Location location!

Location location! The location of this property is fantastic and parking/access to the unit was very easy. The dishwasher basically doesn't work at all, so cleanliness of dishes is questionable at best - recommend hand-washing to save yourself the annoyance of pulling dirty dishes out of the DW.

Disposal of garbage/recycling was confusing. The instructions indicated 'black tie garbage bags' of which there weren't any and that to leave the bags 'by the front door' - the front door of what? I asked another guest in the parkade who told me the code to get into the garbage/recycling room in the garage. Not sure what we would have done with our waste if I hadn't randomly run into someone else dealing with theirs.

But overall our stay was really great, beds and linens were good, tv took some time to figure out so instructions left for that would have been helpful! Amazing location though!

Great condo located on the village stroll. Easy self check-in with keypad. Free parking (narrow stalls) underground. We brought along our own ski locks for the ski lock up room. Pop on your skis outside the building & go. Suzanne was a lovely host recommended a gas & grocery stop in Kamloops on the way. Cooking a pizza was a bit awkward, no baking sheet in the kitchen. We did not use the common hot tub. Powder Hounds restaurant downstairs has great schnitzel.

Excellent ski-out, ski-in location. Lovely outlook to Sunburst runs while quiet in the building with minimal outside noise. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living plus good tv selection. The owner Suzanne responds quickly. Perfect ski holiday experience.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit not refunded, rest of payment will be refunded if a new booking is obtained
Delayed Arrivals no refunds. If your arrival is delayed, we will not provide a refund, but if available,we may be able to add a night to the end of your booking
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information # Key Pad Entry System. We will provide you with entry codes via email.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be charged to renter. Excessive cleaning costs will be billed at $40 per hour.
Excessive Noise Please respect other guests. Excessive noise after 10:00 is not acceptable.
Housekeeping Enjoy your clean room upon your arrival. If cleanliness is not to your satisfaction, contact us immediately. Mid-stay cleans may be arranged (for a fee) - please ask the owner for details.

Let yourself into the unit and the first thing you will see are the unmatchable views of Tod & Sunburst.  Enjoy the open concept design & high ceilings in the living room.

The main living area has high ceilings and a river rock gas fireplace.  Bright and tastefully decorated, this is a wonderful place to watch a movie with the family or snuggle in and read a book during your mountain getaway.  Enjoy amazing views from every room - you have arrived at a true Alpine destination.

Dining Area

The dining area is open to the living room.  You can seat up to eight at the dining room table (it gets cozy!).  Enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the living room windows as you dine on the meal prepared right in the full kitchen or take out from one of the many restaurants in the Village.

This unit is ideally located in the Village.  It offers the convenience of true ski-in & ski-out access, plus the close proximity to restaurants, shops, boutiques, & spa, that can help make your trip a success.   The Sun Peaks outdoor pool is open all year round and is located right across the street.  Walk 5 minutes and you will arrive at the outdoor skating rink.

We are the Kehlers, a family of four from the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.  We have found Sun Peaks to be a fantastic family getaway, in any season.  The skiing is great - lift lines are basically non-existent.  Enjoy your Alpine getaway at Sun Peaks!
