The Legacy condo is located just south of the village with ski-in/ski-out access. Walking distance (5 min) to the Main Village, rentals, restaurants, and shopping. Free shuttle picks you up outside of Legacy Condo every 25 mins.
Our condo is on the top floor and equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, Queen size bed in the bedroom and a Queen sofabed in the living room, dual access to bathroom from living area and bedroom and a gas fireplace. All bedding, douvets and towels are provided with the rental unit. We provide complimentary WiFi, internet and cable tv in both bedroom and living area (flat screens).

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest are responsible for excessive cleaning costs. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise compliants may result in eviction by local police.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are asked to place recycables and domestic garbage in the garbage depot in front parking lot. Please complete at least once during stay|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included. We ask that the unit is kept clean and oderly during stay. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Liability||The guest making the booking (at least 21 years of age) is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Please contact the maintenance office at 491-9795 or 470-9070.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||4. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reserve the reservation within 24 hours of booking|
|Missing Items||Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the guest departure.|
|Noise Restrictions||Disturbing neighbouring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests are also responsible for fines levied against the Owner as results of noise By-law infringements by the Guest. No refunds if evicted.|
|Property Damage||Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $300 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a memeber of their party.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||This property is zoned for nightly rentals.|
|Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage||Ski and snowboard equipment must be stored in the lockers provided. Boots are the only exception.|
|Terms of Eviction||More than one complaint from the in-house property manager will result in eviction.|
|Snow Guarantee||For each day greater than 70% of the lifts are closed due to extraordinary weather conditions, the Owner will refund 50% of 1 coressponding night. Guest must notify Owner on the qualifying day so that the lift status can be verified. Valid Jan 1 - March 31|
Our Condo is approximately 700 sqft with a large kitchen and island countertop, completely equipped for gourmet cooking. The entry is large and has a full size laundry with boot and coat storage. There is a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and a closet in the hallway with ample storage for 4 people. We have a pull-out sofa and an air mattress for guests. The full bath enters from the bedroom as well as from hallway for privacy. Full length windows look up at the mountains.
