Our SKI IN/SKI OUT townhouse is near Blackcomb Mountain's Cruser Run and a short walking distance to the village. This is a one-story unit of approximately 750 square feet. The condo has new furnishings, beds for seven, one bath, washer/dryer, 3 Flat screen TV's and DVD/VCR, CD player a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and a private hot tub for your enjoyment.

This was our second trip staying in this lovely place. It is in a perfect location as allows you stay the entire time without a need for a car. Walk to village for apres ski socializing, handy to lifts and ski in and ski out. They had everything stocked for us again and even extra items like spices and coffee filters/tissues, washer powder, cleaning equipment etc. Hot tub is so clean and handy.View Full Review

This is a great unit! We enjoyed it very much. The hot tub was clean with great towels. The bed was comfortable. The unit was spacious. The kitchen was much better stocked than most rentals. The lounge area had a comfortable leather couch with a wide selection of TV channels and other entertainment options. I really liked the vestibule which allows you to keep your ski gear separate from the internal living space of the condo. Blackcomb is a short walk on your way out and you ski back in. Jean is a very gracious host. She is easy to speak to and very accommodating. I recommend this unit highly, and we hope to come back. Thank your Jean!!View Full Review

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
A $75 cleaning charge will be applied should we feel that cleaning upon your departure is excessive beyond normal use.
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
