Spyglass 5E at Happy Valley

Spyglass 5E has one of the best locations down in Happy Valley close to the Gondola. We had a great stay. The unit was well equipped with a ski/board storage locker just outside the front door. Great value compared to staying in the village. We'll keep any eye out for this unit next time we hit Big White!

Just returned from an amazing stay at Spyglass 5E! Location was perfect for us, communication was exceptionally fast and accommodation was also great for us as a family of 6. Looking forward to our next stay in 2025!

Liked it so much we came back for a second stay. Excellent location close to all the excitement of Happy Valley and the wonderful walking trails in the woods. Ski in ski out is very convenient as is the ski locker beside the front door. The condo is well furnished and extremely comfortable. The large living room windows let in lots of sunshine and look out on to the skating rink in Happy Valley and a beautiful mountain view. The hot tub is an excellent vantage point for the Saturday night fireworks. The hosts, Brian and Karen, were very helpful and quick to answer our questions. Looking forward to returning again.

We had a fantastic time, and everything went great. The accommodation was perfectly stocked with spare toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc etc. Vacation Foods (the online grocery store) delivers and unpacks everything to the accommodation. Our hosts were the main differentiators - flexible, responsive, and understanding. We'll definitely stay again!

5E Spyglass is a wonderful, spacious condo in an excellent ski in/ski out location in Happy Valley. It has easy access to Lara's gondola that brings you to the village centre and is accessible to all the other activities that Big White has to offer. It's so nice to watch the Saturday night fireworks from the large windows in the living room. With three bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, laundry facilities & a decently equipped kitchen, it's just like being at home, only better because you can ski a great mountain right from your door. There is parking for 2 vehicles in a garage, a ski locker right outside the door of the condo and a hot tub on the deck. The owners were very responsive when we had a problem, which they looked into immediately, and was fixed as soon as possible. Communication with them from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation for your next trip to Big White. Thank you, Karen and Brian, for sharing your Big White place with us.

Great ski in ski out location! Very convenient to the gondola and views of mountain range and skating rink. Currently there is no shuttle service and the gondola closes at 8pm so keep in mind if youre going to the village after 8pm, youll be walking uphill. We definitely would rent this unit again.

Great stay and would rent it again in the future. Needs a light bulb in downstairs shower replaced and a new shower head in the upstairs shower. Minor things.

Very comfortable, clean , well stocked up with all you need during your stay. Lots of cups and dishes. Great location and views from living room and loft. True ski in ski out.

All 3 were perfect.

They upstairs main bedroom on suite with itâ??s own lounge was perfect for our friends that are use to their own space, plus and they had to some work while away. My husband and I and daughter and partner were downstairs. That worked out out so well. The condo was super clean, well presented and we made the most of the games and puzzles that were there to be used. The kitchen was well equiped and we loved the views and the great feeling of space inside.

All the communications we had with Brian were sorted out immediately and very professionally. If I had to make one suggestion, that would to bring down one of the comfy chairs from upstairs. The snow this season was fantastic and we had fantastic weather.

Thank you every one for all the hard work that goes into running a beautiful, well kept and loved condo. We will be back.

What a great place in Happy Valley! The location is wonderful with easy access to skiing, skating, bunny hill, tubing, and cabriolet. The views of the mountains and the skating rink made for such beautiful Canadiana moments.

The home is very well equipped, very clean, quiet, and beautifully furnished It also had a good setup with a large Master bedroom with king bed & ensuite on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with a queen bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in the other along with a ground floor bathroom with steam shower. This worked very well for grandparents on top floor and mom/dad and granddaughter on ground floor. The double car garage was also appreciated especially given the amount of snow that falls in Big White. It means you don't have to move the car for the snowplow or clean the snow off the car.

We had a great time teaching our young granddaughter how to ski and skate. Thanks for sharing your ski home.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. The unit is spacious, beautifully furnished and well appointed with all the amenities and comforts of home. It is one of the best locations in this complex with very easy ski-in/ski-out, great access to the village and amazing unobstructed views from the hot tub. We enjoyed the fireworks right over our head while sitting in the hot tub !

The owner is very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this unit.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 tween/teens) have stayed at this condo one a week a year for the past four years and just love it.

It's spacious (3BR loft), modern, decorated beautifully (and sparingly - nothing excessive or personal), and comfortable. It's ski-in, ski-out; super close to the Happy Valley Gondola, Lodge, tubing, skating/hockey, nordic trails, sleigh ride, etc. We come with a large group of families who all stay in different condos in Happy Valley and it's a small and safe enough area that we let the younger kids in the group go to the lodge and activities on their own - we can see the skating pond from condo.

The kitchen is stocked, there are 4 TV's, games, a hot tub, heated floors, and lots of fluffy towels. All in all, a fabulous place.

Brian and Karen are super responsive and friendly, and over the years, have upgraded the wifi and items in the kitchen.

Great condo. We had little issues trying for the wifi and finding the garage door opener because the information sent to us by email was wrong but was solved very quickly. Will definitely come back again. If I have to be picky, I would say the only upgrade I would like to see is a stronger shower head. :)

Terrific condo, way bigger than we needed but excellent value and extremely comfortable. The discount once you get to 20 nights is incredible for a property like this. Would not hesitate to stay here if we ever return to Big White.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this great condo! The property is very well maintained, clean, and well equipped. It is also in a perfect location - very close to the gondola that takes you to the village centre and a few steps away from the ice skating rink for evening skating. The property owners were easy to reach and prompt with their replies when we had questions - we plan to stay here again!

We have stayed at this condo twice now, and are now booking our third trip. The condo is very spacious, well maintained, up-to-date, bright, and has a ton of great amenities (ski locker, heated floors, hot tub, large entryway w/lots of hooks and cubbies for ski gear, etc.) that make for a really nice getaway. The high ceilings make it even more spacious, and it's nice to have extra space to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked and good for large families/groups.

We love being an easy walk or very, very short ski to the gondola, day-resort, tubing, and skating. Easy for the kids to walk out each afternoon for coffee and cocoa or run back to the condo to pick up extra gear/food/drinks to bring to the outdoor bonfires while the kids are tubing, skating, or sledding.

Karen and Brian are SUPER responsive and take great care of the place. Will definitely keep booking!

Great view of the mountains and rink. Ideal location, close to gondola, Happy Valley Lodge, and tubing. The most comfortable beds. Everything you will need provided. Best view of the fireworks. Modern furniture, TV's. Highly recommended
