Welcome to our ski in/ski out family mountain retreat at Sun Peaks. Our vacation home is close to the village and located right next to the Morrisey Express Chair Lift.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-level-access unit has been equipped with everything to make your stay memorable. Open views on Mt Morrisey at sunset, 40inch LCD TV, DVD player and TV in each room. Private Hot Tub on outdoor patio, fireplace, soaker tub and heated floors to relax after a day on the slopes.

It also features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, private laundry facilities, free Internet connection and underground parking space.

Kids are very welcome, we made sure there is everything they need: a baby cot with soft bedsheets and a booster seat, children videos, kitchen plasticware and covered outlets.

The condo was perfect for our family of three! The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable and the ski in/ski out location was fantastic with the new Orient chair so close. The kitchen had all the basics, except a sharp chefs knife and a garlic press. When we discovered the hot tub wasnt heating up properly, we really appreciated that the owners sent someone over right away. By the time we got back from skiing everything was fixed. Thanks for a great stay!

As you enter Sun Peaks Resort, remain on Sun Peaks Road, which turns into Creekside Way. When you reach Village Way, turn right, this will take you to Valley Drive. As you cross the bridge over the "ski underpass" we are on the left. (Stone's Throw is after Trapper's Landing and McGillivray Creek and before Woodhaven)

Damages:

Excessive Cleaning:

Please do not leave "messes." Load dishes in dishwasher and start cycle before leaving. Any excessive housekeeping charges will be passed on to the guest.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
