We had a great long skiing weekend in February. The condo was clean and kitchen well equipped. For our family of four, it was a bit tight, but we still managed well. A combination lock would have made it easier especially for our kids to come and go when they wanted. Good, quiet location and the shuttle bus service is great. This condo was quite nice, but through an oversight it had not been cleaned before we arrived. Thank goodness the cleaner's closet was unlocked, so we had access to sheets and towels. The owner was very apologetic and refunded a portion of the rental cost. I have no doubt such an oversight will not recur in the future.
The number 4 shuttlebus stop was just across the street; it was nice to be able to get to the slopes in our ski boots so we didn't have to find somewhere to change. Check-in was a bit complicated because the renter has to go first to Whistler Concierge Service in the village to get keys and a parking pass.
