My husband and I stayed at Southpoint 15 for a week of skiing on Feb 1-8. We had an excellent time and the condo is perfect! It is clean and well cared-for and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay - including all the necessary kitchen supplies, TV service, internet, etc. The heated tile floors are especially nice in the bathrooms and the entrance area. It snowed quite a bit while we were there, and the plows kept the driveway in and the entrances to each garage clear every day so we were able to get the car out without any problems. The location of #15 is perfect for skiing - it's great to be able to ski right in and out from the lower entrance to the unit, without having to haul everything across a parking lot.

We will definitely look forward to returning to Big White to stay at Southpoint #15 for future ski trips!

The highlight of this property is the location, it really is ski in / ski out for all ages. Having said that, this property could use some TLC. All of the mugs were chipped, rusty cheese grater, a broken window, gouges in the hardwood floor, all of which were easy to look past but the fridge stunk like fish from when we got there until we left despite me wiping it out and buying a baking sofa for it. Management was quick to respond and provide us with a cheese grater we could use but we were left to deal with the smelly fridge ourselves.

This unit was set up nicely for two families to share comfortably. Ski in ski out was terrific to have with young kids. Vacation services was very accommodating and quick to respond. We look forward to staying again!

Our spacious home has a large entrance way with heated slate flooring and plenty of closet space.  The queen bedroom and bunk bedroom, full bathroom, laundry facility and access to the private hot tub are located on the entry level.   The main level has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Large windows let in plenty of light and a view of skiers from the living room window. Master bedroom with ensuite is located on the main floor.

Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Large waste disposal & recycling container is located on site in the parking lot.

Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur.
