Welcome to our little piece of paradise. It's a great place to relax when you're not out partaking in all the things you can do on the mountain. Our two bedroom, two bathroom home has a great ski in/ski out location that is still close to the village centre and other village features like the pool and ice rink. Some of the best snow conditions and terrain in Canada are right outside your door.

You will find everything you need for an enjoyable stay here. The suite is tastefully decorated with attractive furnishings and original art, boasts a cozy living/dining area that is perfect for dining and socializing at home, and comfortably sleeps up to seven people. Warm up in the hot tub (ski season only), and after that around the fireplace, perhaps with a good book, your favourite music, and something to quench your thirst.

Great condo, very comfortable for a family of 4. Two adults and two kids, the bunk beds are great. We come for the skiing and having a nice place to relax afterwards is really great. The hot tub is always a super fun bonus. We also like to bring food and cook our own meals, this place has all the kitchen equipment you'll need. Including good knives and an excellent peeler (surprising some places don't have this, but its true.)

Definitely recommend staying here!

This is a fabulous place to stay, our whole family enjoyed it from the moment we walked in the front door, until we had to leave. We were very pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness & cleanliness of the condo. They've thought of everything, it's fully equipped with all you need & more.

The layout is perfect for a family, the kids bedroom & washroom are right by the front door, and the master bedroom is in the back by the living room & close to the hot tub. We also loved that it has in-suite laundry - super helpful & convenient when skiing for a couple days in a row!!

Being able to ski-in & out was awesome, just have to know that trails out & back before you leave. And if you don't pre-purchase your lift tickets, you can buy them right at the Morrisey chair (where you have to ski-out to) in the morning & skip the long line ups in the village.

The owner's are super helpful too - we had a minor issue with the TV router, so we emailed the owner who replied immediately & the TV was up & running again right away.

We had an amazing time & will definitely be back...probably a new annual family vacation spot for us!!

I very nice place to stay for 4 people. Having a separate bathroom per bedroom is very convenient. The only two small things I'd like to improve:

1) travel directions refer to other properties being passed, but when arriving at dark hours names of most of those are poorly lit or missing (definitely, this is not a fault of this unit's owner)

2) It took us some time to figure out the most optimal ski-in route. It would be great to have it printed somewhere in the guest book (did we miss it?).

Just in case: from the top of the Sundance Express, take Rambler/East Village Ski Way/Fair Dinkum and continue straight at the trail crossing at the bottom of Fair Dinkum

We and our two children (ages 3 and 6) had a wonderful time here. We lucked out with a massive powder week that I've never experienced before at Sun Peaks, but that's besides the point :) The condo is immaculate and has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and I would hazard that the owners have some familiarity with children and/or grandchildren as there are plastic plates and cups, some games and they've sensibly made the kids bedroom the one at the front of the condo and away from the living room. Hot tub was lovely, as were the heated floors - always a bonus. It is ski-in (with a very short walk) via Rambler and the East Village ski way, and only ski out via the Morrisey. The area is a little removed from the village, but is still only a 15 minute walk away, and for us it was a nice and quiet location. An excellent condo and value for the week!

We have stayed a few condo's within Settler's Crossing and Stone's Throw. This condo has comfortable furnishings and is well appointed. It's nice to have a second bathroom for the kids also. We really enjoyed our stay.

My girlfriends and I stayed for 2 nights to take in the wine festival and do some skiing. We've stayed in Settler's Crossing before, and have never been disappointed. It's a short walk to the village, and a very nice location. The condo is very tidy, and well laid-out. The kitchen is quite large and had everything we required. Ammenities such as underground parking, hot tub, and the washer dryer were much appriciated. Had some rain on the Saturday, so it was nice to be able to dry-out our ski stuff (skiing Sunday was awesome). Overall, an excellent stay - we'd love to come back again!
