Hayley went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I communicated with her a number of times prior to arrival and she always got back to me within an hour of my sending a message. The location is perfect for ski in/out. We stored our skis in the ground floor locker, took 10 steps out the door and skied down to the Lara Gondola. At the end of the day we would ski down from the village right to the door of the Condo. Doesn't get any better than this. The Condo was well equipped and we cooked virtually all our meals in the Condo, with special assistance from Haley.

We live in Kelowna but we stay up on the mountain every year over the holidays. This was our first time staying in the Timbers building and it was a great location. This beautiful unit is very well located and very well equipped. In a normal year, you are a three minute walk down to Happy Valley and skating, gondola, tubing etc. Having 2 bathrooms in a unit is also great and should never be underestimated. The owners- Haley and Myron were super nice people to deal with and the rental process was seamless. A bonus with this building as well is the underground heated parking and the full garbage and recycling bins on site (you don't have to haul away either yourself like in many other buildings on the mountain).

Big White B.C. 250-765-6866 Make your way up to Big White and then turn right on Happy Valley Road and then left on Snowbird Way. The Timbers is the last building on your right BEFORE you cross under the lift line for Lara's Gondola. The Timbers is located just above the Happy Valley Day Lodge. - Be sure to bring your own toiletries. Dish soap and hand soap are provided. - If you are a coffee drinker bring up a bag of coffee beans. Our condo is equipped with an espresso/coffee machine that fresh grinds the coffee beans for an amazing cup! We also have a Kurig machine, #2 Pour over and Aero Press with a stand-alone grinder. (we love coffee) - If you forget any necessities Big White Mountain Mart is only a gondola ride away.
