This was our third time to go to Big White ... unfortunately as we booked late we couldn't get in where we normally go. So came across Raven. whilst the condo was nice, clean, spacious and with everything you would expect we had 1 major complaint.
Raven is posted as being Ski In / Ski Out ... and that is utter BS. To get out there is a trek across the road, through Spyglass carpark and then along other tracks to the Gondola... the best you might be able to do is ski down from the front of Timers (where we stayed out last visit). It is also a trek if going in to the village via the gondola.
As foe Ski In - well yes you can ski easily to the track above Raven, and only if you are happy skiing down a steep slope is it ski in..... and when idiots who are staying there decide that the back door is the place to build jumps for their fun, but stuff up the entry for everyone else it is a pain ... the next best is trek back from Timbers lugging all your gear.... not what a couple of 55 yo's were after.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

The kettle wasn't working again (same as in Dec 2016), but this time, a new one arrived the next day. The lock on the main bathroom couldn't lock again (same as in Dec 2016) and it was fixed the next day as well. Much better service than last time!
