Montebello is our go to place. A great location and accommodation for our family ski holiday. Pet friendly is very important to us also, so a big thank you for that option. We all had a great time and look forward to our next visit.

We had a Marvelous time at 4741 Montebello House. The house is spacious and well furnished. Floor heating on the first floor and hot tub topped our experience. The town market and shopping areas are within our walking distance. We walked to Whistler Gondora and the cross country ski center, too. Our hosts, Caroline and Tadd, are very accommodating and quickly responded to our requests and inquiries. We would love to return to Whistler and stay at their place next year.

Very nice accommodations and furnishings. Especially appreciated the heated floors and Hot Tub. Great layout and plenty of space to socialize and relax. Minor items needing attention: Ground Floor toilet handle sticks/flapper does not close automatically. Oven Bake and Broil features do not work; only Convection Mode functioned (tried resetting circuit breaker/no effect). Kitchen lacked measuring cups and spoons. Suggest separate "Beach" towels for Hot Tub as the bath towels are smallish and thin. We had a couple Foodies in our group and ate all of our meals in the unit so the kitchen was very-well used!

Beautiful estate up in Whistler, a few blocks away from the shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately our stay would have been perfect except for the noise from a large group of young adults a few doors away. They were really loud and noisy whilst using the hot tub, every night of our stay. They had little consideration for the neighbours right up to midnight every night until the authorities came around. Through no fault of the owners of course.
The Owners were very quick to respond and were very accommodating with our requests. The kitchen is very well equipped with sufficient crockery and cutlery for our family of 7. There was enough supplies in the cupboards for our entire stay.
We enjoyed our stay on this property and we will book this property again for our next staycation in Whistler.

This was a beautiful property. The little backyard with a grassy area was just perfect for our little dogs and grandkids. The hot tub with a nice added bonus. A couple little glitches along the way were easily sorted with the property manager. Very comfortable for our size family. I would definitely stay again.

I love this development. With a garage to put our bikes in and a Jacuzzi to chill in after a long day of riding, I can't imagine a better spot. The owners were easy to work with and the condo was great. We had a few days it was hot and it was so nice to have air conditioning.
Two things that I will note: the queen bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pans for cooking were tough to clean (weird surface area) but that would be my only complaints, everything else was honestly great. Garage has hooks and shelves for gear (which was nice to dry out shoes and helmets from the rainy days of riding) which helped keep the inside of the house less cluttered and smelly.
I am pretty picky and would recommend this condo to any family or friend!

This is a great property, plenty of space for the seven of us, and well designed for sitting around the dining / living room catching up with old friends. The house is within easy walking distance of the main village, and all the amenities that entails. The property is good value by Whistler standards (costs have increased so much in Whistler in the past few years such that nowhere is actual good value anymore) and is preferable to staying in a hotel in my opinion.
One issue with the property is that the owners ask that the hot tub temperature is not increased from the 84 degrees F they keep it at. This means that the hot tub is not usable for guests in the winter, 84F is not a hot tub, it is a lukewarm tub which does not help aching muscles. The hot tub needs to be fixed or removed from the property along with references to it on the website.
Having said all that, I think it is quite likely we will try and book here again next year.

We stayed in the Montebello area the past 8 years and this was the first time staying at this property. This place is fully equipped, in a great location and unlike other rentals where the furniture & equipment felt "worn", this place was pristine and well maintained. It has the comforts of being "home away from home".
The location is great as it is only a 10 minute walk to the Village (can easily get groceries at the local IGA or a 5 minute drive to Nestor's). We love staying in this area as we can easily walk to both areas of Whistler & Blackcomb.
Since our furry family member travels with us, it was important to have a nice yard. The backyard green-way space is well maintained/shared. This property is nestled near a corner spot for privacy. The Development has bylaws so it's quiet after 10pm.
Thank you Caroline and Tadd for letting us stay at your lovely home. We will book again without hesitation!

We found this to be a very nice place, it has a very cozy appeal and we enjoyed staying here. I would like to see the checkout be moved to noon instead of 10am however that is simply a communication we should have presented.
I would not hesitate to recommend this place, it is a nice little culdesac in Whistler. The walk into the village is short even in the cold.
Check it out, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

We had a great time in Whistler at Tadd and Caroline's place. It was very suitable for two families with 3, 8 year old kids. The hot tub, living and kitchen were very conducive to hanging out together. Great heated entryway/mudroom for boots, coats and other winter stuff. Easy to drop folks off in the morning to ski with a nice walk back in the afternoon after a day on the slopes. Very convenient. We look forward to returning.

Usually book our annual girls weekend at Glacier's Reach however unit this year we were slow to book and it was take, so we chose this unit. The Montebello complex was much quieter and the unit itself was large enough to accommodate 7 girls comfortably.
As we have aged we enjoyed the quieter complex and more room for a little extra $. Care taker was easily reached and accommodated our requests. Downstairs washroom was broken upon arrival which caretaker came quickly to check out however was unable to fix it on a weekend. Hot tub was kind of dated and took a very long time to reheat after needing a refill.
All in all it was a satisfactory place to stay in Whistler.

This was our fourth stay at Montebello but our first at this particular home. We really loved the layout with the hot tub just outside the kitchen and dining area. The hot tub itself was very well-maintained--the color-changing lights were fun. The living room was nicely decorated with the old skis and equipment.
A big thanks to Steve, the caretaker of the property, for delivering an electric hand mixer at the last minute so our family could make a German cake. It was the first trip to Whistler for our German family and they were totally awestruck with the accommodations. The property played a big part in creating a memorable family trip and we look forward to returning again soon.

I really enjoyed staying at the cabin. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms to fit 8 people very comfortably. The owners were helpful and quickly responded to questions. The only thing I would note is that the free shuttle to the mountain does not stop around this neighborhood. They mentioned that the area was not paying their taxes so the shuttle service will not be provided. Our group ended up walking back and forth to the mountain which took about 30 minutes each way because we had to carry so much gear. It wasn't a big deal but would have definitly preferred taking a shuttle after a long day of snowboarding.

After months of hard work, this Whistler home made it all worth while after one relaxing weekend at this beautiful home. The owners and property manager were very well accommodating and made sure we had the best experience out of our stay. The home had everything we needed and more!
The property had plenty of parking with 3 guest parking spots just in front of the home and 2 property spots - one inside the garage and one just outside the driveway. There were no problems checking in. Everything was working and easy to use. There is a private hot tub just outside the back with a beautiful yard. Upstairs had 3 beautiful spacious rooms and a total of 3 bathrooms. The sofa also comes out as a foam mattress bed. By the front doors, they also had an air mattress if needed.
We all had no problems with the house. It was clean, new and well maintained. The kitchen had pretty much everything you would have in a regular home (cups, plates, utensils). It was a modern looking cottage type of home with wood interior/design. The best part was it was only about 10 minutes walking from the Village, restaurants and hiking paths. I would definitely stay again!
