Stayed 11 nights at Paulaâ??s condo and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was as described, fully stocked and very clean and we were very comfortable. The appliances looked new and there were lots of dishes, cooking utensils, casserole dishes, cutlery, all sizes of pots, etc. If you have any questions, Paula is quick to get back to you.
The location is excellent with a bus stop right in front of the complex if you donâ??t want to walk in ski boots through the village. The free bus runs about every ten minutes. We found the condo very quiet at night and did not hear any street noise. The hot tub was clean and hot and we made use of it every day. The pool is small but warm enough to swim in. They could use some hooks in the pool area to hang robes and towels as the cubby holes are quite small. A large food store is close by and has everything a city grocery store has, the liquor store is on the edge of the village so both very convenient to get to on foot. The airport shuttle buses stop at the Gateway Loop which is an easy 5 minute walk to the condo.

This was our 4th return to Whistler and to Paulaâ??s condo- clearly we love staying here! We had another fantastic stay over 3.5 weeks. The condo is well stocked with everything you could wish for- personal care products, laundry products, all of the condiments, oils, herbs, spices etc you might need to use if cooking during your stay.
Appliances are aplenty and all in good order. Paula kindly installed a Dyson supersonic hair dryer after I mentioned that the international adapters made my drier defunct! And the treats- Paula always leaves treats in your fridge/freezer, plus other niceties- she knows my kids love Clif bars so she left a ton of those amongst other things.
The location is excellent with the amazing Fresh Market plus lots of casual eateries in Market Square a 5 min walk away. We timed ourselves walking to the upper village gondola - between 7-10mins. Easy!
If you want an economical cosy option with personalised care and attention then this is the place for you! We look forward to returning.

There is a Kitchen Aid dishwasher with a window in the door and LED lights inside show you when your dishes are finished washing. The ceramic top range has bridge units for adjusting the size of pots and pans for more even cooking. The convection oven cooks food in a shorter period of time. The microwave has all types of settings on it and heats a cup of water in 90 seconds. Heavy duty garbage disposal has been installed, but cannot have certain types of vegetables put down in it. Recipes for some specialty drinks have been provided for you in the kitchen cabinets. Many types of serving dishes and extra cooking tools are provided in the cabinets and drawers. Two glass shelves have been added to a kitchen wall. We request that if you are going to use our fully equipped kitchen and appliances that you plan to leave the kitchen in very clean condition. The covered Weber BBQ grill is self catering and there are brushes to clean off the grill after each use.

From Vancouver area, take Highway 99 which is the Sea to Sky Highway and follow the signs to Whistler, which are close to the ferry terminal signs. The highway area to Whistler goes up and over the ferry terminal car lanes which are all down below the main highway. Stay on Highway 99 and continue through the outskirts of Squamish and then beyond the stop lights at Whistler Creekside. You will continue to the outside edge of Whistler. Keep going until you see the large brown Whistler Village signs. Don't turn right at the first main Whistler village first entrance area. The road does veer off with a separate road there off to the right to Village Gate. Turn left at the light. You will see Cascade Lodge on the left hand side of Northlands Blvd. Sunpath is on the left hand side of the street and has rust colored metal roofs with pink tan colored building. .

Internet Usage Free to use by our guests. Password is in your check in information and also posted in the white binder on the counter. Also please make sure that the TVs are still working before you check out. |
Ski & Bike Storage Secure equipment storage is available in the ski locker. Please ask about bring a bike to store inside our entryway. |
Locking & Securing Unit Garage entrance fob and garage door/pool key must be left on the kitchen counter at departure time. There is a $250 fee for replacement cost. If you lose the keys, please know that you will be expected to pay for the replacement set and they are made specially for each condo, so it takes time to replace them. Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the unit and check the sliding glass door in the one bedroom to make sure it is locked. |
Forgotten Items by Guest Guests are responsible for all mailing costs for forgotten items. |
Missing Items With your credit card payment, you are accepting responsbility for missing or damaged items. |
Parking & Ticketing Designated parking space for your car. Unloading zones are temporary and a few spaces are for up to 90 minutes. Fob for garage area to park in will be provided for you. Visitors' temporary parking area is only for 30 minutes. Tow trucks TOW AWAY many cars in Whistler. Please move your car inside the gated secure area at Sunpath once you have unloaded your car. The replacement cost for our missing fob/key is $200, which the guest will pay if the fob is not returned to our condo on check out day. |

Amenity Guarantee All private essential amenities, including air conditioning, private hot tubs, pools, internet and fireplaces will be maintained and made available to the best of our abilities. If an issue occurs during the stay that removes the usage of an essential amenity, actions to remedy, repair or replace the amenity during the stay will be completed. I do try to make sure that I keep my returning guests happy with some extras for their stays. My condo is well stocked as compared to other Whistler condos. I appreciated your guest review. Families do use the pool in the summer. Not all the parents monitor their kids in the pool, which can be irritating. I don't think they realize that not every guest likes to hear children scream and yell while playing in the pool. It was great to have you stay for the month of August into September! We have stayed at numerous rentals throughout Whistler and this was by far the best. The location was perfect. Short walk and you are in the mix of the village, but just far enough away that you are not disturbed with Whistler's nightlife. The free shuttle is directly across the street and was very convenient. If you chose to walk, it was exactly 9 minutes in ski boots and dragging two kids from the front door to the lifts if you cut through on Gate Way Drive.
The owner was very responsive to emails and the condo was well stocked & very clean. We will definitely be coming back.

We absolutely love staying here - just finished 3rd visit. Great location, easy walk to the village and the Marketplace. Facilities at Paula's spotless and so well provisioned.
Paula goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable with so many extra touches- like treats/wine/mid stay clean, the list goes on. Practical touches everywhere- great gear storage, drying racks, hooks etc etc Highly recommended!

I have been to Whistler several times and this is my second time at this condo. Now I would never stay anywhere else and would arrange my travel plans around the vacancies at the condo. From the time you book Paula is in contact with all the information you need.
When you arrive there is no guesswork and walking in feels like home. She leaves a lot of extra food to get started and she even left animal cookies for my granddaughter. There is free parking but the condo is so central you don't even need a car.
I have family living in Whistler and my daughter works for Whistler tourism so she is familiar with the accommodation available. When she visits she can't believe the quality of the condo and how the owner takes a personal interest in all her guests.
You read a lot of good reviews fore this condo and everything is true so you can't go wrong with this condo.
You are such wonderful guests that other owners would have wished that you would have rented their condo for your nine night stay. My cleaner was so happy to see you return again because he knew how well you treat a vacation rental. It was a pleasure to treat you as a family member and provide extras for your stay. This is such an ideal condo. It is centrally located, very clean and so comfortable. I am amazed at how Paula provides so many extras that Iâ??ve not seen in other vacation rentals. The kitchen has everything you would need and more including many food supplies, spices, coffee, tea,treats etc. During my visit it rained and umbrellas were provided. The beds are so comfortable and the bedding is good quality.
The pool and hot tub area is right close by and very clean and well maintained. The only thing to be aware of is there are no chairs at the pool.
I appreciate how responsive and easy Paula is to deal with. She keeps in close contact and provided lots of info on how everything works in the condo.
The air conditioning is such a bonus. I didnâ??t need it much this year but did the previous year when I stayed there. Overall a great place to stay.

Our new favourite place in Whistler, hands down! Perfect location (so close to the village but away from the noise), wonderfully outfitted and updated condo with anything and everything you can imagine. The beds are super comfy and the appliances are a dream.
The owner is beyond amazing and really goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I canâ??t say enough about Paula, the condo and the location and could not imagine staying anywhere else. We miss it already!

This may be one of the cleanest, best equipped condos we've rented over the decade we've been renting. Paula's home has every appliance you could want and more importantly they are all in working order. The unit is across from the pool and hot tub and across the street from the bus stop. Paula welcomed us with a bunch of treats to make our stay easy and enjoyable.
We will be coming back. Please treat her home with respect, we want her to keep renting it!

We loved our stay at Paula's condo. There was everything that we needed and more, and she was always available and responsive to any questions that we might have.
She went out of her way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, offering early check-in/late check-out, extra parking for guests, etc.

We had another fantastic stay at this condo. The owner definitely takes pride in her condo and goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests have a wonderful vacation. This owner leaves extra food items for each specific renter, not to the mention all the extra snacks and groceries that she leaves in the fridge and on the shelves for each guest to enjoy.
The condo is spotless upon arrival and every high-end kitchen amenity you can think of is there, including a BBQ which we used nightly. There is ample space in this two-bedroom condo, with comfortable living room seating and 3 TV's in the condo.
This condo does not disappoint; we've stayed at this condo more than five times and it is by far the best condo we've stayed at in Whistler. Access to the free shuttle bus to the Village Gondolas is an easy walk across the street from the complex and the location is great for a nice walk along the Village Stroll in the evening. There are many restaurants nearby, but this condo is so well-equipped, there is no need to leave for your meals.
On our next trip to Whistler, we will definitely want to rent this condo again.

I am starting to run out of superlatives to describe Sunpath #1*. Paula, the owner, is absolutely amazing in her attention to detail regarding her guests' comfort. We have been on the receiving end of her generosity and thoughtfulness for numerous stays now. She does not disappoint.
New appliances, new linens, new shelving, new decorations....she is constantly upgrading. Respecting all that Paula does goes without saying.
Whistler is becoming very expensive - some condo owners seem to be gouging their guests, raising their rates and their minimum stays in some cases. Not Paula...her unit is very fairly priced. It seems that her guests' enjoyment is her prime concern. Always much appreciated.

This was our second time staying at Paula's Sunpath rental home in Whistler village. We chose to come back to the same property for both the convenience of location as well as the hospitality of our host. Paula is extremely responsive and accommodating. We love staying in the comfort of Paula's Sunpath condo from the ease of hopping on a shuttle to the Blackcomb lift as well as a short walk to all areas of the village. Paula is quick to answer any questions and has the best-equipped condo to make your stay enjoyable!
We would definitely recommend Paula's condo to others and will 100 percent return the next time we visit the Whistler Blackcomb mountains.

In short, our one week stay at Stoney Creek Sunpath was fantastic in every aspect! This very clean unit is in immaculate condition, complete with high-end appliances and finishings, a thoughtful and well complimented furniture layout, as well as almost every convenience that you can think of, all in a perfect location.
The owner of condo #1*, Paula, is absolutely amazing! She is very thoughtful, organized, and responsive to communication. Her attention to detail and all of the extras that she provides sets this condo apart. It felt like a home away from home.
My wife and our two adult kids flew into Vancouver from Ontario Feb 2018, and then took the Pacific Coach from the airport to Whistler village. The coach dropped us off right in front of Stoney Creek Sunpath. The entrance to the ground floor condo was about a 10 second walk down the stone walkway from there. Once inside the condo, there is a closet in the foyer for your skis and poles. We appreciated the efficient furniture layout, reclining lounge chairs, cozy fireplace, large television, and back massager after a long day of skiing. Was great for the family to get together and watch the olympics too!
Marketplace IGA grocery store is a five minute walk from the condo as is the main Whistler ski village. The free ski shuttle bus to the lifts, runs by every ten minutes, picking you up and dropping you off right in front of the condo. It is a five minute ride each way.
Our family is in agreement that we loved staying in Stoney Creek Sunpath condo #1*, and would definitely stay there again when skiing at Whistler. Great condo, great location, great host. Thank you Paula!!!

Our holiday actually started from the moment we booked Paula's apartment. From that point Paula was in regular contact making sure that everything would be exactly how we wanted it. From asking for a list of my familyâ??s favorite snacks and breakfast items so that they would be there waiting or us to leaving the heating on so that the apartment was warm for our arrival! No detail was overlooked and the apartment was fully equipped with every comfort that you could think of - even a heated boot dryer! I didnâ??t even know they existed!
Would we return? In a heartbeat! You cannot improve on perfection and that is what Paula has aspired to. I now consider her a friend and shall keep in touch with her until we,hopefully, can book again next year. Our family of four could not have picked a better spot for our first Whistler skiing holiday. Paula made it magical and so did her spacious, yet cosy apartment with the added benefit of a hot tub and pool.

What a lovely vacation we had at Paula's Sunpath condo! This place is a truly rare gem, and Paula is a truly generous proprietor. It is difficult to list all of the positives: the location, the amenities, the value, the kindness and generosity of the owner. I came to Sunpath for a working vacation and could not have asked for a better experience.
Every possible guest need has been thought of and provided for. The space is generous, the furnishings very comfortable, the condo is kitted out with all of the latest gadgets and appliances. Paula also goes so far beyond expectations to provide treats and supplies for her guests. Whether you are working remotely or unplugging for a fantastic vacation: this has to be one of the legendary places in Whistler village.
To be sure, I stayed at Paula's condo for a month during ski season and would jump at the chance to return. She is a responsive host and pen pal, and does so much more than you will ever expect to make you feel welcome and cozy. To Paula: all that you did for us is greatly appreciated and we will treasure these memories. Thank you so very much!

This is one of the best condos in the Whistler area. We have been renting this facility for about 5 years and would not think of renting another.
The condo is always extremely clean, with top of the line appliances, comfortable beds and the amenities that the owner provides is above anything expected. Paula, the owner, leaves many extra goodies for us to enjoy, and always tries of surprise us with extra food items.
The condo is in an ideal location. The bus for skiing stops across the street, and the distance to the Village is only a few blocks away. You would be hard pressed to find another condo that provides this much convenience and amenities.
I always look forward to hearing from you. I'm so glad that we still had some days available for the four of you. We had a lovely stay myself, my husband and my son. When we walked through the door it just felt so homey. The unit was in an excellent spot only a couple of minutes walk to the village or if I was feeling lazy there was a free shuttle bus that stopped frequently outside the unit.
Paula was an excellent host with her quick response to my emails (I did send a lot). Questions were answered and we were kept in constant contact, to make sure everything was to our liking. Paula left us some lovely treats which helped with our meal planning.
We will recommend this place to our friends and hope one day to return. Thank you Paula

After a sixteen day stay at Condo 1* Sunpath, we are wishing we were still there. What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, cozy, comfortable, welcoming, great location and the best of hosts. It was a real home away from home. The little personal touches were lovely.
Paula made sure every little thing was taken care of before we arrived, right down to our welcome goodies and being available if we needed help with anything. I couldn't recommend "Paula's Place" more highly. We have already booked in for a return visit.

My family and I just spent the weekend in whistler as a last minute get away. Paula was very helpful as we were booking last minute, we required some online changes in order to do so.
The condo was great! It always is neat and tidy and Paula is such a gracious host. As a mom with 2 small children the location could not be better. Itâ??s minutes away from the grocery store and playground.
My oldest son and husband enjoyed the hot tub while it snowed as well :)

We had a great time. Very clean condo. Easy process for reservation and check in. Everything is clearly indicated at the condo. Everything works fine. Very comfortable beds and condo in general. Wifi available no issues at all.
Very central in Whistler, 2 min walk to grocery and Village stroll. Easy access to parking. We had a large pickup truck, no issues in and out of parking. Nice pool and hot tub on property. Very quiet location.

We have stayed at Paula's place several times and we were, as usual, thrilled with our most recent stay. We frequently visit Whistler and have had to stay elsewhere at times because Paula's place has been rented - we haven't yet found condo accommodation that comes close to Paula's. Her place is immaculate and well appointed with the latest and greatest kitchen appliances (she just put in brand new, high end stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, range and fridge) and gadgets. Where other owners often skimp and let their units get run down, Paula ensures everything is updated, clean and functional. She even goes out of her way to have luxurious bedding and multiple pillow choices for her guests!
Renters have access to a fully stocked kitchen so you don't have to worry about buying items like olive oils, balsamic vinegar, condiments, etc. Paula even stocks the fridge with treats for the guests! The location - at the base of the village - is absolutely perfect - you can walk everywhere. Paula is responsive, friendly and will do whatever she can to ensure your stay is wonderful. We can't wait for our next trip to Whistler and returning 'home' to Paula's place.

Paula really goes out of the way to make staying with her a real treat. Condo was supplied with personal food items and extra food items. It was nice just arriving and no we did not have to run straight to the grocery to supply that condo. There were six in our group split between two condos. And the other condo in the complex had nothing to offer. The extra price was definitely worth it.
I never write reviews but I believed that Paula deserved extra credit for the work she has put into trying to make you feel at home. Be sure to use the back massager ....ooooh baby!

Amazing property, best condo we have ever stayed in, during our Whistler vacation and we have been going here for at least 9 years, twice a year. Air conditioning, fantastic location, with no need to use the car once you drive into the car park. Paula, was amazing and left us food essentials, and special drinks and treats. It felt like home as soon as we walked into the property.
We will definitely recommend and hoping to rebook and Paula can accommodate our dates.

Paula's home is beautiful. GREAT location and comfortable interior! Paula was very attentive to any questions and was readily available throughout the rental process as well as during our stay. As the temperatures were high during our stay, the air conditioners in the unit were perfect! Something the majority of other accommodations do not have.
Paula went above and beyond in providing certain groceries such as protein bars for our daughter who was racing Crankworx. This was a huge benefit to have at the home upon arrival allowing us to go the IGA later rather than having to rush there first.
I cannot overstate our enjoyment of Paula's home as well Paula herself. We felt like family!

It was just a great travel experience. Hours after I booked the property Paula was in touch with me to explain details of the property. I told her I was in Whistler to visit family and she went out of her way to leave us extra food and treats for everyone. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and you really don't need a car but parking is free and there is lots of extra parking available for guests.
This will be my first choice any time I visit Whistler.

What more can I say, that hasnâ??t already been said about the hospitality that Paula extends to her guestâ??s. This has been my second stay and hope to have many more. Her main floor condo unit is in top condition. Queen Beds are of high quality and also very comfortable. The wide variety of treats she provides are unbelievable and chosen specifically for each guest.

I highly recommend this condo. It's clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location -- there are restaurants and shops across the street, and the slopes are easy to get to by shuttle (and within easy walking distance if you're storing skis/boots). The kitchen is very well-equipped and is stocked with lots of snacks and treats from the owner for each guest. In-unit washer and dryer also a huge plus.
Great communication with the owner from the time we booked through the end of our stay. We had a great trip and would love to stay here again!

As far as things to do in Whistler - it was slow season & rainy - some things were closed in prep for the mt opening - however.....the indoor Rock Climbing Wall at CORE was amazing, ask for Joe - our kids had a blast with him!! The ESCAPE room is a MUST - how fabulous was that!! Lots of great places to eat, or stay in and cook :) All in all - it was the perfect time and place for us to just step away from everything and enjoy some time together as a family!!

Just as you would expect a home away from home to be like. We were so satisfied with this property and our stay. Perfect amount of room for a family of three(toddler). Fully equipped kitchen and spice cabinet with any utensil you could need, so cook away.
The owners have done such a wonderful job at maintaining the property to the highest degree. They have taken the time to label and give instructions for use of all amenities and instructions for caring for the property. The owners are always very prompt to respond to messages and have left contact people for any issues that may arise. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my family and I; the little treats that were left for us, was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated!
This experience exceeds our expectations!!! I will definitely book this property when I return to beautiful Whistler; but during ski season next time! Thanks Paula for helping to make our trip to Whistler so perfect!!!

The property was outstanding! Everything was labeled and exactly as advertised. But, the condo wasn't even the best part. The Owner went out of their way to ensure we'd be prepped for our arrival. And, there were treats of all kinds waiting for us. It is very easy to give a glowing review of this property and owner.
On the other hand, maybe we'd prefer to keep this a secret so it will be available the next time we plan on a trip to Whistler. We'll definitely be looking for this one over and over.

We loved our stay at this incredibly clean, organized, and well-kept home. Everything was as described or even better! The convenient location to Whistler village can't be beat. Paula was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

This rental was so amazing that we have already booked a repeat trip! Immaculate, beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could want including TV's (in living room and bedrooms), new washer/dryer and every kitchen appliance you could imagine.
We go to vacation rentals all the time, but never have I seen one with condiments in the fridge, a cupboard full of spices and pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc. galore. The owner even stocks the fridge with 'stapes' such as cheese, butter, and eggs for each guest in addition to an individualized 'treat' box.
BBQ is on the front deck - back deck looks into a beautiful forested area. Pool and hot tub are right outside the door and it is a short walk across the street to the main Whistler village. 10 out of 10!

As you walked into the condo, immediately you felt at home, very inviting, comfortable, cosy and clean. The condo had everything thing anyone would need for a wonderful stay in Whistler. The beds were comfortable. In the kitchen Paula had left us a bag of goodies to enjoy. The fridge had lots of little extras, like eggs, cheeses, water, apples, and coffee for her guests to enjoy.
She has gone over and above to provide her guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lots of games for all ages. The pool and hot tub are close by, and I hear that its all heated in the winter.
The market place is in walking distance, as well as a wonderful walk through Whistler to the chair lifts. Lots of shops, and restaurants in the Village to enjoy.
I am looking forward to returning.

We stayed here for 12 days this summer while visiting our daughter who was working in Whistler. This is one of, if not the, best equipped places we have rented in over 20 years around the world, with clear and detailed instructions for everything.
The kitchen has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning was very welcome as the temperature was up in the mid 30s centigrade while we were there, so the condo could be very warm without it.
Paula was very responsive - the lock to the pool gate failed late one afternoon and I emailed Paula about it - she responded within minutes, and the problem was fixed by the maintenance team within an hour or so. Nice additional touch of a welcome box of goodies, and all sorts of food left for us to use as we wanted.
One tip - if there is a winemakers' dinner on while you are there take the opportunity to go for excellent food and wine up the mountain - a very friendly and sociable event/ All round - a recommended condo

You had all types of weather during your 12 days there and we were so glad that our air conditioners were able to keep your family comfortable. When Whistler has hot days, many condos just don't cool off with opening up windows or using a fan. As a family of 3 with a young toddler this place was perfect for us! The condo was easy to find, included a parking spot, and is steps away from the pool and hot tub! For the parents out there considering this place, I have to say as an extra bonus our video monitor worked at the pool/hot tub :) It is walking distance to IGA, and the playground near the Olympic rings, which our son loved.
I have rented condo's, apartments and large homes in the past for vacations and I have to say that none of them compare to how well stocked this one was. I was amazed that the kitchen had everything you wanted and more! From the spices, to the snacks to even the cookware, EVERYTHING was in this kitchen! It is great to be on vacation and still have all the luxuries of home :) The condo was very clean, came with an abundance of instructions, and was well worth the cost.
There is nothing I didn't like about this place and will be renting it again!

From the time of booking to check out, this was by far one of the best units we have ever rented! The condo is FULLY stocked with everything you would need and then some.
And Paula's personal touches are everywhere; from the detailed notes to the special treats she provides for her guests! Amazing!
It's very well located, (you don't even need to use your car) and the pool and hot tub are just steps from the front door. Overall one of our best stays (even though it was a quick one), we can't wait to go back. :)

We stayed at Paula's condo for a ski-week at Whistler Blackcomb ski resort. The location is wonderful, with the ski bus stopping directly across the street. Also it's an easy 10 minute walk to the slopes through the quaint pedestrian walkway downtown.
The condo is thoughtfully equipped with much more than the usual rental. There is a boot-warmer and assorted massaging apparatus in living area, as well as comfortable leather lounge chairs and a big dining table. There is a cozy gas fireplace and a huge assortment of videos and games, and a kitchen equipped with every appliance and cooking device you could imagine. The kitchen has high end cutlery, glassware and crockery and 2 drawers of utensils. Paula is so thoughtful; there are spices, condiments, lots of snacks and goodies stocking the fridge and cabinets so you save a lot if you cook at home.
The beds are comfortable and there are TVs in each room. The bathrooms are stocked with a variety of shampoo, and thoughtful items like a first aid kit. The washer/dryer comes with soap and softener sheets. There are handy hooks all over, and instructions for operating everything. This owner is the kindest, most caring and concerned owner I've ever encountered. Every guest gets a welcome basket with requested food items; even seaweed in my case!
It's also an advantage to have a secure assigned parking place out of the weather in the basement parking. Jacuzzi and pool were nice and right outside the front patio, which incidentally has a nice BBQ.

My husband and I were astounded by the hospitality by the owner of the condo. We come to Whistler every year and rent a condo for a week. In the past 10 years, this is the best experience we've had.
The location was in the perfect spot relative to all of the village, yet very secluded and quiet. The condo was well taken care of and has all the amenities you could ever need. The owner goes out of her way to provide snacks and guidance so you have the time to sit back and relax.
I would recommend this place over any other in Whistler.
Best 'Home away from home' experience! The owners are amazing to deal with and go above and beyond any expectations to make their guests feel welcome and well looked after. We have stayed in a few locations now at Whistler Blackcomb and this location is by far our best experience.
We would definitely recommend this home and it will be our first choice for when we book a return trip.

This was an absolutely unexpected experience. Its definitely not an experience I have ever had with a rental anywhere. The condo and the owner Paula were unbelievably great and yet that still feels like I am understating it. The condo is less than 10 minutes from Whistler gondola, even with a 9 year old carrying her own skis. Very easy walk and a straight shot through the village.
From the moment we booked the condo Paula was trying to make this a dream vacation for us. She asked for a list of food we would like to have waiting for us and it was in the fridge waiting. When we arrived there was a gift basket for the family with all kinds of treats and fun stuff. The house is well stocked with food, coffee, espresso machine and a freezer full of all kinds of ice cream and Paula expects the guests to use. Eat anything you like that is for guests and there is a lot (I say make sure you restock when you use all the espresso pods and other stuff).
Everything in the house was labeled so everything was dummy proof. f you couldn't figure something out that was a true feat. Paula is great if there are any problems too. I had to work a few days and there were dogs barking in a couple of the surrounding condos and Paula knew the units and owners, called them and made sure that it was handled in what seemed instantly. Barking dogs for hours with no owners home is tough but didn't have to worry about it again.
I would suggest you use the concierge that Paula gives to you for free. We had a reservation for dinner, DURING X-mas to NEW YEARS WEEK, every day at any restaurant we wanted plus they will do anything from food to ski stuff. We should have leaned on them a lot more for sure they were very good.
Paula is very picky about who she lets in as showed from the survey and follow ups we had before we booked. She should be with this place, but if you are lucky enough to get a reservation it will be the best time you've had. The price was a true value for a condo in Whistler without the extra pampering, with it, it was a downright steal. You can see Paula wants the right people in the condo and is willing to make it reasonable so she can hand pick who she lets in and who gets told no.

Paula's condo is a fabulous, warm, cozy and inviting space. It was a great place to stay and very close to Whistler Village. When we weren't out, we hung out in the hot tub, played board games, watched movies and ate treats that Paula left for us. My teenage guests especially felt right at home.
Beds are super comfortable. I didn't want to leave! It's especially great for large groups and families as it's roomy and full of everything you need. Nice quiet neighbourhood, well kept complex. Clean.
I highly recommend Paula's condo and will return in the near future.

Paula is fantastic. Very communicative from our first inquiry to texting on our arrival to make sure everything was in order. The condo is in the perfect spot and has all of the amenities (think waffle maker, Verismo, BBQ, you name it, Paula has it).

This was our third time back and Paula has gone above and beyond each time to make us feel welcome and at home. This was the best place to stay. Three minute walk to Whistler Olympic Village so everything was within easy walking distance. Because it isn't right in the village the condo is very quiet and relaxing.

We were glad that we had 3 days available for your stay. Our location is not inside the village square area where many of the hotels are located, as your first choice to have rented, but our location is convenient for guests that like quiet condo complexes. Thank you for reserving our condo, Paula
Location, Location Location, we did not have to use our car one we go there since it is within walking distance to everything. This condo has everything you could possibly want or need during your stay, and everything in it is extremely high quality and works (which is not always the case in whistler rentals). We have rented many places in the Whistler village, Creekside and the upper village over the last 15 years and Paula's is far and away the best of the bunch.
The place is super clean on check in. Paula is incredibly responsive and answers emails immediately. Paula takes great care to ensure each guest is individually cared for by placing specific treats and foods unique to the quest in the condo.
I could write an essay and list everything this place has to offer, but to cut to the chase - great place, great owners, super clean, and location location location.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Words can not express how great this experience was. Not only was the condo everything you could want and more, our dealings with the owner exceeded all expectations.
The condo was ideally situated within a short walk to all amenities, including the village, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. While the condo was not large, it was very well laid out, furnished comfortably and had everything you could possibly need. It was perfect for a couple or small family wanting to enjoy the Whistler area. The beds were very comfortable which made for a great night's sleep.
During our travels or winters away, we have rented houses and condos for the past 10 years and never have been as pleased with the accommodations. From our first conversation with Paula it was the most pleasant experience we have encountered. Her attention to detail and making you feel like a truly valued guest goes beyond your imagination.
There must be thousands of places to stay in the Whistler area and if we had to do it again, we would rent this same condo over and over again. Paula, thanks for everything from your valued information, attention to detail, and the most appreciated snacks you left for us. From my initial communication with Paula, the owner, through to her follow-up after our stay, she was very thorough and a pleasure. Paula's instructions were very detailed and we had no trouble finding the condo or gaining access to the condo or the parking garage. It was a breeze! She made sure that we had some of our favorite foods stocked in the refrigerator and shelves. I had not been to Whistler in years and she answered all my questions, and Shirley, the concierge service representative, was responsive as well.
We had wonderful meals at Caramba and Hy's Steakhouse, both within walking distance of the condo. The condo had air conditioning units in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, which were great during the evenings while we slept. The tower Dyson fans provided in the condo were just right during the day. The condo was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed for our stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms.
The location was amazing and we easily walked everywhere. The property common grounds were well kept and it was quiet. I highly recommend this condo! Thanks, Paula and family!

This condo is a GEM!!! The owner, Paula, was simply exceptional with providing way more than expected. The beds were so comfy, the whole condo was just like home for us, beautifully decorated with all the amenities and more. I have stayed at many apartments in various parts of the world, but this one was truly exceptional, more than a 5 star hotel! Location was perfect, hot tub fantastic, also a Jacuzzi within the ensuite.....AMAZING REALLY!!!
Paula went out of her way to leave us snacks and contacted us several times to make sure everything was ok, and it was MORE than ok. We are already planning to return and hope we can stay there again. JUSTED LOVED IT!!!

We have stayed at many Whistler/Blackcomb places: others in the Stoney Creek complex, some at Glaciers Reach, several in the Blackcomb area, including Painted Cliffs, Horstman House and Woodrun and once recently at Creekside, but Sunpath 1* has to be one of the most thoroughly equipped, most pleasant rentals we have experienced. The owner was most helpful and accessible; the ground floor accommodations were perfect - organized, clean and roomy,( a large master bedroom with super comfortable mattress); the free parking basically for 2 cars, a rarity at Whistler today; the location, quiet and close to amenities and to the pool and hot-tub.
But never, in all our years staying at Whistler, have we ever been greeted with such a wonderful package of surprise 'treats' welcoming us to a condo....wine, chocolates, crackers, cheese, breakfast staples and much more. Truly a very thoughtful and considerate host, one who wants to make a visit to Whistler an memorable one. She succeeded. We look forward to staying in Sunpath 1* on any future trip.
