We’ve had over ten winter holidays in Whistler staying in both hotels and holiday rentals and have always enjoyed Aspens with its proximity to village and slopes. Having a kid using the ski school at the bottom of the slope it was great having very little distance to go to drop off and pick up. We will definitely consider the Aspens next time we return to Whistler.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price if we can replace your booking 90 days in advance and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to by-law violations.
Bike Storage Bike storage during your stay is in the parking garage bike storage area. Bikes are stored at the owners risk.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Charged at cost.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel with no refund. All associated costs and/or by-law violations will be the responsibility of the Guest.
Garbage Removal The Aspens garbage and recycling area is located in a separate shed close to the reception area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted, charged for damages and the appropriate authorities notified.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler, BC. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 guests. Strictly enforced.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items which will be charged at cost.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred while staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest. You accept our guest stay contract by making a reservation, and therefore agree to pay us for all damages incurred during your stay. This includes any damage or charges related to by-law violations.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Resort Information Provided in check-in and arrival instructions email, upon balance payment. Local resort information is located in reception.
Terms of Eviction By 24 hour Security Company. Occupants will be evicted with no refund for excessive noise, common or private property damage, disturbing the peace and all associated charges will be the responsibility of the Guest.

Property Details

The property is located on the 3th floor. Walk in through the front door - the kitchen is on the right, it is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, large oven/range, large microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. The kitchen faces on to the dining area which has a dining table with seating for six.  Next to this is the lounge area with a large comfortable feature couch, 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, BOSE stereo system, feature fireplace and gas fire.  A great place to relax.  To the left of the kitchen is the master bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of storage. It has an ensuite bathroom (bath and shower). To the right of the kitchen is the second bedroom which has single bunks, seperate double bed and plenty of storage. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink, storeage and a large shower and is located next to this room.  All rooms have large windows with views of the slopes, hot-tubs, pool and mountains. There is a sliding door leading to the deck which has a large BBQ for your use and enjoyment or simply relax in the chairs outside and admire the view.  It is brilliantly located, very comfortable and a great place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails.

Hi and welcome!

We are a family of six and welcome you to our holiday home in Whistler!  Our kids love it here and we continuously upgrade the condo based on our changing needs and guest feedback.  Families will especially enjoy this unit as it is kid friendly and parents can relax in the condo while watching over the slopes, pool and hot tubs. The kitchen has been upgraded to include oversized appliances to enhance the convenience and enjoyment of our guests.  We trust you`ll enjoy your time here at our condo in Aspens - it`s hard not to!
