Welcome to our home away from home!

We came for the snow and we keep coming back! Big White is world renowned for its great snow and wonderful family atmosphere. Relax in our private hot tub or cosy up in front of the fire after enjoying some of the best skiing the world has to offer! Keep the kids entertained with the movie selection available or perhaps a game of Mario Kart on the Wii console in the loft.Mum and Dad can sit back in front of the fire with a nice glass of Okanagan Red.

We've stayed many places, many times at Big White and Sun Peaks so we know what a good place should be like. This is one of them.

The kitchen was one of the best spaces I've seen. Large island and plenty of room for more than one person to work. The teenagers had lots of room spread over three floors and with 3 bathrooms we never felt over crowded. Super easy ski in/out, and short walk to village plus a private hot tub.

This place has it all and it was clean and well stocked. If I had a complaint, it would be that the overhang from the roof drips water through the middle of the hot tub. A minor inconvenience easy to live with. Thank you for a wonderful stay, truly!

Exceptional unit! Covered parking very close to unit for ease of loading and unloading. Clean, well equipped. When needed anything, property manager was easy to get and quick to respond and clear up any issues. Short walk up to ski hill then easy access to Snow Ghost Chair. In the unit is a comprehensive book on the unit itself along with Big White maps, facilities, activities, bus schedule etc.

Wonderful stay in Big White! Property description was completely accurate. Very nice to enter a unit and see exactly what was described and exactly what you expected! Kitchen was really well-stocked, which was a special bonus, since we made most of our meals. The location is fantastic -- with a very short walk, we were able to hop onto Ridge Express or Bullet Express. Our family included 2 teenagers, 2 grandparents, and me (the mom). We had plenty of space and comfortable beds, loved the hot tub, and we had an overall great time. Thank you so much!

Tree Tops is located at the top of Big White Village with excellent ski in/ski out access.There is easy access to the Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost chairs or continue to the Plaza Chair for quick access to the Village Centre. Coming home at the end of the day is a quick run down Highway 33 and turn right at Aspens and ski to the front door of the property. Great for night skiing with no need to rush!

The Village Centre is an easy 10 minute walk or catch the free shuttle bus which stops at the front entrance to Tree Tops.Great for dining, shopping or a quick coffee!

Booking & Arrival Deadline Must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm, unless prior arrangement with owner.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am, unless prior arrangement with owner.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise This is a family oriented, quiet development. Normal conversation is permitted, screaming and swearing are not acceptable. Excessive noise will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rental and deposit payments.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability The owners are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum capacity 6. Overnight capacity exceeding 6 will lead to immediate eviction.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be evicted if excessive noise complaints are received and no refund will be issued.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Tenant is responsible for leaving unit in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damage will be payable by the tenant and charged to your credit card. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Tenant assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenant or guests of tenant.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.

We are an Australian family who have been involved in the travel industry for many years. We have skiied in various locations around the world and have made Big White our home away from home. We return every season because of the great snow, friendly atmosphere of the village and the fantastic facilities. Its close proximity to Kelowna and Kelowna International Airport is an added bonus.
