We enjoyed our stay in this three level townhome for a winter getaway at Big White! It's a short walk to the village. Easy ski-in / ski-out to Plaza Chair lift.

Plenty of room for sleeping our family of five with a compact, yet functional kitchen. We had meals in for breakfast and dinner utilizing the fully stocked kitchen (all dishes, utensils, appliances you'd need for general cooking are available). Sleeping rooms are clean, quiet and decorated nicely.

Host is extremely helpful and attentive. Quick response time and very conscientious.

Unfortunately, due to COVID, we were unable to enjoy this property. However, the care and concern that Kerry showed us when contacting us regarding a refund was above and beyond! I would thoroughly recommend this rental just on the basis of the genuineness of Kerry Elder! Thank you so much for taking care of us! Wonderful Family Vacation for the 3rd Year!

This is the 3rd year our 3-generations family of 6 adults & 2 kids spent 6 nights at this cozy & well-equipped town house. The location was excellent a short walk to the Village Centre, easy ski-in & ski-out access which even my grandkids could handle with ease. We all had comfy real beds (not pull-out coach) to sleep at night. The private hot tub was awesome. We could even watch firework inside the house through the front windows. Thanks for the Welcome Basket too!

Awesome Vacation at Bear Paw for the 2nd Year!

This is the 2nd year our family of 6 adults & 2 young kids stayed at this great townhouse and we all had a wonderful vacation. The location is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. The private hot tub is awesome for relaxing. Some of us even watched firework from the hot tub on New Year Eve! We especially like the bedroom arrangement รข?? we put the young kids to bed early in the downstairs den/bedroom and adults stay up late in the upstairs lounge area watching TV, playing card games or just relax & chat without worrying about waking up the young kids.

When we first checked in, we had problem with WiFi connection and the assigned outside parking for this unit was taken by an illegal car. Kerry, the owner, responded promptly and the issues were resolved satisfactorily. We will be coming back again!

Fantastic Family Vacation at Big White!

Our family of 6 adults & 2 young kids had a wonderful stay at this unit. The location was in excellent location with super-easy ski-in / ski-out access -- Ski Out: just step across the Kettle View Road to reach the Hummingbird Run which leads to Plaza Chair and Ridge Rocket Express; Ski In: just a really short walk.

Walking to the Village Centre (by crossing the Kettle View Road & then up the Hummingbird Run, passing the Eagles & through the tunnel) is only a couple of minutes. We had also taken the free & convenient village shuttle to the Village Centre. To watch the firework on New Year Eve, instead of going to the village and take the gondola to Happy Valley, we just walked across the street to the open space in front of the Legacy!

Although the unit was only 1000 sq ft, but we found it spacious. There were real beds (not pull out couch) for everyone and the kids loved the comfy bunk beds! The main entrance & the corridor leading to the ground level bedroom were very spacious -- very convenient for keeping our skis and snowboards and for changing in/out of boots. The hot tub was also a great hit for everyone.

We will surely be back again!

This is the second time renting this condo and we had another wonderful stay. The location is awesome - easy walk to the village and ski in/out. Hot tub was awesome and great for an after ski dip! Owner was prompt and helpful when we had questions. Overall, would definitely rent this condo again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at your home away from home. The grand kids had a great time skiing, use of the hot tub, the bunk beds, making use of the games, etc. They wanted to stay longer but school was calling. They would like to go back again next year. Only minor deficiencies in the kitchen which were resolved. Great place to stay but the temperature in the hot tub was not warm enough. Owners advised of my findings.

Fantastic stay!!! We had loads of fun both in and outside. The townhouse was top notch, ski in-out, hot tub etc., and we couldn't ask for better weather and snow. Just to mention that the owner (Kerry) went out of her way and provided for our 1 and 3 year old a beautiful Christmas tree, can't thank her enough for that. I will definitely recommend this property to all of my friends.

Excellent location. (Almost) ski in and ski out. Perfect location from the village. Far enough to avoid the crowd and the noise. Close enough that you can walk to the village in under 5 minutes. Good layout, specially for a couple of families staying in the house. Nice view from the hot tub. Would definitely come back and stay at the property.

This is my third attempt to send a review. I'm emailing on behalf of my husband who has been emailing with the owner about a gift basket. She has cancelled a security deposit cheque of 500.00 and to this date we have not seen any money back. When we first got to the unit we were impressed. Then as we got upstairs no Christmas set up. We had no ice trays in freezer we had to go out that night to buy ice. Towels were left on dryer for next occupants. Threat of being charged 200.00 if the unit was not vacant right at 10:00 o'clock. Second bathroom not stocked with shampoo and soap. Having someone come in without any notice to check the hot tub was a bit disturbing.

That is my input, I believe my husband listed more to the owner. I am very angry she stopped payment to the security deposit. The owner left a gift basket which was very nice, we believed the basket was part of the gift perhaps a note could have been left explaining to leave the basket, as such was to not touch the towels on the dryer.
