Welcome to our ski in/ski out family mountain retreat at Sun Peaks. Our vacation home is close to the village and located right next to the Morrisey Express Chair Lift.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-level-access unit has been equipped with everything to make your stay memorable. Open views on Mt Morrisey at sunset, 40inch LCD TV, DVD player and TV in each room. Private Hot Tub on outdoor patio, fireplace, soaker tub and heated floors to relax after a day on the slopes.

It also features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, private laundry facilities, free Internet connection and underground parking space.

Kids are very welcome, we made sure there is everything they need: a baby cot with soft bedsheets and a booster seat, children videos, kitchen plasticware and covered outlets.

The location was fantastic! Ski in and ski out. The only thing that disappointing was how incredibly uncomfortable and limited the seating was. The couch was actually a futon, that the cushion would continually slide off. Other than the futon there was a small little chair. When you return home after day of skiing, you would love to relax and be comfortable and cosy. Not really possible with the seating they have now.

There is also wear and tear obvious around the unit. Doesn't take away from your stay, but with just a little TLC, it would make difference.

If replacement sofa/sectional was purchased, I would highly recommend this unit again.

The apartment is lovely and very convenient for ski in and ski out. The cooking pots were fabulous but some sharper knives would be great. The storage for skis and boots is not really adequate - some racks would be better.

We stayed in the unit over Christmas and had a great time. The unit and kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. All the information we needed was email via the owners and we had no problems at all. The owners seems like really nice people, so considered, we even got a Christmas card waiting for us back home. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable. Payments are refunded if we're able to find a replacement booking. Refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee to cover credit card fees and expenses.
Delayed Arrivals No Refunds. Although we are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate your delay.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Via Email. Full arrival information sent at time of final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise This is a Quiet area. There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Any complaints will result in eviction.
Housekeeping Prior Arrival and Departure. Complimentary cleaning every 6 days of your stay. Additional housekeeping is available at extra charge.
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while on said premises.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity A maximum number of 7 guests are allowed for nightly stays. Strictly enforced. Eviction without a refund for parties of 8 people or more for nightly stays.
Noise Restrictions 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise is prohibited by the strictly enforced strata bylaws
Property Damage Guest agrees to authorize damage charges up to $300 upon departure in the event of property damage. The damage deposit will be taken from your credit card after your holiday and an invoice will be provided.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, excess of 7 overnight occupants. There will be no refund of any money to anyone for anyone's eviction.
