My family and I prefer The Aspens to other locations in Whistler and stay here at least once a year since 1997 in quite a few different units. It's truly ski-in/ski-out, quiet, but easy 10 minute stroll to the heart of the village. If you feel like 10 minutes is too long Fairmont Chateau Whistler is right down the hill and has two high end restaurants, a lounge with life music and simple food, and a casual bistro.
This year my husband and I were lucky that Terry and Audreyâ??s unit was available for our dates. The condo faces courtyard that is quiet at night, is tastefully renovated, high end appliances, comfortable bed, big screen TVs with Netflix, Amazon and a lot of other choices, reliable high speed Internet. The check-in was super easy and itâ??s nice to know that the reception can offer support at any time, in case you need it. The owners were generous to us, responsive and accommodating. The instructions that I received immediately after making the reservation were the most comprehensive and concise I have seen.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and I highly recommend ii for your stay on the Blackcomb side of Whistler. The location for ski in ski out was perfect, the apartment felt spacious (2 TVs was greatly appreciated) the bed and fold out couch were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and it’s just a short walk to a local grocery store. The pool and hot tub area was great. The lift area was undergoing some renovations but with minimal impact. This is an excellent condo unit in the Aspens, a true ski-in, ski-out development. The unit is very comfortable with a king sized bed. The kitchen appliances are all new. The furniture is attractive and clean. There is a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The Aspens has an outdoor pool, hot tub and excersize room as well as ski valet service. The Aspens is a true ski in-ski out location. By skis, you can reach the Wizard chairlift at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in less than a minute or two. Whistler Village, with all the shops and restaurants, are all within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. This can also be said for the bike trails/parks and Lost Lake.

Guest Stay Policies
|Bike Storage||There is a bike storage area at the entrance of the underground parking entrance. Make sure you bring your own bike locks.|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Property management reserves the right to evict guests due to excessive noise.|
|Garbage Removal||There is a garbage and recycling facility located in a shed just outside the main entrance. Front desk will be able to direct you to this area.|
|Housekeeping||The suite is only cleaned after each departure. There are no daily or mid-stay clean.|

This includes physical damage, excessive cleaning, missing items/theft, and defacing property. Guest agrees to pay for all private or common property damage caused by the guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of an eviction.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||Nightly rentals (Phase 1).|
|Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage||Skis and snowboards are not permitted in the suite. Please use the complimentary ski and snowboard storage located on the main level. Complimentary ski and snowboard storage is provided for all Aspens guests.|
|Terms of Eviction||Evictions will result for excess noise, property damage, or violation of any policy applied to this rental unit/agreement. Evicted guests will NOT be entitled to any sort of refund.|

In the kitchen . . . cook up a tasty creation using the new stainless steel appliances. A good selection of utensils are readily available. You will enjoy eating at the granite counterop bar area.
In the dining area . . . dim the lights and enjoy the meal in the company of family and friends. There is enough room for 4 or 5 guests.
In the family room . . . after a day of skiing or walking the trails, warm up by the fireplace. Whether you are playing a game of Monopoly, reading a good book, or watching a high definition show on the 65 inch SMART TV (Netflix ready), you will enjoy your time here. There is an Xbox One available for the kids (free).
In the washroom . . . wind down the day with a nice hot bath in the soaker bathtub.
In the bedroom . . . enjoy a good night's rest on the king size pillow top Beautyrest bed. For those who enjoy staying up a little later, there is a 32 inch flat screen television mounted on the wall.

The family may appreciate the 65" flat screen television in the living room and the 32" flat screen television in the bedroom. The newly renovated kitchen hasstainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Free Wireless Internet access is available.
Our family lives in Maple Ridge, BC (a municipality that is approx. 50 minutes east of Vancouver, BC). We have had this unit for about 10 year. We have thoroughly enjoyed the summer months at Whistler, biking, hiking, shopping and trying out the different restaurants. We look forward to the winter months at Whistler so that our kids can ski and snowboard.
