Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests authorize this charge. Will be applied if unit is left excessively dirty or stained.|
|Excessive Noise||Results in eviction by 24 hour security. Noise by-law restricts any loud noise after 10:00 p.m. NO refunds given. Excessive noise and/or disturbing the peace will result in eviction without refund|
|Garbage Removal||Please remove garbage upon your departure. A key will be provided to access the garbage.|
|Housekeeping||Provided at end of stay. Additional cleanings may be scheduled at guests expense for longer stays.|
|Liability||Excluded from liability. The owner is not responsible for any personal injury or property loss of a guest as a result of their stay.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||A 24 hr contact number will be given. Complete emergency instructions will be provided.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Four guests allowed in unit. More than four guests will be enforced and result in eviction and no refund.|

The unit is on the ground floor accessed by a keyless coded lock. The entry is a separate room with ski storage, laundry facilities, closet, and hooks for wet ski clothes. Walk down the hall and the bedroom is on your right and bathroom is on your left. Continue to the living area with the fully equipped kitchen on your left and separate eating space off the kitchen. There are large windows in the living area over looking the private deck with seating and gas barbecue.
