Love this property. My family and I have stayed in this unit every year for the past 4 years. The property is great and the location is terrific. The 10am check-out is a bit of a pain when trying to get packed up and organize the kids. Recommend requesting a bit of a late check-out to make life easier.

The location is perfect. Easy ski in and ski out, plus easy to get to the village using the gondola that is practically outside the doorstep. We love the view from the unit - unobstructed and can even see the fireworks from the living room window and hot tub. And the unit itself is high-end. Always a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. We love this place.

We’ve stayed in many places at Big White and The Timbers is one of our favourites. One of the best locations on the mountain for a young family. This particular unit is exactly as described and has been well taken care of. Stunning views, clean, well equipped and true ski in ski out. We look forward to our next stay!

This was our 2nd stay in this particular unit. It is (again) every bit the luxury condo it claims to be. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. The place is very clean, the views are amazing and the location is ideal. Bravo to the management team - everything was so well explained, (checking in / out, parking, ski locker, wifi, etc.) that we were never confused about anything or needed to contact someone for information. Wished we could have stayed longer!

This is a beautiful, spacious condo in a fantastic location. We had two families sharing the unit for 5 nights and there was lots of room for everyone.

The views out the living room window and from the hot tub are stunning. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of storage room, terrific amenities and the location can't be beat. When we arrived we were short some dishes so we called the management company and it turns out they were in the owner's other unit next door. Within half an hour they were brought over, along with some more hot tub towels for us. Great service.

This accommodation was simply perfect. The online pictures don't do it justice. We had everything we needed and more; fully equiped kitchen, towels for the hot tub, extra pillows, board games for the kids, etc, etc. We loved the location which was about a three minute ride up the hill, in the gondola, to the Village. We preferred to have that separation - it was so peaceful. The view from the livingroom window was amazing also. The beds were SO comfortable.....it was like home away from home, only better!! Thanks for everything!

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay at Big White. Perfectly located in Happy Valley. Ski in ski out as described. Very clean and decor up to date. Short walk (or ski!) to the gondola to take a few minutes to get in to the village. Close to the ice skating and tubing. Only 2 things needed to be attended to; the toaster didn't work that well, just need a new one! The remote to the t.v. didn't work even after changing the batteries. We didn't watch t.v. but turned the music on from the Telus box. Someone may want to watch t.v. at some point. Beds were comfy after a full ski day. Watching the fireworks from the hot tub were an added bonus. We will definitely will be back! s,v, & j

We had such a wonderful trip here and absolutely loved the location and views from the condo. The night we arrived, we enjoyed watching the fireworks from the fabulous hot tub on the deck. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect being so close to the skating rink, snow tubing and beginner ski runs for the kids. We spent the majority of our time in Happy Valley, but the few times that we went into the village for rentals etc, it was so convenient to just jump on the gondola right outside the door. The views of the mountains and snow capped trees were unbeatable. Great place...we will definitely be back next year!

This condo had everything we needed for our family. The living space was spacious, well appointed and clean. You couldn't ask for a better view and location! We were very impressed with the ease of booking and check in. The one slight drawback was that noise from the upstairs unit could often be heard, but I know this is no fault of the property owner.

I highly recommend this quality vacation home - we intend to be back!

Our third visits to Big White and we struck gold! The property was beyond our expectations, the view magnificent, the amenities brilliant, the kitchen even had a slow cooker, which was well used. I love this condo, it felt so much like home from home and we will be booking it again for next year, and hopefully, many years to come.

And of course, the skiing was great and we had a most enjoyable holiday.

We had a great family holiday at Timbers. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and size of the great room - kitchen, dining area and family room. We had a family late Christmas turkey dinner with our children and grandkids that came up from Kelowna (11 people) and this place accommodated us all, no problem.

The location was perfect for our young grandkids that were in the ski school and had to rent equipment. The gondola was just steps away, and that took us straight to the Village and a few more steps to the ski school. The ski in/ski out was really easy for the adult skiers. We would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it to others.

We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube park, x-country ski trails, snowshoe trails, snowmobile rentals, ice climbing tower, restaurants, bar and cafeteria. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the Village center ski lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Centre.
