The house was amazing. It was really easy to get to the lifts and as described in listing. The kitchen had a six burner gas stove with a massive fridge/freezer and wine fridge. There was also another fridge in the garage. The deck was perfect for morning coffee in the Sun. Laundry was helpful with our sweaty bike gear and the garage was large and useful for bike maintenance. Biking was amazing and we will likely be back. They were very responsive to questions and provided clear instructions to keep everyone safe during COVID. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Great place and the kitchen stands out the most, lots of room for multiple people and great appliances. The unit has lots of space for various sizes of groups - we were 4 adults but families would also be ideal. The views of the hill off the deck are a nice start to the morning and the ski-in/ski-out works well. The village is short drive with lots to do. Sun Peaks is a great resort and I could see coming back and staying at Dancing Frog again!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Due to Covid-19 Travel restrictions and ongoing uncertainty for the 2020-2021 ski season we will offer a cancelation guarantee to refund all fees less credit card transaction fees (4%) to any Client that is unable to travel to the resort or if the resort closes due to Covid-19 for the period of your booking.

Arrival Days We accept arrivals on any day of the week!.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if Cancellation is due to Covid-19 Travel issues or illness, Refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week; therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-Out Time 10 am-strictly enforced.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Mistakes happen! If for some reason there has been housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival at 4 pm PST we will correct it by 8 pm PST. The property will be promptly cleaned the next day if we are unable to get it cleaned the same day.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Ski Resort.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10. Will be evicted if more than 5 overnight occupants
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.

Property Damage Guest agrees to pay for any damage upon departure. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

Main entrance to a spacious living area with cable TV, High speed internet, two Wifi secured logins, fireplace and access to large deck with BBQ.  Also on the main level a Gourmet kitchen, dinning and Great room.  One bedroom and bath on main floor.  Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, TV with cable and a small deck, and a master bath.  The others two bedrooms, one with Queen and the Second with two XL Twin beds, they share a hall bathroom.  Furnished loft area for games or just relaxing.  Full capacity washer and dryer. Downstairs is a ski room that leads to the ski out and hot tub.
