Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located in the Northstar complex with communal outdoor pool and hot tub. Located just on the outskirts of the main village centre this unit offers close proximity to everything you will want while being walking distance to the base of the mountain or just a short minute walk to the village shuttle. On the main level, you will find an open concept living room with a pull-out sofa, dining and kitchen area centered around a gas fireplace, in suite washer/dryer and full bathroom to complete the first level. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with two twin beds and a master bedroom with a queen bed with access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

LOCATION
This unit is located in the Northstar complex just off Northlands Boulevard. Just across the street from the north end of the village stroll and Marketplace area. The village playground and Olympic Plaza are just a few minute's walk from the unit with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The complex has a communal heated outdoor pool and hot tub available all year-round. One designated parking stall is available in the underground parking with visitor parking on a first come first serve basis.
CONCIERGE
Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.
NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.
CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.
