Our SKI IN/SKI OUT townhouse is near Blackcomb Mountain's Cruser Run and a short walking distance to the village. This is a one-story unit of approximately 750 square feet. The condo has new furnishings, beds for seven, one bath, washer/dryer, 3 Flat screen TV's and DVD/VCR, CD player a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and a private hot tub for your enjoyment.

Owner Not Responsive

We were a little disappointed with the place.
- The owner was not responsive to our emails a few days prior and during our trip. So we could not get further information.
- We booked it based on the fact that it has a hot tub, however it was not clean enough to use. The hot tub was moldy inside, and the water was dirty. We emailed the owner our concern and they did not respond, nor did they send the cleaner to clean it.
- There were cobwebs on the ceiling in the bedrooms.
- The televisions in the bedroom were not working.
- The owner did not notify us that they were replacing the roof in the complex during our stay. There were several times we did not have access to our parking by the unit and had to yell at the roofers as we were exiting the unit so they would not drop stuff on us (they were just throwing stuff down, it's luck no one got hurt)
Things to consider:
There is no secure storage for your bikes or sporting equipment if you have any to bring. We have cheap bikes, so weren't to worried about it. There is place in the foyer to leave them if you want to bring your things in.
The complex is on a higher elevation, so if you are biking, be prepared to bike up at the end of your ride. It would have been great if the owner responded to our emails and questions. There is no phone in the unit, and the owners phone number is in Colorado, so we did not call them as it's too expensive to call using a cell.
Positives- Spacious enough for a family of 4. There is a bus stop very close to the complex if you want to go to the village by bus.View Full Review

Very nice properties, locations perfect for us around 12 min walk to the village,(but for people who don't want to walk, free shuttle bus) House fully prepared to host the guests. The only negative thing was the constructions being done on the roof when we been there and the workers wake us up 7am everyday ( I thing the owner should Inform the guest about this). We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only "surprise" was the small dishwasher, but that simply meant doing more frequent loads than we're used to doing when at home or just washing things in the sink. Clean, convenient, easy access, quiet -- overall a great experience.View Full Review
