Welcome to 5 Star Luxury in the Best Mountain View at Northern Lights, situated right in Whistler's Main Village just beside the Westin Hotel. It has open concept living space, with vaulted ceilings, lots of big windows and bright rooms.

This townhouse underwent  a 1/2 million dollar renovation completed in 2009 to bring it up to the highest luxury ratings.

4 bedrooms plus a 5th sleeping area in the den. All 5 sleeping areas are legal bedrooms with large picture windows.  (A bedroom without a window large enough to escape in a fire is not safe or legal. Many properties in Whitler have illegal bedrooms. Check on this before you rent!)

Get ready for a highly luxurious and wholly relaxing experience while visiting this townhouse. Its magnificent view of the mountains will take your breath away.

Before you head out on the slopes check out the 90 steps up to the ski-in, walk-out trail that takes you onto Whistler Mountain and its many ski tracks (the trails takes you to/from the Northern Lights track). 

After a day of skiing, a walk through the village, a game of golf or an exhilarating trip down the mountainside on a mountain bike (you’ve gotta try this at least once!!!) come home to your totally private deck and soak in the hot tub. (If you prefer even more privacy, you can soak in the Jacuzzi tub in one of the upstairs bathrooms.)

This townhouse underwent a 1/2 million dollar renovation to bring it up to the highest luxury ratings in Whistler. The new kitchen is indeed a thing of beauty with its two-tone designer cherry cabinets, but will also satisfy the discerning gourmet cook with its gas stove and griddle, gleaming stainless steel appliances and granite work surfaces.

If there is no gourmet cook among your group you can arrange to have one come in, or simply order in. Then sit down to dinner with the whole gang at the beautiful blue pearl granite table that seats 10 comfortably.

Your toes will stay toasty warm with the new under-floor heating in every bathroom and the kitchen… or you can snuggle into the sumptuous, top-of-the-line mohair sofas with decadent fur cushions and watch your favorite program on a large, flat screen HD TV (with its own PVR system)… and there are two more TVs in the house in case everyone doesn’t want to watch your program!

All the activities that the main Whistler Village has to offer are a very short walk away. This location can’t be beat because it is in the main Village where all the actions is, but is secluded and nestled in the trees just above the chair lift and the Westin Hotel… truly the best of all that Whistler has to offer.

And don’t ever worry again about putting your feet back into wet ski or hiking boots the next morning. The large walk-in closet has boot and glove dryers for 10 pair of each and ample storage space to hang all your outdoor gear. Skis, snowboards and mountain bikes are all securely stored in the locked, double garage.

Once you’re down for the night you will be nestled in crisp, clean white sheets under a fluffy, hypoallergenic down duvet. There are five sleeping rooms, four bedrooms plus a den (with a comfortable, queen sized Murphy wall bed, a single day bed and a beautiful picture window) comfortably sleep 10. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has two extra long twin beds that, with the addition of a cushy topper, can be converted into another king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds (that can be converted to a king  if you would rather get up close and personal with your roommate).

There is no damage deposit, but an imprint on your credit card will be taken at check-in, similar to what happens when you check into a hotel.

30th Anniversary Celebration

Besides not having any heat for the first several hours, the accommodation were fine. Please note: I was fortunate my son figured out that the batteries were dead in the thermostat control unit. The maintain didn't come until the next day which I found unacceptable. I would have thought there would have been a gas fireplace to enjoy as well in a nice place like this. We also had to rewash the dishes in the dishwasher several time as they weren't clean after the first wash. We most likely would not rent this place again mainly because of the walking distance to the village. The walk down was fine but the walk back up was to long for some of us.

We did however enjoy our stay. We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary with all of our kids and two grand daughters. There was plenty of room for everyone around the table and in the living room. The place was clean, comfortable and peaceful. We would recommend the place to others in the future.

This was a great home for our party of 10. It is very well furnished and supplied and the property is in great shape. Cedric was incredibly responsive and helpful though the booking process and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property and the company managing it.

Please note that the walk to the slopes is uphill and "invigorating". We used it as a pre-ski warm-up but please note you will walk in and out. This home worked very well for our group and we would stay again

Great place for a large group

We stayed with a group of 7 people so this place was more than enough room with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen, living room and dining area were spacious and perfect for a weekend getaway.

The location was quiet but still close enough to the village that we could walk (about 15 minutes up or down the tantalus drive hill) The hot tub was great. We couldnâ??t find a spatula but other than that, the kitchen was well equipped. Make sure to bring your own condiments.

The owner was very nice, flexible and easy to communicate with.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests No refund policy on the deposit paid (at time of booking) and on the balance payment (40 days prior to arrival) once payments have been processed. Exceptionally, payments made less $15% and any difference in rebooking rates may be refunded if the dates are released with sufficient notice and subsequently booked.
Delayed Arrivals Check in can be accommodated for late arrivals. Whistler Reception Services must be informed ahead of time and suitable arrangements for check-in will be made. If arrival is a full day late we will be unable to refund the night lost.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Information on check in access will be e-mailed in advance. Please note that we do not ask for a damage deposit to be paid with the booking. We do, however, require that guests provide a credit card damage deposit on arrival at the front desk prior to giving access to the townhouse. Charges will not be run through unless there is damage to the property, excessive cleaning required, the garage door opener is lost or the guest parking pass is lost. The card holder must be the same as the booking name and be present to sign in with the card. Our reception service is not able to use a credit card when the card holder is not present to sign in. In the event of damage, lost keys or parking pass, estimated costs of repair for any damage, replacement keys or parking pass, incurred during this rental period will be charged to the credit card. If there are exceptional cleaning charges resulting from this rental, over and above what is charged for a normal clean, the extra costs will be charged to this credit card. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage In the locked, double garage.
Check-In Time 4:00 PM or later. A full service check-in desk and conceirge is provided free of charge with this property.
Check-Out Time 10:00 AM or earlier. Late check-out can only be arranged if there are no guests checking in on the date of your departure, and only if the request is made well in advance of your check out date. Guests will be charged for any wait time charged by the cleaners for a late check out that has not been approved. Late check out requests must be made through Whistler Reception Services or at time of booking.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be the responsibility of the guests. If additional cleaning hours are required above and beyond what is normally required to clean this unit the guest will be charged for those additional hours. Please ensure that garbage is removed from the unit, the dishes are done or loaded in the dishwasher and the unit is left as tidy as is reasonable.
Excessive Noise There will be no refunds for evictions if necessitated due to excessive noise.
Garbage Removal Please dispose of waste in the large bins in the guest parking lot.
Housekeeping Housekeeping provided upon check out. Short stays of two or three nights may be charged a cleaning fee. Additional housekeeping may be arranged with Whistler Receptions Services at additional cost and must be paid at check-out.

Property Damage Guests are responsible for all financial costs due to damage, excessive cleaning or fines. Please remove all outdoor shoes at the front entry. New hardwood floors have been installed and they scratch easlily. Please do not pull luggage across the wood floors.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage In the double garage. Outdoor clothing, helmets and boots are stored in large walk-in closet with boot and glove heaters for 10 pairs. Please do not store boots or helmets in the bedrooms or other parts of the home.
Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted after a warning except in extreme situations, in which case the guests may be evicted on the first offense. Evictions will result from property damage, excessive noise, police complaints, use of illicit substances and other situations that can cause harm to other people or property.
