This home was great! Everything was in order, it was clean and fully equipped with everything a kitchen needs. Jodi was easy to deal with and responded very quickly to my inquiries. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to everything but far enough away so that you don't have to hear the parties in the village. We will be back again I'm sure.

Our family has stayed at Sunpath #2 for a number of years. As in the past we all enjoyed the comfort and location of this property. However I was disappointed by the lack of response to a problem with the TV - the remote was erratic and while trying to access the TV guide we were diverted into a module which controlled the settings for all of the room lights. All attempts to exit from this module were unsuccessful and the TV would not work.
I sent an e-mail to the owners and received a return phone message at approximately 8PM. Unfortunately we out to dinner at the time. Beginning early the next day I made 3 phone calls to the owners and left 2 messages for them to return the call. In spite of remaining in the suite I did not get a return call hence my disappointment as the problem was not resolved.

Was OK - could not figure out the TV - needs a key punch lock - we only had two keys and was a bit of a pain to manage the manual locks with teens and adults coming and going.

My son and I stayed in this condo for 5 days in early March. The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, and the location was convenient, especially with the shuttle stop being located across the street. Everything worked as it should have. Nicely appointed as well. Check-in and out were straightforward.

A very comfortable, quiet and convenient place to spend a Whistler getaway. Within walking distance to the Whistler lifts and restaurants and just around the corner from the main grocery and liquor stores.

Great stay! Close to everything but far enough away to not hear the noise of the village. Small hot water heater and showers were often cold.

We have just returned from 3 weeks at this property... I am not normally into leaving reviews but we have been to Whistler many times staying in various areas so can probably add some guidance for those who haven't. We have worked out that you really need to compromise on something; either location, size, amenities or price. We have stayed in hotels right at the base of the gondolas but they are more expensive, smaller and further from the supermarket. We have stayed at ski in/out places but some don't have a hot tub and they are further from the village and restaurants. We have also stayed in the middle of the village where properties are generally smaller and noisier.
We are a couple with a 6 year old and were in Whistler for 3 weeks this time so eating out every night is not that practical and being close to the supermarket during this stay was fantastic. If you are only visiting for a short period or don't have children I would recommend staying in the heart of the village or at the base of gondola. If you want to ski in/out then Blackcomb base is great but only if you plan to eat out. Between Whistler base and Blackcomb base is also a good compromise and we have stayed in Gables plus Cedar Creek but each condo is a bit different and they don't necessarily have a hot tub and there is no shared one.
For us this property was the best compromise... walking to lifts is about 6-7 mins but the bus stops directly outside and takes about 5-6 mins, the grocery store is 4-5 min walk away and the middle of village is the same. The condo was very spacious, clean and has everything you need including a shared pool plus hot tub just outside the door. Owners responded rapidly and gave us lot's of info... I recommend it highly and we would happily stay here or in the same area next time. Thanks very much for a great trip and the 3m of snow in 3 weeks ;)

Wifi signal is weak in the master bedroom, can't connect to Netflix. No elevator, need to walk one level up from parking. Central lighting switches are nice, takes some time to get used to. Nice stay overall.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Sunpath as been the case for the past three years. The location is ideally located for easy access to lifts, shops and restaurants. The only minor thing that I would add for a wish list is an additional chair in the living room area. Andrew, Lisa and Owen particularly enjoy the close proximity to the hot tub.

Great unit located in our favorite development near to everything and with a great common-area hot tub and pool. Both unit and common areas are well-maintained, clean, and pride of ownership clearly shows. Usually stay in a 3 bedroom unit in this same complex but for a smaller group size this unit was perfect and offered great value. Will definitely return again!

This was our third stay at Sunpath and first time staying in this unit. We positively love Sunpath's location for year-round activities. You never need a car, whether you are here to ski, bike, golf, relax, shop, dine or party. This unit is great for a family as it's directly across from the pool (but still quiet).
We found the unit a bit dark with not much natural light, but this wasn't a big deal since we were outside most of the day. I would have liked a few more towels for our family of 5 since we were in the pool lots, but the in-suite laundry allowed us to dry towels when needed.
The unit has all the basic features for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location with a great pool.

A nice condo in a great location. Enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean and well kept family property. Ran into some trouble as we have a roof box on our SUV and could not get into the parking garage without removing it. The owners have gone to some real effort to add home automation to the unit. The lighting system works well, but the AV configuration is a bit off with the remote not controlling the blu-ray player, and some HDMI input swapped upon our arrival. Another issue was that we had noisy guests in the property above (certainly not the fault of the owner) but the contact provided for security was out of date with the number not in service.

Went to Whistler with 3 friends for Tough Mudder. Brian and Jodi's place is great - close to shops, the village, and the everything you need. The unit had everything we needed for the 3 nights (we ate in 2 of the 3 nights) - great value for the cost. The hot tub was perfect for after doing a 19 km run on the hill!
We initially paid for a 5th member who ended up dropping out and Jodi refunded the $25/night fee without hesitation. I definitely recommend their place to others who are visiting. Thanks to Brian and Jodi from the Sofa Kings (our TM team name).

Perfect location to get anywhere you want to go. The layout of the space was excellent with plenty of room for us and friends who popped over for dinner. The kids loved the heated swimming pool right off their bedroom. Warmest heated pool we ever had during our many stays at various condos in Whistler.
The only glitch was the interesting lighting system, cleverly labelled, but a bit confusing on how to keep the lights on, as they would fade off suddenly. Otherwise, an excellent stay and we hope to rent it again for future trips. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Comfortable and recently renovated unit that is fully equipped and met all (4 adults and 1 - 8 year old) of our families needs. The unit is within walking distance to the lifts and all of the village shops, restaurants and attractions. The owners were very responsive when we had a need for additional information regarding access to the pool and hot tub which was directly across the pathway. We would definitely recommend this unit and would look forward to staying here when in Whistler again.

This is the third year we have vacationed in this unit. We have personally met the owners and they are very responsive to questions and resolving any issues that come up during your stay.
As a first floor unit, there are two small outdoor porches that are great for relaxing after a long day of biking. The best part is the location...right across the street from the village. Once you park the car there is no need to drive during your stay.

The location of this rental was perfect for our family! A short walk to the park (which we visited every day with our 2 and 6yr old boys) and out of the hustle and bustle of the main village. For the most part when we went to the pool, we had it all to ourselves which was really nice. I could see it being crowded if there were more than 3 families at the pool at the same time since it's not that big, but the hot tub is huge! (almost the same size as the pool!)
There were only 3 very minor issues (not really issues at all) 1. The carpet was a bit dirty, my 2yr old walks around barefoot inside and within less than an hour, his feet were pretty dirty. ( I washed them and the water was brown) 2. There were glass doors for the closet (spares?) in between the wall and the bunk beds in the kids room which we thought were a hazard since they were just leaning up against the wall. Not really a good thing when you have 2 small children that like to get into things. 3. The spare bathroom's fan didn't work (not an issue at all, just something to note)
Other than that, we really had a fantastic time. We would come back and stay here again in the future. The kitchen had everything you needed and more and the beds were really comfortable! The owners responded to emails right away prior to our arrival and answered any questions that we had.

Our stay at the Whales Sunpath unit was a lot of fun. It's in a great location, close to shopping and activities. No need to use the car! It can get noisy. I had to call Security on 1 night. They reacted promptly and the noise was reduced. Only issues with unit: master bedroom window needs a screen and one bathroom needs a fan. Jodi was very responsive. Many thanks! Carlos.

We had a really good vacation at Whistler, this condo was just great, exactly as described and good value for the money. It is right outside the main village so it is quieter but only a couple of minutes walk to the village, maybe 10 minutes to the main gondola. The rooms are a little small but that is typical for these types of condos and was not a problem at all for our family of 5. The condo was well appointed, right next to the pool and on the ground floor (nice bonus so no need to go up the stairs after a day of skiing). The owner was very helpful throughout the process and even went out of her way to send us a package which we had missed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This unit is perfectly located in the village. It is a good bit quieter in the evenings than units along the village stroll. The pool and hot tub are very close and easy to use. We also enjoyed this ground floor unit, no walking up stairs. Sachi Sushi is my favorite restaurant in North Americans it is very close by (snack sushi whenever you want it is 4 mins away). I would recommend this unit to fellow travelers, I have been going to whistler for nine seasons now (both winter and summer) and Sun Path is a great bunch of condos and the Whales unit has been my favorite, because of its ground floor access.
