Great place to stay. Out of the busyness of the ski area, but close enough to get to the hill easily. Unit was warm and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. We rented with unit 307 and loved that they were so close that 15 of us enjoyed our time together between the 2 units.

We very much enjoyed our stay and unit was great. Only things Id recommend you check is the pin pad for large garage door appears broken and didnt work and the person doors into garage were always unlocked. Theres also a side door that goes up stairs that are covered in thick ice. Besides these things, all else was great

We loved our stay - the place was perfect for two families (4 adults and 5 kids/teens). We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the complimentary snacks and bottle of wine were very appreciated. Skiing into the property was perfect. The instructions for skiing out did not really work for us as the development across the street was under construction and did not allow crossing through. The gondola was a short walk away when wearing winter boots but seemed longer when wearing ski boots. Regardless, we would stay there again!

We stayed 4 nts at Spring Break. This is a well equipped and spacious condo in The Raven. A short walk down to the Gondola to access the village and easy ski in access for lunch and at the end of the day. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. Lots of games and books, comfortable beds, a BBQ in the deck. We had a fabulous time.

The included rental amenities and kitchen were very good. Hot tub was a dream as was the steam shower. The 'ski out' is more of a walk out but it wasn't too difficult. The ski in however isn't easy for everyone. Most of our group needed to walk up from Happy Valley (not far but at the end of your ski day it is tiring).

The open concept layout was perfect for our group and was surprisingly large. For once, the pictures didn't do it justice in my opinion. Parking was straightforward as is the ski locker. The extra guest parking (there are 4) is an issue if you get a spot. 2 of them are close to the elevators but the other 2 are at the far end and they are tandem style. When we were leaving there was a vehicle parked behind but luckily there was no one in the spot immediately beside. If there was we would of needed to knock on doors. So choose that spot carefully.

Overall our stay was lovely. Miss the tub and view!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The place is beautiful and well maintained. We felt privileged to be there. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we were especially grateful for the spices, foil, saran wrap, paper towels, napkins, etc., as it made cooking easy. We had a couple of minor issues while we were there (pilot light on fireplace went out, patio with hot tub was icy) but the issues were completely resolved within an hour and the management company was very responsive and easy to deal with.

The location in Happy Valley was great, but it was a little bit of a walk for the smaller kids to and from the gondola. On the second day, we figured out how to ski in, and that made things much quicker. For beginner skiers, you can ski to within 30 feet of the back door, then take off your skis and slide down the last slope. The better or braver skiers (which includes my 6 year old) can ski to the back door. In the morning, we were able to ski out to the gondola from the Spyglass driveway across the street, which made getting to the village quicker.

We would definitely love to come back! Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

We had a very nice stay in the suite with our other 2 families right beside us in unit 3**. Following is our feedback :

1) only 1 parking stall is not enough for us; would be nice to have another one or be able to reserve a visitor parking
2) sofa bed in living room is very filthy with peanut butter and crumbs; we did not use sofa bed to sleep because of that
3) bed in room is a bit on the soft side; would be nice to replace with firmer bed
4) faucet is difficult to use in bathtub and drainage is bad even after applying drainol
5) ski out is 3(a little too much walking) and ski in is 4(a little too steep to ski down and need to slide down)
6) it was nice there were enough trolley to move things up to the unit

This was a great location to stay, the open concept made it feel comfy and we were all surprised of how big it felt even with 8 people. It was central to what we needed and wanted. The elevator was a tad slow and at (peak) times but it was just as easy and fast to take the stairs.

This property was clean, good location and nice and comfortable.. Appreciated the holiday snowmen in the condo too :) Family atmosphere, warm and cozy. The kids enjoyed the movies, wii games, board games provided ! Thank you. Wendy our contact for the property was very helpful and nice.

The cable had to be connected for tv/internet etc as people turn it off during summers? The cable guy was going around to lots of units connecting cable.

Can't drive ford expedition into garage with a thule on top of truck (storage container) which was not fun. Had to unload in the cold, take the thule off. A lot of buildings the garage door is pretty low considering people have ski equipment on top of vehicles.

Tip for building. Provide way more carts for people to unload their belongings and go up and down to condo units. Only 4 for the entire building? If the cleaning staff gets behind it might be because there are not enough carts for guests to check in and out of building on time. Check out time is 10 am and everyone is trying to pack up and leave at the same time.

The Raven is conveniently located in the heart of Happy Valley. Many of the units in the complex have great views of the Monashee Mountains and Happy Valley itself. Gaze at the mountain views and enjoy the weekend fireworks shows from your condo! Happy Valley hosts a number of outdoor features such as ice skating, tubing, snowshoe trails, ice climbing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, restaurants, bar, cafeteria and Gondola access to the Village.
