. Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
