The place was very clean, the accommodation was nicely arranged, loved the new/modern appliances and the location is great. To have made it an even better experience, we would have liked some baking trays and more casserole dishes, as cooking was a bit challenging without these. A small Christmas tree and some decorations would also have been nice as we were there over the holiday period. Overall we had a lovely time at The Gables.

Driving Instructions to the Resort: ===================== Here are directions to Whistler and to our unit. From Vancouver Airport: 1. Head south on Grant McConachie Way E 3.8km 2. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Granville Street E/City Centre/Centre-ville/BC-99 N and merge onto SW Marine Dr 800m 3. Continue onto Granville St 7.8km 4. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for BC-99 N/Nanaimo & Gibsons/Whistler Continue to follow BC-99 N 1.4km 5. Turn left onto W Georgia St/BC-1A N/BC-99 N Continue to follow BC-1A N/BC-99 N 6.0km 6. Take the exit toward North Vancouver/Capilano Canyon/Grouse Mountain 7. Merge onto Marine Dr 8. Turn left onto Capilano Rd (signs for Capilano Road) 1.2km 9. Take the ramp onto BC-1 W 12.5km 10. Slight left onto BC-99 N 102km 11. Turn right onto Village Gate Blvd 450m 12. Turn right onto Blackcomb Way 550m 13. When you get in the entrance bear left and park to unload your car and our unit is #5 Our Property Address ----------------------------------------------- The Gables Unit 5-4510 Blackcomb Way, whistler, BC, V8E 0X8 When you turn into the complex guest parking will be on your right, but the unit is a ground level unit way to your left when you come in. You can drive in to the left and park in the unload area to unload your things and get the parking pass. Unit #5 is the first unit to the left of the unload area. There is garbage facilities in front of the unit should you need them.

Damages:

Excessive Cleaning:

Cleaning in excess of three hours will be charged to renter's credit card at $25/hour.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
