They upstairs main bedroom on suite with itâ??s own lounge was perfect for our friends that are use to their own space, plus and they had to some work while away. My husband and I and daughter and partner were downstairs. That worked out out so well. The condo was super clean, well presented and we made the most of the games and puzzles that were there to be used. The kitchen was well equiped and we loved the views and the great feeling of space inside.
All the communications we had with Brian were sorted out immediately and very professionally. If I had to make one suggestion, that would to bring down one of the comfy chairs from upstairs. The snow this season was fantastic and we had fantastic weather.

Our unit is walking distance to Happy Valley where you can enjoy ice climbing, skating, Mega Snow Coaster (tube ride), snowshoeing, snowmobile rentals, horse drawn sleigh rides, dog sled tours, and nordic ski trails, . For apres ski, you will find live music nightly in the Moose lounge and a very nice restaurant( Kettle Valley steakhouse and wine bar). If you wish to go to the village, you are only a 5 minute gondola ride to the village centre. This location offers the best of Happy Valley and the best of the village. If you have kids and they like free bingo and other family events in the evening, then this is also at Happy Valley. Of course the ski in / ski out is fantastic! Although we have a double garage, a car is not required with our location, unlike many other resorts areas on the mountain.
1) Please note that we do not charge HST as you will find with most places.
2) Minimum of 5 night rental.
3) Due to COVID we are not having any same day departures and arrivals. We are blocking the day before and after each stay for your safety and peice of mind.

Guest Stay Policies
|Check-In Time||4:00pm or later. This is required in order to have unit cleaned from prior users.|
|Check-Out Time||10:00 am or earlier. This is required to have the unit cleaned for the next guests.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Please be considerate to neighbours to avoid eviction without refund.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking lot.|

|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||8 people is the maximum capacity. More will result in conviction without refund.|
|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbours.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

|Terms of Eviction||The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.|
This unit is perfect for a family or for a get away without the kids. The living room, dining room, and kitchen area is open concept with spacious 2 story vaulted ceilings. The family will have great fun with the Wii game and board games in the loft, while Mom and Dad enjoy a movie on the main floor.. The master bedroom features a King bed and ensuite bath and a TV/DVD. The 2nd bedroom has double/single bunk beds and a TV/DVD. The large 3rd bedroom is equiped with a queen sized bed. There is also a queen hide-a-bed in the loft. A steam shower finished in slate and glass is included in the 2nd bath. The private hot tub and barbecue occupy the deck. A dettached and heated 2 car garage also comes with this beautiful chalet!

In addition to the dining room, there is eating space available on the island. Extra care has been taken to offer a fully stocked kitchen with the best small and large appliances. Our renters all comment as to how well equiped our kitchen is as compared to other units.
