Had a fantastic stay at Raven 2**. Easy walking access to the gondola and able to ski out to the condo at the end of the day. We had a couple of questions when we moved on and our questions were answered immediately. Beautiful views from the hot tub! We would rent this location again without hesitation.

Overall our stay was great. The location was pretty awesome. Walk across the road and down the parking lot and we were at the gondola to get up the hill. And skiing in was perfect. Just had to figure out where at first but if you take the first right after the bridge on happy valley way run you will get there. We even walked up the hill into the village and back down for dinner one night. Only was 20 minute walk up and 10 minute down. The ease of check in was amazing. Get the access codes emailed to you and dont have to check in with anyone. Just park in the garage and walk straight in. The apartment had everything we needed. The hot tub got lots of use, kitchen had plenty of useful items and some spices that came in handy. TV, fireplace and wii also kept us entertained. Would definitely recommend and even stay here again.

The only downside was the master bed was missing a support underneath and sagged on one side.

We had issues with the internet due to power outages. The manager was very responsive and arrived first thing the following morning to help us sort out the problem. Very nice space, would have been nice to have an electrical kettle and a larger pot than we could find.

Has issues with someone parking in our parking stall. Difficult to sort out after hours.

We enjoyed our stay at the Raven. Location is good, the condo is very well equipped and the hot tub was a real treat at the end of a long day of skiing!

Checking in/out was also very easy with the detailed info provided in the email. Only minor issue was the pump noise (probably from the pool) which was more audible in the master bedroom, however this wasn't really a problem for us.

Excellent except AV system

The unit was excellent: quality finishes in kitchen and baths; comfortable, quality furnishings. It was nice to have a high ceiling garage and a parking space that accommodated a wintertime (larger) vehicle as compared to Whistler where all the parking seems designed only for compact cars; who drives a compact in the winter? The hot tub on the balcony was exceptional and we used it every day. Loved the ski in, ski out feature; walk a hundred feet to ski out, and ski in to the back stairway. Awesome convenience.

My only criticism of the unit, and reason for not rating it 4 or 5 star in most categories, was the TV and electronic system. WiFi was fast and excellent, but that was about it. Gees, the DVD must have been. 20 years old and would not play any DVDs (no instructions on its use). Time to install a new one, especially based on the rental price of this unit. No instructions for TV and never could figure out how to watch some of the channels we wanted. The remote controls for AV systems did not match the instructions in notebook. I travel with a Amazon Fire stick or Chromecast, which require an HDMI port. The TV had no HDMI port that I could find (i.e., none on sides or bottom as with most TVs). If there was one, it must have been on the back where brackets mounted to the wall. So I was unable to use my Fire.

Other than a lack of evening electronic entertainment, we enjoyed it and would rent again, as is; but I strongly recommend that owners install a new DVD player and a TV screen with an HDMI port. That would make it a 5 star accommodation!!!!

Overall we were satisfied with Raven 209. The only comment we might make would be that the furnishings were a little sparse. We would have liked to see another item of furniture in the second bedroom and more seating in the living area. Wendy the property Manager was terrific and bailed us out of a tough situation caused by my mistake in the dates of our booking. I can't say enough good things about her. She is a jewel!

Thank you for an amazing stay. The property itself was beautiful. Bright and spacious. The hot tub was a welcomed way to end the day after hitting the slopes. The quiet and privacy of happy valley was balanced with easy access to the gondola and the village. Wendy and all the staff at vacation direct were great. We will definitely be back next year!

Generally we were happy with our Raven condo..... we did however experience a couple of issues as follows: - Dog hair remained on rugs & other furniture - Bed Linen was not clean (lint, human hair, mystery stains!!!; the bed linen was, clearly not professionally laundered which we have never encountered before....this is not a hygenic option in a commercial accommodation letting situation); the doona cover had half the closure buttons missing - There was a constant loud motor/pump noise that only cut out for a short time every so often; we suspect it was coming from the pool directly below our apartment - this disturbed our sleep most nights) From a positive point of view, the kitchen was very well equipped (though a 2nd set of tongs would be great) and the extras like plastic wrap, paper towel, foil, dishwasher tabs & washing liquid all very welcome; also the large amount of toilet rolls, Kleenex tissues, body lotion, body wash all very welcome.

We really liked this property. It was clean and new and was great value. The hot tub was clean and maintained every two days. The beds were comfortable. Master bedroom is quite small and foot of bed is awkwardly close to bathroom but not a big deal to us. It is definitely a ski in but the ski out required a bit of a walk to the gondola. Again not a big deal but with little kids it was a little bit of a pain.

If you are looking for on site amenities, it is limited to a very small pool and gym. You would have to walk a bit for a coffee or meal.

Overall I would recommend this property. It was clean, newer, and well equipped with everything we needed.

We stayed at this condo #2** The Raven for six days this past Spring Break. The condo was spacious for our family of four, the key less entry was super convenient - no need to deal with keys, or lost keys while skiing, and the beds were super comfortable.

The outdoor hot tub was a nice treat to end the day after lots of fun on the slopes! The steam shower was fantastic too. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely go back again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Raven! Loved the hot tub and the great views from the deck. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms & a gorgeous kitchen with all we needed for our family of four. Kids loved the pool & the Wii. Easy check in with detailed directions. Nice to have a parking garage with plenty of storage room. It was very tough to leave at the end of our stay and we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful and luxurious condo close to Happy Valley Lodge. Although it is not ski in/ski out, we made a quick and easy drive from the condo to the gondola everyday. The distance is walk-able, too, but it was easier for us drive with two toddlers.

The kitchen is very well stocked. It was a great place to come back to and relax after a day of skiing. Kids loved the place. Our neighbors were quiet. My only complaint was that the DVD machine did not work for us.
