Our front patio faces the pool and hot tub area. Our unit is close, but not too close. Year round heated pool and hot tub, which are checked each morning.

This is a ground floor unit with no stairs. The entry way leads into the open concept living space.
The hallway leads to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has its own private bathroom and has been recently renovated. The second bedroom has the second bathroom conveniently right next to it.
The washer and dryer has been replaced with a top of the line large steam washer and dryer.

The kitchen has had white appliances added to it. There is a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher, which is one of the latest models available. A window in the door and LED lights inside show you when your dishes are finished washing.
The ceramic top range has bridge units for adjusting the size of pots and pans for more even cooking. The convection oven cooks food in a shorter period of time.
The microwave has all types of settings on it and heats a cup of water in 90 seconds. Heavy duty garbage disposal has been installed, but cannot have certain types of vegetables put down in it.
The refrigerator has an ice maker for all of your specialty or blended drinks. Recipes for some specialty drinks have been provided for you.
Many types of serving dishes and extra cooking tools are provided in the cabinets and drawers. Two glass shelves have been added to a kitchen wall.
There are extra condiments in the refrigerator and many types of spices in the cupboards. We request that if you are going to use our fully equipped kitchen and appliances that you plan to leave the kitchen in very clean condition.
The covered Weber BBQ grill is self catering and there are brushes to clean off the grill after each use.

The living room has a sofa with a large recliner and 2 leather recliners.The Brookstone full length massage cushion is stored by the small table next to the front window. The foot massage unit and another smaller massage unit are there to pamper our guests. The small trunk in front of the sofa.
The modern Jamestown style table with glass top and four chairs with removable seat cushions is very comfortable and make TV viewing more pleasant from that area.
Our condo is filled with many extras and once you step in our entrance, you will notice the difference when comparing it to many other Whistler units.
Suquamish, Washington artist, Sandra Maddox designed and painted an original scene of Whistler Village Square for our tile backsplash area where it is highlighted with a new under- the- cabinet light bar with dimmer switch. Ceiling lighting fixtures to make the rooms bright and light. Special lighting in both bedrooms with dimmer switches on new lamps.

Our professional cleaning company takes pride in keeping our condo clean and will respond to your telephone call, if needed. Our professional cleaner arrives to clean the unit when you check out. You can also contact Guy, our local repair person if anything needs repairing. We have an excellent concierge, Shirley Hills, who can provide all types of information for you. She can get you current rates for discounted ski tickets & have them waiting for you on our kitchen counter. Shirley knows Whistler and can help make your stay here even better!

Our location makes Sun Path an often requested guest choice. We are a short walk to the village with two grocery stores within a less than a 5 minute stroll to both of them. There are a handful of good restaurants within a three minute walk of Sun Path. A block away is the Marketplace Shopping Center and it will provide many of your necessities.

|Groups Renting Multiple Properties||There are several of us owners at our Sunpath complex that have 2 and 3 bedroom units which are close to each other, if you happen to be looking for a group stay. I can also refer you to a newly remodeled beautiful Sunpath condo that accepts pets.|
|Long Term Renters (Monthly)||You can email me about this option to see about costs, and if we have available times and meet our age requirement. Renting for a month or longer in the village during the winter is very expensive.|
|Non-Smokers Only||Our home is not suitable for guests who prefer to smoke.|
|People with Restricted Mobility||All one level on the ground floor with no stairs to climb and has a shower unit which can be accessed easily.|
|Seniors||Our home is accessible. Our unit is all one level with no stairs. No ladder to climb to get into bed. Seniors are welcome.|

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||First night is non refundable. If we can replace your booking 60 days in advance of your stay, refund amount would depend on the number of days and rates we would be able to rebook those dates, minus a 10 percent transaction fee. Refund is by personal check. Online trip insurance is recommended to cover sudden illness etc. for guests that need to cancel a reservation or change plans.|
|Cancellations Made by Owners||A reservation that has been made with not following policies will be cancelled. Please list everything necessary for me to know about your stay. Please be aware that there is a cancellation/ transaction fee. The guest, whose name is on the reservation,will cover this fee.|
|Courtesy Hold Reservations||Contact me for a temporary hold for your reservation. I list on a number of condo sites, so I do hold days for guests. Ask before you automatically reserve our home. Returning guests that have stayed will be given the option to have another reservation held for them.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds because of delayed arrivals or because of weather -related conditions. You may arrive anytime after the listed check in time and late in the evening is fine, also. Please let me know if you are arriving late.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||You will be contacted for coded access and very detailed instructions. You will be emailed and asked when you are ready to receive a door code. Please check your junk file folder if you have been notified and don't get any message from me.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Regular family bikes and mountain bikes can be stored in the garage bike cages. Two and three bikes cannot be stored inside our home or outside on our ground floor patio.|
|Check-In Time||4 P.M. is the normal check in time. I try to make allowances to fit our guests' needs if you need an earlier time.|
|Check-Out Time||10:30 A.M. Please load the dishwasher by 9:30. It takes 3 hours for the cycle to finish. Please put any dirty towels in the washer and start the washer before checking out. All garbage needs to be carried out. If you are checking out early on your last morning, please send me an email.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||I am contacted by my cleaner about the condition of my home after each guest check out. To avoid extra cleaning costs, please remember to remove your shoes and boots after entering our home. The kitchen appliances, the oven and stovetop should be left very clean..Please wash the pots/ pans and pan lids. Please wash the towels separately and not with any clothing. Please brush off the BBQ grill after using it. Please start the dishwasher before you check out. There is a vacuum cleaner there. If you snacking, please use the paper plates and napkins provided.|
|Excessive Noise||Sea To Sky Security Company can be called.Their phone number is listed on our entryway door. Excessive noise is grounds for eviction.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||Please plan to cover all packaging and shipping costs of any item that you have left there and wish to have mailed back to you.|
|Garbage Removal||It is the total responsibility of the guests to carry out all garbage and recycle items when checking out. There is a recycle white bin under the sink. Use the key to get into the locked garage/recycle room, which is close to the garage temporary parking area.|
|Housekeeping||The unit will be clean for your arrival. It is the guest responsibility to leave the kitchen clean , including the kitchen stove and oven clean and to brush off the BBQ grill after using it. I ask our guests to put dirty towels in the washing machine and start it and to also start the dishwasher by 9:30 on the day that they check out.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Free to use by our guests. Password is in your check in information and also posted in the white binder on the counter. Also please make sure that the TVs are still working before you check out.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily injury in our home or while in transit to or while on resort property.|
|Locking Door||Garage entrance fob and garage door/pool key must be left on the kitchen counter at departure time. There is a $200 fee for replacement cost. Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the unit and check the sliding glass door in the one bedroom to make sure it is locked. Access code change after you leave.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||24 hour always on call. Call Shirley first. Our cleaner, Roy's phone number, is listed in our kitchen. Shirley or Roy can contact our repair person that is on call. Shirley Hills's number is 604.932.9893. Guy, our local repair person, lives close by. His cell phone number is provided. If Roy or Shirley don't answer your phone call immediately and the condo needs a repair, please call Guy and also email me.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Our rate is based on 2- 4 guests. Sun Path condos are the most comfortable with 2-4 guests in many of the units. Children are welcome. Please help them with the TV/ DVD directions and please check the TVs to make sure they all are working before you check out.|
|Missing Items||With your credit card payment, you are accepting responsbility for missing or damaged items.|
|Noise Restrictions||No loud noise from 10 P.M. until 7 A.M. Eviction without any refund. There is a $200 fine from Sea to Sky Security for excessive noise.|
|Parking & Ticketing||Designated parking space for your car. Unloading zone is a temporary one and a few spaces are for up to 3 hours. Fob to garage area to park in will be provided for you. Visitors' temporary parking area is only for 30 minutes. Tow trucks TOW AWAY many cars in Whistler. Please move your car inside the gated secure area at Sunpath once you have unloaded your car.|
|Policy Updates||.The policies are updated often.|
|Property Damage||Renters assume all responsibility for any damage done to the unit and to the contents in the unit while they are renting the unit. NO graduation or bachelor parties accepted.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||It is zoned for nightly rentals.|
|Terms of Eviction||Evicted for not following policies. Such as a pet inside our home. Or a number of bikes being brought inside our home, loud parties, loud music, or a security company having to come to the unit because of noise problems could be part of the eviction with no refund.|

As a returning guest to Sunpath #11, I wholeheartedly recommend this condo to like-minded people who enjoy the comforts of home and the convenience of a central, yet peaceful location. Of all the self-catering accommodation I have stayed in, Paula's condo is, and I suspect will always be, the most well equipped and provisioned holiday let I have experienced. There really is nothing you could want for that hasn't already been thought of and there is no need, as is often the case when you arrive at your accommodation and start to open various cupboards to see what's what, to head out to the shops as soon as you arrive because you need the basics. It's all there! As a home cook who enjoys self catering when on holiday, I am always delighted by the kitchen at Sunpath #11; gadgets galore, loads of utensils and a small supermarket's worth of provisions! Another reason to like Sunpath #11 is because of the complex itself; being relatively small, it enjoys peace and quiet despite its central location. There is a shared hot tub and pool and we never have any problems, firstly in getting space to use the facilities and secondly with excessive noise that a crowded complex often brings. Regards location, you really couldn't get better if you tried. We choose Sunpath because it is close to everything yet doesn't come with the crowds and noise of a village condo. You are steps from the bus stop, five minutes walk to the supermarket and five minutes walk to the village (maybe even three minutes when there is no snow!). The condo is also conveniently located within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Whistler ... Alta Bistro and Hy's are literally opposite the condo. Paula's place is a home away from home - it's in a class of its own! Immaculate and well appointed - this condo has everything you could possibly want or need from the fully stocked kitchen (with all kinds of electrical appliances, cupboards full of spices, olive oil and a fridge stocked with 'basics' like eggs, butter, cheese and condiments and a freezer full of individual ice cream) to the luxurious bedding. A large HE washer/dryer are an added bonus as are the bath supplies in case you forget anything. Paula is the ultimate hostess, providing individual 'treats' for your stay. A saltwater pool and hot tub are right outside the door. Underground parking is included which is a real bonus as parking can be hard to find when the village is busy. What a perfect home away from home!! Paula is amazing at taking care of all the details, and the added little bonuses are truly a pleasure!! It was great for our family of 4. The village is close, as is everything - we didn't need our vehicle once during our stay!! Paula is a wonderful host and her place is cozy & delightful. Our first night back home our son asked "when can we go back to the condo?" This is for sure on our "return" list of places to stay!!
As far as things to do in Whistler - it was slow season & rainy - some things were closed in prep for the mt opening - however.....the indoor Rock Climbing Wall at CORE was amazing, ask for Joe - our kids had a blast with him!! The ESCAPE room is a MUST - how fabulous was that!! Lots of great places to eat, or stay in and cook :) All in all - it was the perfect time and place for us to just step away from everything and enjoy some time together as a family!!

Just as you would expect a home away from home to be like. We were so satisfied with this property and our stay. Perfect amount of room for a family of three(toddler). Fully equipped kitchen and spice cabinet with any utensil you could need, so cook away.
The owners have done such a wonderful job at maintaining the property to the highest degree. They have taken the time to label and give instructions for use of all amenities and instructions for caring for the property. The owners are always very prompt to respond to messages and have left contact people for any issues that may arise. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my family and I; the little treats that were left for us, was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated!

As you walked into the condo, immediately you felt at home, very inviting, comfortable, cosy and clean. The condo had everything thing anyone would need for a wonderful stay in Whistler. The beds were comfortable. In the kitchen Paula had left us a bag of goodies to enjoy. The fridge had lots of little extras, like eggs, cheeses, water, apples, and coffee for her guests to enjoy.
She has gone over and above to provide her guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lots of games for all ages. The pool and hot tub are close by, and I hear that its all heated in the winter.
The market place is in walking distance, as well as a wonderful walk through Whistler to the chair lifts. Lots of shops, and restaurants in the Village to enjoy.

This rental was so amazing that we have already booked a repeat trip! Immaculate, beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could want including TV's (in living room and bedrooms), new washer/dryer and every kitchen appliance you could imagine.
We go to vacation rentals all the time, but never have I seen one with condiments in the fridge, a cupboard full of spices and pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc. galore. The owner even stocks the fridge with 'stapes' such as cheese, butter, and eggs for each guest in addition to an individualized 'treat' box.

We stayed here for 12 days this summer while visiting our daughter who was working in Whistler. This is one of, if not the, best equipped places we have rented in over 20 years around the world, with clear and detailed instructions for everything.
The kitchen has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning was very welcome as the temperature was up in the mid 30s centigrade while we were there, so the condo could be very warm without it.
Paula was very responsive - the lock to the pool gate failed late one afternoon and I emailed Paula about it - she responded within minutes, and the problem was fixed by the maintenance team within an hour or so. Nice additional touch of a welcome box of goodies, and all sorts of food left for us to use as we wanted.

As a family of 3 with a young toddler this place was perfect for us! The condo was easy to find, included a parking spot, and is steps away from the pool and hot tub! For the parents out there considering this place, I have to say as an extra bonus our video monitor worked at the pool/hot tub :) It is walking distance to IGA, and the playground near the Olympic rings, which our son loved.
I have rented condo's, apartments and large homes in the past for vacations and I have to say that none of them compare to how well stocked this one was. I was amazed that the kitchen had everything you wanted and more! From the spices, to the snacks to even the cookware, EVERYTHING was in this kitchen! It is great to be on vacation and still have all the luxuries of home :) The condo was very clean, came with an abundance of instructions, and was well worth the cost.

This was about the 6th different condo we have rented in whistler over the last couple years and it was by far the best appointed. The place really feels like a home so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan on making a mess. The Owner was great to deal with and answered any of our questions right away and it was a complete hassle free stay. We would certainly stay here again. The only thing that's missing is a private hot tub. Like most condo complexes in Whistler, Sunpath has a lot of rental units and the pool/ hot tub area was full of a super obnoxious bachelor party during our stay so we didn't use it. We stayed at Paula's condo for a ski-week at Whistler Blackcomb ski resort. The location is wonderful, with the ski bus stopping directly across the street. Also it's an easy 10 minute walk to the slopes through the quaint pedestrian walkway downtown.
The condo is thoughtfully equipped with much more than the usual rental. There is a boot-warmer and assorted massaging apparatus in living area, as well as comfortable leather lounge chairs and a big dining table. There is a cozy gas fireplace and a huge assortment of videos and games, and a kitchen equipped with every appliance and cooking device you could imagine. The kitchen has high end cutlery, glassware and crockery and 2 drawers of utensils. Paula is so thoughtful; there are spices, condiments, lots of snacks and goodies stocking the fridge and cabinets so you save a lot if you cook at home.
The beds are comfortable and there are TVs in each room. The bathrooms are stocked with a variety of shampoo, and thoughtful items like a first aid kit. The washer/dryer comes with soap and softener sheets. There are handy hooks all over, and instructions for operating everything. This owner is the kindest, most caring and concerned owner I've ever encountered. Every guest gets a welcome basket with requested food items; even seaweed in my case!
It's also an advantage to have a secure assigned parking place out of the weather in the basement parking. Jacuzzi and pool were nice and right outside the front patio, which incidentally has a nice BBQ.

My husband and I were astounded by the hospitality by the owner of the condo. We come to Whistler every year and rent a condo for a week. In the past 10 years, this is the best experience we've had.
The location was in the perfect spot relative to all of the village, yet very secluded and quiet. The condo was well taken care of and has all the amenities you could ever need. The owner goes out of her way to provide snacks and guidance so you have the time to sit back and relax.

This was an absolutely unexpected experience. Its definitely not an experience I have ever had with a rental anywhere. The condo and the owner Paula were unbelievably great and yet that still feels like I am understating it. The condo is less than 10 minutes from Whistler gondola, even with a 9 year old carrying her own skis. Very easy walk and a straight shot through the village.
From the moment we booked the condo Paula was trying to make this a dream vacation for us. She asked for a list of food we would like to have waiting for us and it was in the fridge waiting. When we arrived there was a gift basket for the family with all kinds of treats and fun stuff. The house is well stocked with food, coffee, espresso machine and a freezer full of all kinds of ice cream and Paula expects the guests to use. Eat anything you like that is for guests and there is a lot (I say make sure you restock when you use all the espresso pods and other stuff).
Everything in the house was labeled so everything was dummy proof. f you couldn't figure something out that was a true feat. Paula is great if there are any problems too. I had to work a few days and there were dogs barking in a couple of the surrounding condos and Paula knew the units and owners, called them and made sure that it was handled in what seemed instantly. Barking dogs for hours with no owners home is tough but didn't have to worry about it again.
I would suggest you use the concierge that Paula gives to you for free. We had a reservation for dinner, DURING X-mas to NEW YEARS WEEK, every day at any restaurant we wanted plus they will do anything from food to ski stuff. We should have leaned on them a lot more for sure they were very good.
Paula is very picky about who she lets in as showed from the survey and follow ups we had before we booked. She should be with this place, but if you are lucky enough to get a reservation it will be the best time you've had. The price was a true value for a condo in Whistler without the extra pampering, with it, it was a downright steal. You can see Paula wants the right people in the condo and is willing to make it reasonable so she can hand pick who she lets in and who gets told no.

Paula's condo is a fabulous, warm, cozy and inviting space. It was a great place to stay and very close to Whistler Village. When we weren't out, we hung out in the hot tub, played board games, watched movies and ate treats that Paula left for us. My teenage guests especially felt right at home.
Beds are super comfortable. I didn't want to leave! It's especially great for large groups and families as it's roomy and full of everything you need. Nice quiet neighbourhood, well kept complex. Clean.

Location, Location Location, we did not have to use our car one we go there since it is within walking distance to everything. This condo has everything you could possibly want or need during your stay, and everything in it is extremely high quality and works (which is not always the case in whistler rentals). We have rented many places in the Whistler village, Creekside and the upper village over the last 15 years and Paula's is far and away the best of the bunch.
The place is super clean on check in. Paula is incredibly responsive and answers emails immediately. Paula takes great care to ensure each guest is individually cared for by placing specific treats and foods unique to the quest in the condo.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Words can not express how great this experience was. Not only was the condo everything you could want and more, our dealings with the owner exceeded all expectations.
The condo was ideally situated within a short walk to all amenities, including the village, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. While the condo was not large, it was very well laid out, furnished comfortably and had everything you could possibly need. It was perfect for a couple or small family wanting to enjoy the Whistler area. The beds were very comfortable which made for a great night's sleep.
During our travels or winters away, we have rented houses and condos for the past 10 years and never have been as pleased with the accommodations. From our first conversation with Paula it was the most pleasant experience we have encountered. Her attention to detail and making you feel like a truly valued guest goes beyond your imagination.

From my initial communication with Paula, the owner, through to her follow-up after our stay, she was very thorough and a pleasure. Paula's instructions were very detailed and we had no trouble finding the condo or gaining access to the condo or the parking garage. It was a breeze! She made sure that we had some of our favorite foods stocked in the refrigerator and shelves. I had not been to Whistler in years and she answered all my questions, and Shirley, the concierge service representative, was responsive as well.
We had wonderful meals at Caramba and Hy's Steakhouse, both within walking distance of the condo. The condo had air conditioning units in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, which were great during the evenings while we slept. The tower Dyson fans provided in the condo were just right during the day. The condo was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed for our stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms.

We have stayed at many Whistler/Blackcomb places: others in the Stoney Creek complex, some at Glaciers Reach, several in the Blackcomb area, including Painted Cliffs, Horstman House and Woodrun and once recently at Creekside, but Sunpath 1* has to be one of the most thoroughly equipped, most pleasant rentals we have experienced. The owner was most helpful and accessible; the ground floor accommodations were perfect - organized, clean and roomy,( a large master bedroom with super comfortable mattress); the free parking basically for 2 cars, a rarity at Whistler today; the location, quiet and close to amenities and to the pool and hot-tub.
But never, in all our years staying at Whistler, have we ever been greeted with such a wonderful package of surprise 'treats' welcoming us to a condo....wine, chocolates, crackers, cheese, breakfast staples and much more. Truly a very thoughtful and considerate host, one who wants to make a visit to Whistler an memorable one. She succeeded. Companion and I had a great ski week staying in Paula's wonderful condo near the slopes in Whistler, BC "Well-equipped" is an understatement for this comfortable 2-bedroom, 2 bath with gas fireplace and great location. The ski bus stops directly across the street, and the condo is an easy 10 minute walk to the slopes and just a block from the pedestrian main street with all the shops and restaurants. There is a grocery a block away. The ground floor location is across from the pool and Jacuzzi. Another advantage is having a free, secure assigned parking place in the underground garage.. The kitchen is equipped with every imaginable appliance, utensil, and baking aid, along with high quality stemware and crockery. There is a crockpot, blenders including immersion mixer, coffee makers and a vast collection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Every spice you might need is there, along with condiments, oils and vinegars, butter and even eggs! There are shelves of snacks and candy, and the guest is welcomed with a personalized gift basket of requested snacks and beverages. The bathrooms have assorted shampoo and body wash and thoughtful details like first aid kit. The living room has a boot-drying device and various massaging contraptions like foot massager. The 3 leather loungers are like new. There are movies and games, and TVs in each bedroom. The dining table is big and lighting excellent. The art and décor is lovely. Beds are quite comfortable, with lots of hangars in the closets. There is a washer & dryer with soap provided. There are directions for everything and lots of handy hooks everywhere for convenience. This owner clearly cares about providing a 'like home' experience. Paula replies quickly to questions, and has an alliance with an in-town repairman who immediately answered the phone and helped us with minor issues with how the TV & computer worked. I doubt you will ever stay in a more thoughtfully equipped dwelling than this, or meet a more caring owner. Thanks Paula! Only disappointment: They don't use Paypal, which limits payment options.

Sunpath #11 ... Possibly the best condo in Whistler?

My husband and I stayed at #11 Sunpath in April 2015 for six nights and I can honestly say it was perfection! The condo is possibly the best-equipped place you can stay in Whistler - nothing has been overlooked by the owner, Paula Green, in order to make your stay a 'home-from-home' experience. In case my 5-star rating doesn't speak for itself, here are a few details to assist anyone looking to book this condo: Location The condo is situated on Northlands Boulevard, in what would be classed as 'Village North'. The Sea-to-Sky Highway runs behind the complex and even though #11 is situated on this side, there was hardly any traffic noise thanks to the well insulated windows and doors. The condo is situated directly opposite the bus stop for free shuttle to/from the ski lifts and surrounds, however if out of ski boots it can only be a ten-minute (max) walk to the lifts, and an even shorter stroll to all the village attractions. Complex facilities The complex has an underground parking bay - we didn't need this however I believe there are two allocated spaces for #11. The communal hot tub and outdoor pool were well-deserved after a long day on the slopes. It was never too busy and there was no problem with noise during our stay. The condo Where to start? We were blown away by this condo. The pictures do not do it justice; it is immaculately presented and so well-thought-out. The Greens have obviously put a lot of thought into their guests' comfort and convenience - nothing has been overlooked. The kitchen contained EVERY appliance, utensil, crockery and glassware you could ever think to want/need/use. The bedrooms were cosy and well-appointed - the bathrooms spotlessly clean and full of toiletries for guests' use. We appreciated everything Paula had included - top of the range laundry appliances, boot warmers, massage chair (oh yes!), ski closet, glove warmers, free wifi, fireplace, CDs, books ... seriously the list goes on and on. The condo came filled with tons of basic essential food items (such as salt/pepper/spices/ketchup/tea/coffee/breakfast cereals etc etc etc!) plus some special treats from Paula (chocolates, cheeses, ice creams, snacks, including some dairy-free items specially picked out by Paula for my husband) so we hardly had to buy anything, however should you need to food-shop the Marketplace mall is a two-minute walk from the condo and includes the extremely well-stocked IGA grocery store, liquor store, post office, coffee shops, pharmacy and many more shops. If you don't want to eat in, there are so many good restaurants in Whistler to choose from - its impossible to list them all however a couple of note that are situated directly across from the condo are 'Quattro' (Classic Italian), 'Alta Bistro' (Modern French) and Hy's infamous steakhouse. All delicious! A special mention should be made to Paula herself; she is the perfect hostess. Right from the very first communication we were made to feel special and well looked after. Paula went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and could not have been more helpful. Thank you Paula for letting us stay in your beautiful condo - I am certain that we will be back.

WOW, WOW, WOW, I cannot say enough about this FABULOUS condo, a hidden gem in Whistler. I will never stay in a hotel again, this was way better than a 5 star hotel. From the moment we booked the condo we were looked after by Paula. Any questions were dealt with efficiently and we were put in contact with Shirley (the concierge)who also was able to answer all our requests. The condo itself was immaculate, very comfortable and extremely well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the two bathrooms are excellent for 4 adults. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Nothing is left to chance with explanations of everything you might use in the condo. For a ski trip, there is a large closet for skis, a boot warmer and even a rack for drying gloves and socks! The washing machine and dryer are brand new and easy to use. Hot tub was a welcome rest after a hard day on the slopes -it is shared by other condo owners. We were very impressed with the location of the condo; supermarket and other shops are less than 5 mins walk. The gondolas to the slopes are no more than ten minutes walk (easy walk). We left our hired skis at Summit ski hire , right next to the slopes, as recommended by Paula. Most of all we felt like we were staying in our home from home. There was nothing we didn't like!

Paula's condo at Stony Creek exceeded our expectations. It is in a perfect location, across the street from the restaurants, grocery stores and shops but tucked back from the street so it is still quiet at night. It is on the first floor, directly across from the pool and hot tub which is wonderful after a long day of skiing! It is a short walk (5-10min) to the slopes and we did not feel the need to wait for the shuttle- the rental shop we used stores the equipment over night, making the walk to and from even easier! Paula was very easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and eager to help. She took time to leave extra food in the kitchen which is amazing and completely beyond our expectations- she even stocked some gluten free items for me when she learned I was on a restricted diet. She has really gone out of the way to make her condo feel like home, it is very clean, comfortable and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were more than enough space for 3 adults. Coming from Hawaii we especially appreciated the shoe and boot warmers :) Overall, I would highly recommend Paula's Stony Creek Condo!!!

A Prized Gem in Whistler

We stayed at Paula's condo in 2010 and were so impressed that we returned again this March Break and it was even better than it was before. Paula's condo is your home away from home. She has many updated amenities in her condo - from new recliners in the living room, dimmable lights, a new electric range, microwave and lighting in the kitchen, as well as several other smaller appliances that your typical condo does not have - a waffle maker and a Keurig with K-cups to name a few. The cupboards are so well stocked with plates, dishes, pots, utensils - almost every item you could possibly think of that a fully-stocked kitchen would have. We even took advantage of using the propane BBQ on the front patio. Paula also goes out of her way to send you a grocery list and asks you to pick out items that you would like in the condo. These items await you upon your arrival, not to mention condiments and extra treats that Paula leaves you. In thirty years of travelling and staying at condos, we have never seen a condo owner care so much for her guests. Paula has also purchased new mattresses for each bedroom with beautiful bedding. Both bedrooms are impeccably decorated - as is the entire condo. The bathrooms are stocked with lush towels and toiletries - it's like living at home. The location of Paula's condo is ideal for any traveller. The free bus service is an easy walk across the street and the bus drops off in the Whistler Village - a short walk to the Blackcomb and Whistler Gondolas - ideal for skiers who do not want to walk with their equipment to the gondolas. The condo is also a short walk to the village for great shopping and the IGa grocery store. I was never bored in her condo, as Paula has it fully stocked with books, movies, Cd's and games. The Bose sound system in the living room is a nice added touch, as are the HD televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. I would recommend this condo to anyone travelling to Whistler. It's the best you'll ever see.

My husband, adult daughter and I had a wonderful experience staying at Paula's Whistler Condo last fall. The service, condo, amenities and location were more than we could have hoped for. It was wonderful to be able to park the car in the secure (free) underground parking and walk everywhere we wanted to go. We have twice rented this Condo. Each time has been more fabulous. The Greens are so generous in what they provide and treat their guests like family with all the extra items. The Condo is kept in immaculate condition with high-end appliances & comfortable beds. Also supplied are all the essentials for cooking. We so appreciate how close it is to the Village, and the bus for the ski hill is just across the street. There may be some noise in the complex, however quiet time begins at l0:00 pm and is enforced. Free parking is provided and there is ample space in the unit for your ski equipment. We would highly recommend anyone seeking a home away from home while visiting Whistler to consider renting this Condo. We will certainly book this amazing Condo again during the summer.

I have rented many Vrbo properties and this one stands out beyond any other place. Paula went above and beyond our expectations of any rental. Ice cream and cookies were waiting for us as well as a huge stock of treats and goodies. I mentioned we had a Mexican theme dinner planned and there was a fantastic tortilla soup mix waiting for us. The beds were super comfortable, the towels and washcloths were soft and fresh. They even accommodated to our electric car needs allowing us to charge in the garage. Without a doubt our next rental at Whistler will be Sunpath #11 at Stony Creek!

I stayed here for a weekend in September for my birthday. It was off season so we got a great rate. I was so surprised with all the goodies that were left for us. There were even treats that suited by dietary restrictions which was so nice. I loved seeing the photos of the cleaner and the owner in the suite. Everything was wonderful, with the exception of the hot tub not working, other then that it was perfect! We will be back.

I try to provide some extras in our kitchen and accommodate diet restrictions for our guests since many guests now are very careful about what they eat. Last fall, I was glad that you let me know that our Sunpath hot tub was having problems heating so that I could ask to get it checked and repaired. A new energy efficient heater was ordered for it from back East and it has been heating properly since that was installed in the fall. My family and I stayed in the condo and felt so at home. The owner went to great lengths to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome, with a meticulously clean and cared for home. The towels and linens smelled freshly washed. The kitchen cabinets and refrigerator/freezer were fully stocked with food and beverages, with the owner in advance requesting specific preferences. Really! Having food and beverages available was especially helpful when arriving after a long day of travel. The owner anticipated many other needs from questions about gadgets and appliances in the house to having a need for something random, like a band-aid. There were local contacts available that were accessible and very responsive. My family and I travel quite a bit and have never experienced staying in a place where it truly felt like home. The next time in Whistler, we will stay there again.

We will never stay in another condo in Whistler and consider ourselves very lucky for finding it. Whistler was our first stop in Canada and it was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed in. I can honestly say this as we stayed in 6 other places during our holiday in Canada and nothing ever came close to this. We stayed for 5 nights end of May / beginning of June. The Greens went out of their way to make this the best possible experience for us and we greatly appreciate everything that they have done. Nothing was overlooked and we never felt like we wanted or needed anything. What a joy to have arrived here after almost 30 hours on the plane and find that we have everything we could ever need for our stay in Whistler. They provided us with all kinds of food & goodies that we really enjoyed. The condo was filled with all kinds of appliances like TVs, DVD players (with Dvd's), Stereo (with Cd's), iPod docks, massagers, boot warmer, microwave, oven/stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, Bbq's, iron & ironing board and hairdryers. I loved the washer & dryer, there's even detergent and softener for you to use. We were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was. The kitchen had everything we needed, we could cook anything we wanted without wondering if we had the needed utensils or appliances. The cupboards and fridge are stocked with condiments etc., everything you need. The location was excellent as it's located in the lower Whistler Village and we never needed to use our car to get anywhere. Everything is just a few minutes' walk away. We did allot of hiking and it was always a joy to get back to the condo and just relax in front of the fireplace on the cosy recliners. The bed was great, as my husband has trouble sleeping on any bed and his back never hurt while we stayed there. This truly felt like our home away from home and we were so sad to leave. We strongly recommend this condo to anyone who would like to enjoy their stay in Whistler.

We wholeheartedly recommend this Whistler village condo and we can't wait to come back again! I wish our stay was longer! The condo is located in the main Whistler village in a Primo location (lower Whistler village) with easy access to everything: the village restaurants, the IGa grocery store, the paved biking trails that go everywhere, the peak to peak gondola, etc. My husband and I have traveled all over the world, having lived in the Middle East and him being from Holland, and I have seen a lot of hotels and vacation resorts. Based on our travel experience, we can say this place is truly awesome! And we would stay again in a heartbeat! The Greens have the condo organized to a "T" and there is everything you need in the condo to have a relaxing stay. Not one detail is overlooked. We cooked every night in the kitchen and were able to make meals we would also make at home. There are high-end appliances and equipment throughout the entire condo: microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stereo, tvs, dvd players, BBQ, etc. There is even a shoe warmer! I can say we felt right at home. The Greens also went out of their way to get us special treats and food that are in line with my dietary restrictions. When we arrived there were Gluten free Trader Joe pancakes waiting for us as well as other nice snacks I could eat! The Green were also very proactive in answering questions we had before and during our stay. Traveling tips: If you are not into mountain biking still bring some street bikes because there are miles and miles of paved trails. There is a great place in the underground parking to safely and securely park street bikes. I would avoid the ancient Cedars trail at Cougar Mountain- we got eaten alive by mosquitos. Or bring some serious bug spray. The Joffre Lakes hike is amazing as well as Nairn Falls! Tons of amazing hiking trails in the summer!

We so enjoyed the condo. Seriously felt just like home (wished it was our home). The amenities were endless. Wonderful kitchen, grill on patio allowed us to cook great meals every night. The treats, wine, staples provided were amazing. Washer, dryer in the unit was a huge bonus. The recliners were so comfortable and just right after a day on the slopes. Although the tempurpedic bed felt "hard" to me at first I actually slept very well and awoke without a back ache which hasn't happened in years. Might be our next bed! The bathrooms had everything you may have forgotten. Towels were plush. The common hot tub was a nice size. The bus to the slopes was right across the street. Everything is within walking distance. This unit was the best stocked place we have ever stayed. We will be back! Thank you Paula for sharing your lovely mountain home with us.

This place was perfect. The location was ideal with a quick walk to the lifts and the grocery store (about 5 mins). The communal hot tub was steps from the unit and a welcome treat after skiing. The amenities and furnishings in the unit were outstanding. Paula's extra touches (wine, well stocked fridge, rapid response to email, and more) made the stay all the more comfortable. Have stayed in many places in Whistler and this one was definitely the nicest I've seen. Will definitely return in the future.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Stoney Creek-Sunpath #11 during our two couples getaway, for a ten day ski trip at Whistler Backcomb. The condo exceeded our high expectations for amenities and location to the Village and gondolas. The owners treated us like family and made sure our stay was perfect. Great living area and kitchen equipped with everything. It made such a difference finding a place with two super comfortable queen beds. We had the pleasure of sleeping on a brand new mattress in the master bedroom, which was brought in at the beginning of our stay. This is a great condo. Beautifully kept, really well equipped and very comfortable. It will accommodate two couples or a family easily, and is great value for money. It's only a 10 minute walk to the lifts (550m according to Google maps) so easily done even in ski boots. Although it's close to the centre, it's in a nice quiet location so you won't be disturbed by the bars etc in Whistler Village itself. The owner, Paula, was great at keeping in touch before our trip, and gave us lots of useful advice about the resort. The Vancouver-Whistler shuttle minibus will drop you right at the Sunpath complex, and the shuttle coach stops at the Northstar accommodation complex next door as well as the Whistler base, so easy to get there and back without renting a car. I won't be looking anywhere else if I go back to Whistler.

When you read the full description from the owner your first reaction may be that this has to be exaggerated...can't be this good. Well the description is 100% accurate. We have just stayed 10 nights (January 2013) and were very impressed. Most impressive is the owner's personalized and thorough communication from booking until departure. The extra help mentioned was never necessary as the place was immaculate upon arrival. In addition the fridge, freezer and pantry were full of food supplied by the owner which we have never encountered anywhere in the world before. In the first 4-5 days we only needed to buy the milk! Four of us were unable to get through all the supplied goodies. Unfortunately we did not make use of the concierge service which was our mistake as this would have been very good for lift tickets and rentals. The location description is completely accurate but we have given it a 4 star rating only because if we had bags of money we would love to stay ski in-out on the side of the mountain which we see as 5 star. This is an unlikely scenario for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Sunpath #11 to others or renting again for ourselves.

We think all the little extras help make guests more comfortable. We knew that when you had to spend so many hours in flight just to reach Whistler, that we tried to provide many extra foods for your stay so that you wouldn't need to rush to the grocery store. We try to provide extra foods for our guests, but not usually fresh items that have shorter expiration dates for them. Our location isn't ski in or ski out. When we were first hunting for a condo to buy in Whistler we chose around Northlands Blvd. area since it is so convenient with quick access to the village grocery stores, restaurants, and lifts. We like parking our car and being able to walk everywhere. You were wonderful guests. Since you reserved our home almost a year in advance, we had plenty of time to be ready for your arrival. We would love to have you return again.

My wife Jo had always wanted a "White Christmas" coming from australia this was never likely to happen at home. This holiday was for her to experience this dream. All I can say is what a ball we had. My daughter organised the Condo on line and from that point onward Paula the condo owner kept in constant contact. Helping us organise lift tickets or help plan any other activity we were interested in. The day before we arrived in Whistler there had been a very big snowfall. Paula organised to have the paths cleared for us and checked that we had arrived OK. Whistler and the condo were like a postcard picture the day we arrived. I think Paula may have even planned that for us :). There were many special touches like the presents for each of us and the special extra food items that she had researched we liked. This condo has everything, cable and flat screens in both bedrooms with a large flat screen and cable in the main living area. The Kitchen is very well equipped with all the condiments required to cook any meal you could dream of. The ski lifts and the main village are just a short stroll from the Sunpath condo. The market place is just around the corner in the opposite direction. The perfect central location! Our rental car never left it's provided underground car park during our entire stay. After a hard day on the slopes the large and very well maintained spa was the perfect meeting place and also a cure for the aches and pains. The condo was spotless when we arrived and the owner had arranged to have it cleaned in the middle of our stay also. It was so comfortable and made our holiday far more enjoyable than your normal motel suite holiday. We would love to return once again for another magical holiday. Our stay in your condo was great. It was in a perfect location so we were able to walk everywhere. This was our first time in Whistler and we will definitely be back. Our boys did the snowboarding camp and did biking on the mountain. My husband and I enjoyed golfing. Paula provided extra snacks for us to enjoy and she made our stay very comfortable. We stayed at the Sunpath Condo for our ski vacation in Whistler. There's always a risk when you book something online and you have no clue how its going to turn out. I have to say that our stay at the Sunpath Condo surpassed all of our expectations. Once we made our reservation, Paula contacted me before our trip to see what things she could provide in the condo before we arrived. She also provided exceptional directions to the condo, concierge services, and suggestions for things to do in Whistler. Once we arrived to the condo, it felt like a home away from home. I think "Best Equipped Deluxe Condo" is very accurate. You have everything you could possibly need during your stay. Whistler village is within walking distance. The bus stop for the lift shuttle bus is across the street from the condo. And the bus ride is very short. And after a long day of skiing, it was great to come back to the condo and enjoy some of the snacks Paula provided for us.

This is a beautifully furnished and maintained condo that feels like a home rather than a rental property. The owners have really thought about what their guest will need to make their stay so enjoyable. Little things like the massage pads for after a days skiing and the glove tree so your gloves are aired a dry for the next day may seem like small things but they just make life so much easier. The owners make sure that the kitchen it well stocked not just with utensils but upon arrival you will be shocked with the amount of food and treats that await you. The service you receive here is truly outstanding! The condo is in excellent condition, it is very clean with good quality fixtures and fittings and good quality linen and towels. The location is very good, every thing is only a short walk away and there is also the free shuttle stop across the street. The complex itself is in a quieter area away from nightclubs etc. I have stayed in 7 condos in this area so far and although it is not the largest 2 bed condo, it is by far the best I have stayed in!

This is our 4th September in Whistler coming to ride in the bike park and local trails. The riding is amazing, however our accomodations have been less than hoped for until this year staying at the Greens. It surpassed any expectations we might have had. Beautiful, Modern, Spotlessly Clean, Abundant Lighting, Luxurious Bedding and Towels, All sorts of neat Massage Gadgets and Extra Racks Etc to dry and hang wet sports gear. The Kitchen was over the top !! Every pot and pan you might ever hope to use, and every kind of coffee maker your might like to experiment being a barrista! And Paula totally invites you into her home by generously stocking the fridge and cupboards. Every Need and Want is thoughtfully taken care of. It's amazing ! We are already looking forward to our stay next September !!!

The complex was central and easy to find, but the actual unit was above and beyond what we expected. So many luxury touches, and thoughtful treats for the family to enjoy. I really enjoyed the service that was provied for our family. There was a good amount of food in the refrigerator and everything that we needed was somewhere in the house. I can honestly say that the house could be considered my senond home. There were so many things that I enjoyed having around that I didn't even use. It was small but extremely cozy, and I wouldn't mind living there, regardless of the size. I also wouldn't mind living there because of the surrounding area. There was basically everything that I would have needed, plus all of the fun activities around the area. The thing I really liked about the house was the filled you refrigerator,nice kitchen, and comfortable bed etc. Other than that it pretty close to the village and I will definitely visit again one day.

This place has it all, and the owners go above and beyond to make you fell welcome in their vacation home. We have been staying here for two seasons now, and just booked our third. We make several trips to Whistler throughout the season, but our most memorable trip is always the final of the season when we stay here. I was told the other day that I must get Stoney Creek #11 or our trip would not be the same. It is nice to show up to a place that is spotless. The kitchen is also amazing. Not only has it been terrifically updated, but it has everything you need to cook great meals. I could not imagine staying anywhere else, and look forward to many more trips here in the future.

Sunpath Condo #11 has everything you could ever need for a completely enjoyable vacation in Whistler Blackcomb. The condo was a perfect size for our family of four. We've stayed in the Stoney Creek area many times and the owner of this unit simply goes over and above in every aspect. Treats for the kids and adults upon arrival. Sauces, condiments and every cooking item you could need to create a gourmet meal. Clean rooms, bathrooms and living area stocked with ample seating and quality audio and video items to relax with after a hard day of skiing. They even had a boot and glove dryer which was a great touch to dry out the kids gloves each night. Our family had an absolutely magnificent time in Whistler and we would highly recommend this location and condo for future stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was very convienient for the slopes, shopping, dining out, car rental next door and ski rental across the street. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable and better equipped than my home! I've never seen such a well stocked kitchen in my life! We really appreciated all the treats and extras that were provided, it made us feel very spoilt. We stayed for 11 nights and only ate out on 3 of those nights, preferring instead to stay in and cook or order in on the other days. The owner and concierge service were onhand to answer any questions and queries before and duing the trip and were very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely return to Whistler in the next couple of years and would certainly come back and stay at your beautiful condo

Our stay at Stoney Creek Sunpath was a truly lovely experience. It more than met our expectations with it's lovely comfortable furnishings, great location and most of all lots of extras and personal touches. We were even given a bottle of bubbly to help celebrate a special birthday!
The best accommodation in 5 visits to Whistler

This is the best accommodation we have experienced in 5 visits to Whistler. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at this clean & well maintained condo. The owners have equipped it so well that we felt totally at home during our stay. In fact we felt totally pampered with all the luxuries one would find only in a resort. The beds were super comfy and the entire fit-out superb with many extras thrown in that are not usually provided by other owners. We loved the hot-tub for soaking sore muscles after a hard day's skiing & boarding and that it was virtually just outside this condo. Another great feature was that it is all on one level - no stairs to negotiate. The owners were most obliging and did their utmost in making sure that our stay was comfortable and stress free. Location wise, it is excellent being close to the Greyhound bus stop and the free village shuttle bus stop being directly across the road for quick access to the ski lifts. It is also within walking distance to all the shops, supermarket and eateries. Staying here made our holiday in the snow extremely memorable. When we visit Whistler again, we will definitely try to book this place again.

We stayed in Sunpath Condo # 11 at Stoney Creek, Whistler at the end of December and our group was more than satisfied with our accommodations and guest service . The place met and exceeded our expectations in terms its many amenities including the fully equipped kitchen, great entertainment system and its outdoor hot tub. Too many times we have rented homes that barely had salt and pepper, but this place had everything you would need to cook a meal and then some--like the yummy snacks the owner thoughtfully left for us. As far as its location, the condo was only a five minute walk to the gondola and right next to shops, grocery store and restaurants. In addition, the owner was very helpful with all of our questions and special requests--helping us find a place to store our luggage before and after checkout so that we could get in some extra boarding on the mountain. They really made us feel like it was our own second home.
