Wonderful Family Vacation for the 3rd Year!

This is the 3rd year our 3-generations family of 6 adults & 2 kids spent 6 nights at this cozy & well-equipped town house. The location was excellent a short walk to the Village Centre, easy ski-in & ski-out access which even my grandkids could handle with ease. We all had comfy real beds (not pull-out coach) to sleep at night. The private hot tub was awesome. We could even watch firework inside the house through the front windows. Thanks for the Welcome Basket too!

Awesome Vacation at Bear Paw for the 2nd Year!

This is the 2nd year our family of 6 adults & 2 young kids stayed at this great townhouse and we all had a wonderful vacation. The location is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. The private hot tub is awesome for relaxing. Some of us even watched firework from the hot tub on New Year Eve! We especially like the bedroom arrangement â?? we put the young kids to bed early in the downstairs den/bedroom and adults stay up late in the upstairs lounge area watching TV, playing card games or just relax & chat without worrying about waking up the young kids.
When we first checked in, we had problem with WiFi connection and the assigned outside parking for this unit was taken by an illegal car. Kerry, the owner, responded promptly and the issues were resolved satisfactorily. We will be coming back again!View Full Review Owner Has Responded

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
