Welcome to our mountain retreat with its bright, open living area, 8’ ceilings, turret style living room, stone fireplace and elegant wood trim throughout.

Our condo is the perfect base for enjoying all that Mont Tremblant and the surrounding area has to offer.  A convenient 10 minute walk to the pedestrian village, (also a free shuttle) where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, nightlife, activities and world class events like the Ironman. Yet it also serves as a quiet oasis for chilling out. This unique corner unit is tucked away in a forest and the large windows provide views of the village and mountain in the winter and the surrounding maple forest in the summer.  We have upgraded our place with comfortable modern furnishings.  There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub), a new pull out sofa, cable TV and free wifi/internet, laundry facilities, plus private locked storage area with plenty of room for skis, bikes, golf clubs and other equipment. The spacious deck (with BBQ and eating area) is great for enjoying our forest setting and visits from the local deer.  You can begin your mountain biking and hiking excursions on trails passing right by our place.  

In the winter, ski lifts are easily accessed by the frequent free shuttles, or ski out (a short walk through the Manoirs complex) or a short 5 min walk to the Porte de Soleil lift. Tremblant's amazing network of cross country ski trails can be accessed right from the Les Manoirs complex.  

In the summer you can also enjoy Les Manoirs' 3 tiered pool complex with both child and adult only areas as well as a hot tub, and the beach is a short stroll or bike ride away.  For kids, there is even a cool tree house structure nearby to play on.  For golfers, the Les Manoirs borders on the Le Geant course, recognized to be one of the best in Quebec and Canada, and there are many other great courses close by.  Plus there is lots more to do in the Tremblant area; zip-lining, mountain biking, rafting or floating down the Rouge river, boating, kayaking and water sports on Lac Tremblant, horseback riding, snow shoeing and dog sledding to name a few.  Or simply relax at one of the local SPA’s, take in the fall colours or take a free shuttle the casino.

Living Area

Large ceiling fan in the circular turret style living area sits above the leather sofa and chair. A new queen size Simmons sofabed opposite the stone fireplace and sustainable harvested mango wood coffee table complete the living area comfortably seating 7. In the dining area your will find a unique recovered teak dining table and bench with seating for 6 or more.  A 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD player are there for your enjoyment. Cable TV is provided, or your can take in a movie you have brought or taken from the selection of DVDs for kids to adults we have left in the condo.

The dining area looks out onto the deck via patio doors. Open concept living. The sheltered deck has a gas fired BBQ and large table and seating for six.

Special Features

Our quiet corner unit has a unique turret style design with 8' ceilings, beautiful wood trim and a large stone fireplace creating a spacious and bright living area. Recent upgrades include a new recovered teak dining table, comfortable chairs, queen-sized Simmons sofabed and sustainably harvested mango wood coffee table.  The design and location of our condo lets in plenty of sunlight, especially in the afternoon, and provides winter views of the village and slopes.  In the summer, shade provided by the mature maple and birch trees keep our place cool and relaxing. You can catch the afternoon sun by the patio at the front door or the fireworks in the evening from the deck that faces the mountain. Our raised deck creates a private space for you to enjoy the outdoors and wildlife - and we are frequently visited by deer.  We are a short convenient walk to the vibrant hubbub in the village and many other amenities.   Walking, biking and cross-country ski trails are all easily accessed right from our condo.  The beach is just minutes away as are the water activities on Lac Tremblant.  Great golfing on the fabulous "Le Geant"  is right next to our Les Manoirs complex.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests No refund if cancellations made during 45 days prior to arrival. However, partial refund, 75% less owner's expenses, may be granted if the property is subsequently booked for the same time period. Full refund less payment expenses is available if cancellation made prior to 45 days of arrival.
Delayed Arrivals No refund or part refund.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Driving instructions and door access will be supplied via email a few days prior to your arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Minimum $100 when the required housekeeping is above the normal expected. If cleaning costs exceed $100, additional costs will be included.
Excessive Noise Please respect others in the complex and keep noise to a minimum.
Garbage Removal Remove garbage/recyclables upon departure. Place garbage/recyclables in wooden bin in parking lot near to condo.
Housekeeping Provided before and after your stay. No daily housekeeping
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to our guests or their guests while they are on our property or at any locations in the Mont Tremblant resort.
Locking Door Please keep door locked when not in the condo. The door access code will be supplied prior to your stay

How do we obtain the keys to the condo? Once the full amount has been paid an email will be sent to the renter. The email contains the door code (keyless entry) and the instruction "how to get there".

Is there an internet connection at your condo? Yes we have wireless connection but limited bandwidth. So please do not download films or stream TV.

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

This place worked out perfectly for our ski vacation. It was as short walk to the pedestrian village, or an even shorter free shuttle ride which shows up every half hour during regular scheduled hours. If you are just looking for a place to get away and relax it is located in a very quite area. The only time we heard any of our neighbours was when there were some of them sledding in the back. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the condo is furnished quite nicely. The jetted tub in the main bathroom was a life saver after a long day of skiing. We will definitely look at booking this place again when we come back.

Mark and Donna's chalet is beautifully furnished, impeccably clean and ideally located. The layout is spacious and excellent for a family/group gathering or an intimate relaxing stay. You can ski right from the chalet to the chairlift. It is a private end unit with lots of windows surrounded by trees. We saw deer walking by and fireworks on the mountain on Saturday night!

This is our third stay here, and while we thought it was good value for money during our previous stays, it seems that there are new owners who have bought many new items for the kitchen as well as a great pair of powered speakers, making it even better. I sent a message to them with a couple of questions before we arrived and got a quick, thorough, and polite response.

This is not a brand-new place, so some of the furniture is a bit elderly, but it's spacious, comfortable and clean.

Lower levels dwelling could sometime make you feel like you are residing in a basement. Not the case here. The unit is built on a hill, which makes you feel like you are on second floor. Great living room with excellent view.
