This condo was ok, but not great. The lodge did not appear to be renovated as was described in the picture captions (all the carpet and wood trim looked like it was from the 80s). The unit itself was ok. The beds were comfortable.

Our biggest complaints were with the bathrooms. One bathroom had a toilet that would not stop running (HUGE waste of water) and the sink did not have a stopper (very risky for those of us who wear contacts and have to clean them). The other bathroom had a toilet that had nasty stains and very low water flow, and the shower was so small that you couldn't even stand in there without hitting your elbows on wall and glass. Also, there's no A/C other than a small portable unit that's not large enough to keep the unit cool and can only be used in one room - we had it on 24/7, and it still couldn't keep up with outside temperatures in the low to mid 80's (F).

This is a nice unit in a really great location. Two small nits- there are two coffee pots and one of them is broken and pours coffee everywhere. It either needs to have an indication as to which coffee pot to use or the one that doesn't work, which includes an espresso maker, should be removed. Secondly, and this is really minor, the unit needs to be stocked with better wine glasses.

Other than those two issues it is clean, in a great location, and easy to rent.

This completely renovated property will be a pleasure to stay in . Secure underground parking, gas fireplace, large common hot tub, out door heated pool in courtyard,2 TV's (one in master bedroom), VCR, CD stereo, ski valet service for all guests, spa P1 level, full service ski shop, internet access lobby level, fitness studio, restaurants, and of course ski-in, ski-out! Wireless internet access  Newly renovated condo with first class amenities quite unique to the complex.

We  pre approve a damage deposit for the amount of $500 This is activated at the front desk on arrival/check-in by staff.  This is not charged at all, this is an approval only. On departure should there be any damage to the property the client will be contacted bu us regarding damage and outcome. Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Balance payment is refundable, less $150 transaction fee, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.

Reservation Changes Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization . You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Our cleaning company will update is where excessive cleaning costs occur.
Excessive Noise Guests will be convicted immediatel for excessive noise . We keep the rental of this property to families and mature adults to avoid this situation
Garbage Removal Guests must remove garbage prior to arrival. Garbage and recycling can be found on the 'P1' level of complex . On days where property is not serviced guests are responsible to remove their own garbage.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more . Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Locking Door Doors must always be locked on departure-including while in pool & hot tub's .
Maintenance Emergencies Please see our front desk staff for all emergency maintenance issues
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction .
Missing Items Guests will be responsible for all items that are missing from this property on departure .
Parking & Ticketing Parking is secure and underground, organized on check-in at the front desk of the Glacier Lodge. . Cost of parking is $20 Canadian dollars daily (approx $15US). Cheaper rates available for longer stays. On arrival guests can unpack their vehicle at the front entrance of the lodge, proceed to front desk for parking information and payment. Luggage trolleys available. All skis and snow boards are to be checked in at the Valet on the ground level near the front desk.Please ask our front desk staff for directions and any questions.

Spacious and comfortable with lofted ceilings. 1 spacious master bedroom with new king split bed on the lower level with full ensuite bathroom which has a built in shower, custom tile .The second upper lofted bedroom has a king-split bed as well, with unique optional open or closed loft system- California shutters , you can leave open or close completely for privacy) . A second full bathroom with soaker tub, custom tile, heated floors, is located on the lower level of this condo. Full deluxe kitchen, and open concept living area with vaulted ceilings.
