Fantastic location. Ideal layout for us and our 12 year old grandson. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Compact but well laid out condo. Would return. Of course the icing on the cake was all the lovely snow we had for the 9 days we were there.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

- Nice location just outside of the village, easily walkable.
- Never waited longer than 7 mins for the shuttle bus to carry us and our snowboards to the base of the gondola - for free! Great service.
- Lots of towels and hooks
- Lots of coat hooks
- Very clean
- Well equipped kitchen
- A nice size for 2 people (probably wouldnâ??t recommend this for 4 adults)
- Ear plugs provided, although we didnâ??t find the noise to be an issue
- Free parking
- Strangely Small entryway which is a bit of a pain upon return with gear. You kinda have to go 1 at a time.
- Curtains in bedroom were too small for window and let the morning light in even with the blinds closed - unconducive for a lie in!
- Unfinished grout above taps in bath, would fill this for aesthetics
- Bed was either aging or too soft for us. Would upgrade bed and bedding to hotel standards to make this a 5 star

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment, although there are both pros, and cons of which should be considered before booking.PROS
- Outstanding location right opposite The Marketplace and 3 minutes walk to the IGA supermarket for groceries
- Super convenient for the gondola, we walked it in 10 minutes and there is a bus stop right outside on Lorimer if preferred
- Well maintained and spotlessly clean inside
- Abundant wardrobe space for hanging clothing
- Small, but well kitted out kitchen with a selection of condiments supplied
- Ample selection of linens for the bed and towels for bathroom and pool
- Huge sunny deck off the top floor bedroom
- Sandy was very helpful and allowed us to leave luggage in the apartment on our departure day
- The apartment fronts on to a busy road with an entrance/exit to The Marketplace car park, so expect traffic noise
- The layout is over 3 floors, although there is only an entrance door on the ground floor with a tiny lobby
- A lot of stairs!
- It's a bit dark, especially in the living room
- There's no dining table just a breakfast bar big enough for 2 people
- The entrance door has a key operated lock and the key is held at The Deer Lodge, a code operated lock would be much simpler and wouldn't require going somewhere else in the village to collect keys
- It was unusually hot while we were in Whistler and although there is AC in the bedroom it's too noisy to leave it on. If a fan could be provided for guests to use that would be beneficial as the apartment really heats up during the day
We had a great time in Whistler, it was fun to be there for hiking and biking instead of our usual winter trip for snow sports. This apartment served us well for a summer trip although I probably wouldn't book it for winter when we travel with skis and boards as there is limited storage space in the lobby for equipment.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

|Bike Storage||No bike storage on deck please. Use storage room in garage. Common key will open this. Also there is a pay storage at the Whistler/Blackcomb base|
|Check-In Time||4:00 p.m. ( If it is ready you may request early check in)Whistler Reception is open to midnight , if guest is arriving after this time , Whistler Reception has to call someone in at a cost of $30 which will be passed on to guest.|
|Check-Out Time||10.30a.m. late stay charges may apply. You can request a late stay for a small fee. We have cleaners schedualed after your stay and we are charged a fee if you are not out at the agreed time|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||If our cleaners bill us for excessive cleaning costs , we will bill that to the guest by credit card left on file at Whistler Reception.|
|Excessive Noise||Reasonable after 10:00 p.m. There is a noise bylaw in whistler so please be respectful of other neighbors . If there is complaints by neighbors for excessive noise after 1000 , fines my be levied and these would be passed on to the renter .|
|Garbage Removal||Please remove garbage after stay . Directions to garbage bin will be provided in the unit.|
|Housekeeping||Before & After stay . We ask that you leave the unit reasonably clean . Dishes loaded in dishwasher counters wiped garbage and food removed.|
