Great location - an actual ski-in-ski-out building, and a short walk down the hill to the upper village. The pool was warm enough for my wife and I to swim in, which was unexpected. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay! Perfect ski in/out location 100m up the hill from Blackcomb Gondola. Ski valet was fast and easy. 3 hot tubs which were hot despite the cold weather.

Great host, good communications. Unit just as described. Liked the large TV with TELUS, Netflix, Prime for after ski relaxing. Note: parking $25/day, the parkade entry code is on the parking ticket.

Thanks Terry! We enjoyed our stay. This is a very well appointed unit. I really liked the well stocked kitchen. The living room sports a super large TV with a wide selection of channels to watch. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. Terry was a very attentive host. He checked a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The ski valet worked very well. There was no need to fear a long wait for our skis. The resort is right on the ski run, so the walk to the run is very short. We would stay again. Thanks Terry!!

My third stay in the Aspens complex, and I highly recommend. Terry was a wonderful host who went above and beyond. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful stay here with my husband!! It was our second time staying here, and Im sure we will be back again!! Beautiful view, very close to Blackcomb gondola, and a short walk to the village!!!

We have travelled the world and stayed in many great places and hotels. I want to say that you will love this place. You will find everything there that you need. Also a big bonus, there was an air conditioner which at 35 degrees was a God send :) We loved this place so much that will be will back there. Therefore, if you are not sure which condo to chose, I would chose this one. Also, the hosts of this property were the best that I have every dealt with. It was such a pleasure to deal with such a nice, nice people. Thank you very much.

This is an excellent accommodation for anyone planning a ski trip to Whistler. The unit itself is very nice - exactly as pictured and described on the website. It is very comfortable and well-equipped and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The availability of several streaming sites on the giant screen television was a plus. The Aspens complex is a true ski in, ski out location. The skiing while we were there was not outstanding, but the condo was. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a terrific week in Whistler and loved our apartment. Comfy bed. Great location. Helpful reception.

The only tiny negative was the absence of any complimentary items. No sugar/salt/pepper sachets,no t-bags, only enough dishwashing tablets for 3 days. It felt a little unwelcoming.

I only say this because our friends were booked into a different complex and it had a welcome basket with information, 2 water bottles, a block of locally made chocolate, tea bags, and the unit generously stocked with essential complimentary items.

This is quite likely nothing to do with the owners and perhaps an oversight from housekeeping.

It seems a very petty thing to comment on as we thoroughly enjoyed every other aspect of our stay and I would still give it a full thumbs up.

Really nice time in this unit in the Aspens with our family. Updated one bedroom unit, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the big TV and x box in the living room. The Aspens is located on the ski slopes, which makes for a very easy ski in and out with the kids. 3 hot tubs and a heated pool. A really fun and enjoyable time with our family. Communication was quick and easy with the owners regarding check in and out info and other inquiries. Highly recommended.

This is a good size updated suite with everything you need. We love the balcony, BBQ, pool, and 3 hot tubs! We wish the fitness room had a treadmill and a few weights but not a big deal. We love that it's not directly in the main village but a very short refreshing walk (or shuttle) to it. The hosts are fantastic, communicative and generous! This was our second time in this suite and we hope to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at The Aspens before and this suite is very nicely updated! We liked the BBQ, balcony, free parking on Spearhead (*only certain months low season), 3 hot tubs and pool! We like the location as it's just outside of the main village but still an easy, quick walk there. My husband says the videos games and large TV are a nice touch; I appreciated the TV in the bedroom. The Aspens itself is a great resort, I just wish the fitness area was larger and had a treadmill and some weights. We will continue booking at The Aspens and especially with this suite! The owners were kind and responsive.

Harmoniously furnished and decorated apartment in earthy brown and tan tones, which makes for a relaxing stay. TV is HUGE for those that care for big screens. Bath tub and shower are great and so is the king-sized bed. Kitchen chairs could be renewed, but otherwise this apartment had everything you needed to make for a great stay. Location cannot be beat, close to centre, but far enough to not be noisy.

My family and I prefer The Aspens to other locations in Whistler and stay here at least once a year since 1997 in quite a few different units. It's truly ski-in/ski-out, quiet, but easy 10 minute stroll to the heart of the village. If you feel like 10 minutes is too long Fairmont Chateau Whistler is right down the hill and has two high end restaurants, a lounge with life music and simple food, and a casual bistro.

This year my husband and I were lucky that Terry and Audreyâ??s unit was available for our dates. The condo faces courtyard that is quiet at night, is tastefully renovated, high end appliances, comfortable bed, big screen TVs with Netflix, Amazon and a lot of other choices, reliable high speed Internet. The check-in was super easy and itâ??s nice to know that the reception can offer support at any time, in case you need it. The owners were generous to us, responsive and accommodating. The instructions that I received immediately after making the reservation were the most comprehensive and concise I have seen.

I am grateful for such a pleasurable experience and wish Terry and Audrey best of luck. We will be back!

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and I highly recommend ii for your stay on the Blackcomb side of Whistler. The location for ski in ski out was perfect, the apartment felt spacious (2 TVs was greatly appreciated) the bed and fold out couch were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and it’s just a short walk to a local grocery store. The pool and hot tub area was great. The lift area was undergoing some renovations but with minimal impact. We would definitely stay again.

This is an excellent condo unit in the Aspens, a true ski-in, ski-out development. The unit is very comfortable with a king sized bed. The kitchen appliances are all new. The furniture is attractive and clean. There is a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The Aspens has an outdoor pool, hot tub and excersize room as well as ski valet service. I would definitely stay here again. The owners are very responsive and accommodating.

Great property. Outstanding customer service. Upon arrival noticed empty bbq tank. Brought it up with contact person. The issue was rectified in one hour. Keep up good work on service.

Terry and Audrey’s suite was amazing! We’ve stayed in a few suites at The Aspens and this was the best one by far! Firstly it is spotless clean and nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed the Xbox one and HUGE smart TV. The kitchen was well appointed. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. I can’t wait to return- this is it! Stop the search and book this place before it’s gone!

I had a great stay at Audrey and Terry's Aspens condo in late October; the unit is lovely and spacious, sparkling clean, and has everything one could need. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, comfortable bed, good Internet, huge TV (with Netflix, Internet, Amazon Prime, etc., etc.), soaker tub and fireplace. The sofa/bed in the photos has been updated.

Easy check-in/out; the front staff are uber friendly and helpful. The hot tubs are nice, too. The pool was under renovation when I was there but I'm sure already completed for the ski season. Easy walk to the village, upper village, Lost Lake... The owners are very generous and accommodating. :-) I hope to stay again, highly recommend!

Loved it! Stayed in a few in this building but this one was my favorite by far. Super clean, great updates and location....and the best bed we’ve ever slept on!

Our stay at Aspens was excellent. It has the best ski in ski out location, in addition to ski valet service. The king size bed is very comfortable while the sofa bed is in good quality too. The kitchen is well equipped. It got all the utensils I need for breakfast. I usually took shuttle bus to whistler village. The bus stop is just 5 minutes away. It is a perfect vacation home. I will come back.

Very well located for skiing. The ski rental in the lodge is very comfortable besides the staff has no know how, but they have been friendly. The condo is nice, the king size bed in the bedroom is good. Thank you for the Christmas tree ! This was very kind!

The condo is perfect for two persons. We have been there with four adults- this was a little bit cramped. The kitchen was not very clean but housekeeping brought clean pots and knifes immediately. The woolen blankets for the sofa bed were not comfortable and seemed to be old and not pleasing

But in summary we could recommend the condo. We had a nice Christmas there.

This was a great rental property, it was clean, tidy and was in a perfect location. Terry even called mid way through our stay to see if we needed anything, which I thought was great. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Audrey and Terry.

Great place, seemed to be newly renovated and had all you need for an awesome vacation.

We really liked this condo. We've stayed at the Aspens several times over the years and this is our best experience yet.The unit has been newly renovated and has A/C, which is a MUST in the summer at Whistler.

The unit was extremely clean, the kitchen very well equipped and the bed linens are high end and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This is not the first time we've stayed here. It is resort that we will continue to come back to. Aspens is incredible. Clean, safe, close to village.. only a 1 min walk into upper village. The pool can be a bit loud during the day but that is expected when you stay at a family resort. We always bring our bikes as Whistler offers hours upon hours of bike trails. Aspens has a secure bike room and ski storage which is a plus.

The particular unit is like a home away from home. Super comfortable, clean and open concept. Happy to recommend this unit!

This condo was immaculate and in a great location. We were here for Dance Camp with our 16 year old daughter and it worked out beautifully. The owners are amazing and we couldn't be happier. The pool was a great bonus! We plan on coming back many times.

Everything was perfect, the only problem we had was to turn on channels on TV, so watched DVD until we figured out next evening, but it's quite complicated and necessary to follow manual in all Aspen's condos. Thanks, everything else was great.

It is our sixth times in Aspen complex and it has been the best unit so far. Need a bit more utensiles and wine glasses; one table chair had a very loose leg = dangerous to fall or to break it. Otherwise everything was awsome! Gaëtan

Stayed at Terry and Audrey's Unit at the Aspens for 5 nights and couldn't have been happier. The location is second to none and the ski in/out feature is fantastic! I would highly recommend their unit as it was in excellent condition with everything we needed to make our ski vacation a success. We cannot wait to come back! Thanks for having us.

Our second stay at Audrey and Terry's condo and it did not disappoint. Very clean, well furnished; everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even had a small Christmas tree that gave a seasonal touch to our holiday.

When I was looking for a place to rent there were a lot of units in Whistler Village that were very small with Murphy beds. I was very happy to find this unit which is a lovely one bedroom with lots of room and at a better price. It was close and easy to walk down to Blackcomb Village. It is well looked after and I would rent it again.

We have stayed at Aspens several times in various units and all have been good. This one was very clean, comfie and we liked its privacy. It does get hot in summer but there were god fans provided. It has good access to walk to Blackcomb base. Would recommend this unit for a summer stay and would stay again.

One of he best decisions we made when going to Whistler was staying at this condo. It was an excellent place in every way: the view, the bed so comfortable, the amenities, cleanliness, the kitchen with so many utilities, etc. Best of all was the owners disposition to help us in every way: from providing in advance lots iof information about the condo, and then to be so flexible and empathetic when we asked for an extension of the check out time.

The location of the condo is one of the best factors..., so close to the lifts and to the village. We had an excellent time and we are very grateful to the owners.

My three girl friends and I enjoyed staying here for my bachelorette weekend ! The king bed in the bedroom is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We enjoyed the location in Blackcomb and it was only a 10 minute walk to whistler village. We would definitely stay here again !

Perfect in every way, definitely stay here on your next mountain biking or snowboarding vacation very close to the village but also the right amount of space away from it.

We spent 4 days in this remarkably cozy, clean & relaxing unit. The Aspen complex is in Upper Village and initially we with my wife were a bit hesitant to book unit over there. But it turned out the winner! Very quite and tranquil surroundings, but still an easy stroll to Whistler village (with stop at Merlin if you feel like that ;) ).

The unit has EVERYTHING you'll possibly need for your stay, including fully equipped kitchen ...

This unit was exactly what we were looking for in Whistler- family friendly and quiet after 10pm (incredible considering we were there over the May long weekend). Terry was quick to reply to any questions and everything was as advertised. We will be back.

Thankyou for letting us stay at your place.....we had a great time and the weather was perfect. The complex is very well maintained and the condo was well equipped. The only problem we had was starting the barbeque we think it was out of propane so we used the oven instead no problem. We were happy that there was more room in the bike lock up this time. We found free parking on the street since it was low season which was great.

Audrey and Terry are quick to reply to any questions and very friendly. We had everything we needed. I appreciate that the basics like adequate dishwasher powder was supplied. Little thoughtful things like this make a difference upon arrival. The only plus, would be the possibility to rent bathrobes for access to the pool deck in the cold months. What can I say more then I am already planning another holiday in #3**!

Very clean, especially the bed linen. The kitchen is modern and well supplied with utensils, perfect for us because we did all our cooking there. It was a pleasant surprise when we walked through the door. The owners have taken a standard one-bedroom condo and renovated it to give it a more personal feeling. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in this property. Some of the best aspects are the proximity to the slopes with ski in and ski out access, the ski valet service, and the great hot tubs and pool.

Inside the unit, our boys really enjoyed the games/video games provided by the hosts. As we were cooking most of our meals during our stay it would have been great to have a few common spices/condiments available. Thank you for a great winter stay!!

Very pleased with this unit. It was clean, modern and well equipped. The location was perfect and the added benefit of the ski shop and ski concierge was a bonus. We will be staying here again!

We had a fantastic time. The condo was very clean and very inviting. Great view from the balcony. I loved that my kids could ski right in and out and wasn't expecting ski valet. Loved that.

My husband and I sleeped on the pullout and was pleasantly surprised it wasn't all that bad(for a pull out sofa) had a good sleep.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, I'm looking forward to staying there again. I would guarantee you will enjoy your stay.

Our stay in The Aspens was delightful. We we're very pleased with the condo! A couple of recommendations would be 1) new towels are needed and 2) a good, sharp knife. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The location is a plus as it is located moments from Blackcomb and Whistler Village.

We look forward to our next visit and most certainly will be booking this same unit!

My wife and I stayed here for our first time over Labour Day weekend. This property is in a perfect location for families or couples who like to be close to the village, but do not like noisy nights. This condo is a 2 minute walk from blackhome and a 10 minute walk from Whistler Village.

For families with young children there is a pool open daily from 10am-10pm and a outdoor family fun area at the bottom of blackhome (in summer season). The condo was above our expectations; had a nice view of the pool off the balcony, a extremely comfy king bed, and all the ammenities you need.

The only negative aspect was our check-in, the man at the front desk was not very helpful and wasted alot of our time (but we did not let this effect the quality of our stay).

We plan to stay here again!

Terry was very helpful and extremely responsive while we were booking our stay. He was very easy to work with and the condo, property, etc. was accurate to his descriptions. Their condo is updated and very clean....a place we would love to stay in again.

The property location is great for getting away from the village when desired, but a short, nice walk to Whistler Village.

Perfect place for the perfect week! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it. The propane grill on the deck made for a great night in. The bed is clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is well stocked with pots, pans and the necessary appliances.

Only gripe would be there are no seasonings in the suite (not even salt and pepper). There are sugar packets for coffee but that's about it. We overcame our shortage of spices at the local grocery store and had a great time!

Highly recommend this place. My wife and I are considering coming back at the same time next year. We loved it!

The unit was awesome, this is the second year we've stayed here and we love it. It was clean with modern amenities. It even had an Xbox for those down days. While we were here it was an extreme heat wave, +35 or so for the whole stay.

It sounds like the air conditioner might need a tune up it wasn't really able to keep the bedroom cool very well and it sounded like it could use some love. Other than that minor thing I strongly recommend staying in this unit. We will most likely be back next year hopefully for a longer period of time.

This apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and was located very close to the elevator/ski valet/entrance to the slopes. We were very comfortable during our 4 night stay, had plenty of space for our stuff, and rested well on the very comfortable bed. The only issue is that there are no condiments at all (this was mentioned in the posting, so it wasn't a surprise). The stores don't always sell 'small' versions of everything, so you end up having to leave stuff in the apt or throwing it out if you cant use it all during your stay. Check in/out was very friendly, the ski valet was super convenient, and it was about 5 minutes to Blackcomb base, 10 minutes to Whistler Village by foot. We rented a car, but didnt use it at all once we got to the apartment. I would absolutely stay here again, well worth it and made our trip extremely pleasurable.

The excelent and well equipped for a group of four, and only left two apartment really was a very pleasant stay of 15 nights I recommend that the towels and sheets were so used (mainly towels). There was no TV service without advertising like Neflix In the past the unit have left some details Christmas, and some basic things like coffee, sugar, salt, filter coffee machine etc etc. This was not the case which is unclear if it was rented in high season for 15 days

Fabulous!!! Location was great, amenities wonderful. Loved the hot tub after long hikes everyday. Perfect for our week hiking in Whistler and area.
