Spacious 1047 square foot condo located on the THIRD floor with a South Eastern exposure, facing the mountains. Entrance foyer with large closet carries through to the open concept kitchen, dining and living area. On the left side of the foyer are the bedrooms. The Bunkroom, Queen room and Master bedroom with ensuite. The main bathroom is on the right side of the foyer behind the kitchen. Private deck with Hot tub and BBQ is off the living room and over looks the Monashee mountains. There are 2 secure parking spots as well as 2 ski lockers for guest use.

This was a great condo for our family of 5 and dog. It had everything we needed...beds were comfy and well stocked kitchen. I wouldn't really call this a ski-in/out. Especially with three kids we couldn't make it work to ski to the lift or gondola. Also the pool wasn't working which was a bummer but not something in the owner's control. Overall a great stay and I'd rent here again.

This unit is fairly basic, but clean and well laid out. We appreciated the extra touches like the wine and chocolates, and overall the complex was quiet and it was great to have two underground parking spots. I don't believe this is a true ski in/out however, and for that reason I probably would not stay here again. But if that's not an issue for others, the Ravens is a good clean option for other families and their pets.

We had a good stay. It is located just to the side of Happy Valley, and it is a 5 min walk to the gondola and you can access the ski-in path to return. The kitchen is well equipped and the unit was clean and comfortable, although a second sofa would be very welcome. As with all suites in the Raven, you get some "thudding" from people walking in the suite above you, but otherwise, it is quiet.
This suite is to the side of the main entrance, so there is some road clearing noise in the mornings and people coming into the building in the late evening (if you have the window open, which we did - even with all of the heat turned off it is *very* warm). The third bedroom (den) is tiny and a bunkbed is crammed into this windowless space. The top railing of the bunkbed was broken. The room is too small to open the door fully which made the kids very hot at night. It would be better if it were advertised as a 2 bdrm den rather than a 3 bdrm.
Overall this is a reasonable place to stay.

We love the location of this property - it is not directly in the Village - but we really liked that. Happy Valley is a great area on the mountain with lots to offer and super easy access to the Village.
The property was exactly as described. Comfortable and open space with everything you need. The owner/manager was great to deal with. We were only there a short stay- could have brought our dog, but decided at the last minute to leave at home - but it is great to know it is an option and I absolutely would consider renting it again. Another piece to add - the other occupants are respectful.
Lots of fun going on after the slops were closed, on decks and hot tubs, but all seemed to promptly moved inside at 11 and respect their neighbours. It is nice to know you can enjoy yourself and have some fun..and not worry about being kept up all night at the same time.
Really great option for both families or couples.

The condo was a lovely apartment and exactly as described. Private hot tub was always hot at 104 f, which we loved. Stayed over new years and were able to watch the fireworks at 815 from our window. It is located in Happy Valley which isn't the main village but we knew this and had no issues getting around. Only thing was it could have been a bit cleaner. Noticed some dirt along the washer and dryer and corners of closet on the last day and some stains on a sheet in one of the bedrooms. We didn't notice these things until the last day and felt it was too late to say anything and not so much owners fault and more of the housekeepers. We had no propane for the BBQ and the owners responded right away and had some dropped off for us. The heated underground garage was big enough to allow a 1 inch lifted truck underneath (if not bigger) and we were provided with 2 parking stalls. There was 6 adults in this condo and the space was decent for us all. Overall this was an excellent vacation rental and I highly recommend it.
