We had a great stay while at Big White. Was able to ski right to the door and only a short ski down to the gondola. Nicely furnished and fully equipped. I would highly recommend this condo.

Have been staying at Big White every winter for past twenty or so years. This is one of the best units we have stayed in. Period. Location is true ski in/out- literally walk out front door and put on your skis on and go. Very close walk to Happy Valley and gondola. A beautiful spacious unit with all amenities and a really well equipped kitchen. Awesome view. We had a very prompt response to a minor maintenance issue as well. First class unit and management.

My only nit pick is not at all directed at this unit but at the noisy group we had in the unit above us. The building has nice high ceilings and is well insulated but it was like they were bowling up there or something. Note for whomever owns/manages that unit above #20- put a sign up letting renters know to respect the guests below them! Or maybe it was a subwoofer on the floor? Unfortunately, you can't pick your neighbours.

The South Point Development is a highly sought-after location due to its amazing ski in and out access and proximity to Happy Valley. Many of the units in the complex have great views of the Monashee Mountains and Happy Valley itself. Gaze at the mountain views and enjoy the weekend fireworks shows from your condo! Happy Valley hosts a number of outdoor features such as ice skating, tubing, snowshoe trails, ice climbing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, restaurants, bar, cafeteria and Gondola access to the Village.
